Here is a disappointing news for Mega fans who are excited to watch their favourite heroes Ram Charan and Allu Arjun on common screen. But the bad news is that Allu Arjun’s role would be for just 5 minutes in the film. However despite such short screen time the role is going to be crucial for the entire proceedings of the film, says sources. Allu Arjun has finished shooting for his part in the film some time ago.

The unit is now in Europe caning songs on the lead actor of the film Ram Charan. ‘Yevadu’ is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju. The film stars Shruti Hassan and Amy Jackson as heroines and has music given by Devi Sri Prasad. The makers are planning to release the film by July end.

 

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ is progressing at brisk pace to make it to August 7th. The movie is being shot in Hyderabad for quite some time now and this schedule is expected to come to an end by May 28 and later the unit is going to fly to Europe for a month long schedule. Three songs, an action sequence and some talkie part would be shot in the overseas schedule planned for the film.

Sources also say that the title of the film too would be officially announced by the unit before leaving for this overseas schedule. Samantha and Pranitha are acting as heroines in the film besides Pawan Kalyan while Trivikram Srinivas wields the megaphone. BVSN Prasad is producing the film on ‘Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra’ banner.

 

With the advent of new anchors, Udaya Bhanu is slowly disappearing in to horizon. She has very little programs in her hand and is keen to try her luck in movies once again with a movie titled Madhumathi. Shooting of Madhumati has reached its half way mark. The film is directed by Raj Sridhar and produced by Rani Sridhar on Gomata Arts Pictures banner. Raj Kiran is providing music for the film which is presented by Kadiyam Ramesh. Shooting of the film Madhumati was started in the first week of March, earlier in the year, in and around Godavari regions. Shiva Kumar acts as hero in the film.

The leggy lass tried to make a mark on film industry for several times but is not so successful.

 

Comedy hero Rajendra Prasad is all set to do a suspense thriller. As per the details, the regular shoot of his new film ‘Nanna Boochi’ will be started from 1st June onwards. The movie will be made with child sentiment as the backdrop. Vijay Katla will be directing this movie while Sudhakar and Shankar Reddy will be producing it on Tatavarthi Media banner. Baby Spoorthi is the presenter. Mahathi is composing the music of the film. The movie’s shoot will be wrapped in two schedules.

Of late, rajendra prasad has proved his versatility in doing various kind of roles. He did a hilarious role in Allu Arjun’s ‘Julayi’. In ‘Onamalu’ he was seen as a school master. Currently, he is doing one more interesting movie which titled ‘Noothilo Kappalu’.

Inner sources say, Bunny was also a bit shaken by the final shape of ‘Iddarammayilatho.’ If at all, this movie performs weak at BO then none other than Bunny himself may obstruct Naga Babu from approaching Puri for the debut of Vaurn Tej. Since Mahesh’s fans are of the opinion that their hero is number one in tollywood, this new title will please them. Even Superstar Krishna  is also  fond of the  title number one. Long back, he danced for ‘Veyyi veyyi cheyyiveyyi number one’ song for ‘Agniparvatham’. He also acted in the movie ‘Number one’, which went on super hit those days.

However, it is also known that the makers have another choice of the title of the movie. Since Mahesh’s character’s name is heard as ‘COLUMBUS’ in the movie, the same title is expected to confirm for the movie. Anyways, we have to wait till 31st of this month to know the exact title and the first look of the movie.

As producers and directors run only behind successful people here, everyone will try to gain something when they are on high either glam wise or success wise. Most likely, hot TV anchor anasuya’s hit show with ‘Jabardasth’ made her flood with many movie offers inclusive of ‘Rudramadevi’ and ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi.’

It is really courageous on the part of anasuya to reject those calls. But, why did she do so? Sources say, anasuya is earning well and good anchoring audio release functions and doing one or two shows on TV. Being a married lady, she also has responsibilities to shoulder at home. So, anasuya’s decision to deny item songs is justified but what about ‘Rudramadevi’? Will she repent for all this later on?

 

‘Dirty Picture’ of Vidya Balan made as a biopic on South siren Silk Smitha was well received by critics and general audience. Movie minted gold coins at BO thus luring many South film makers to dig more into the life of Silk Smitha. One such film released recently in Tamil is ‘Nadigayin Diary’ with sana khan as heroine in direction of Anil. There was high build up for this film in Tamil and Telugu too with bunch of spicy galleries doing hulchul.

Now, critics and reviewers who watched ‘Nadigayin Diary’ are rating it as a average to below average product with no chances of doing good at BO like ‘Dirty Picture.’ Of course, sana khan is applauded for putting a great show in performance and could win few more projects in South. Currently acting besides Salman Khan in ‘Mental’ (remake of ‘Kick’), time will decide where Sana will land?

 

Gone are the days heroines used to have an extended career in films, then followed a phase in which heroines only act in handful of movies and disappear. This phase is also slowly ending. In the recent times, there is a deep scarcity for heroines in the industry and several stars have to repeat the same combinations to cover it up.
