Yesterday, a car (Maruti 800) hit Ram Charan’s car, Aston Martin near the City Center mall, agitated Ram Charan used foul language and hit the persons (Phanish and Kalyan) inside the car. His security personnel also reportedly pounced them. The affected people lodged a complaint in Banjara Hills PS regarding the same and said they were at no wrong.

However after two hours they changed their opinion and said it was just a minor incident and they are not complaining. Buzz is that the police had mediated and  made sure that there will not be any complaint. They pressurized the sufferers not to complain. Banjara Hills inspector Murali Krishna said they did not receive any complaint on Ram Charan from anyone. Chiranjeevi’s political image reportedly worked in this incident.

After a cool entertainer like Vennela and high critic value ‘Prasthanam’, Deva Katta had put his 100% in his third project  ‘Autonagar Surya’ with Naga Chaitanya as the main lead. But seems like things are not quite well with this venture as the producers of the film ‘R.R. Movie Makers’ are running through huge financial crisis. 80% of the shooting is almost complete and the remaining is yet to be shot. Deva had been patiently waiting for the next schedule of shooting but hasn’t got a nod from the makers. He expressed his displeasure on Twitter about this stating “I changed my dp b’cause it’s been quite a pain to see or remember anything related to ANS”.

Samantha is the female lead. The movie is being produced by K Achi Reddy under Max India banner while RR Movie Makers presenting it. Anoop Rubens is the music director of the film. Let’s hope the makers of the film clear their financial worries and get the movie to floors.

The shooting of Suriya starer Singham-2 is now complete and the movie is gearing up for a grand release. Singham -2 is the sequel of super hit movie, Singham. The Telugu version of the first edition, Yamudu was highly successful in AP when released. The movie was later remade in Hindi as Singham with Ajay Devgan in the lead role and was a blockbuster there too.

There is a huge competition for the Telugu rights of this movie. The makers are expecting no less than 30 crores for AP rights.  Currently, the negotiations are going on and we will have to see who bags the rights finally.

Tollywood superstar will be working with Bollywood star Farhan Akhtar for a noble cause. Mahesh will be lending his voice for a film on social awareness title MARD. We have seen a tremendous rise in rape recently. MARD stands for Men Against Rape and Discrimination.

Javed Akhtar, who is Farhan Akhtar’s father and a popular lyricist in Bollywood, has penned a poem. Mahesh Babu will lend his voice for the Telugu version. He is a known figure in Tollywood and Farhan’s team is confident that Mahesh can create the necessary impact in Andhra Pradesh. We hope that MARD spreads awareness and creates impact.

Director Veerabhadram Chowdary is one who achieved success with his first two movie, Aha Na Pellanta and Poolarangadu. His third movie is titled ‘Bhai’ with Nagarjuna in the lead role. With the reports that the movie is turning out well. the director is planning his next with Young Tiger NTR, He reportedly had a script ready for NTR with him and it is titled ‘Bhayya’.

It is said that he already had given a narration for NTR but it is not yet confirmed. If every thing goes well, this project will go on sets once NTR completes his Ramayya Vasthavayya and Rabhasa under Kandireega fame Santosh Srinivas direction. More details of this project are awaited!

Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvati, wife of late N T Rama Rao, said she had not received invitation for the unveiling of her husband’s statue on the Parliament premises.

Talking to the media here on Sunday, Lakshmi Parvati wondered how Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar ignored her. She charged that the Union minister Daggubati Purandareswari had managed that invitations were sent only to the people of her choice. Lakshmi Parvati said she would write to Congress president Sonia Gandhi, BJP leader Sushma Swaraj and Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar about the insult meted out to her.

After hectic parleys, hero Bala Krishna has finally decided to attend the unveiling of the statue of his father N T Rama Rao, in the Parliament premises.

It is learnt that as the Nandamuri family members were officially invited, it is learnt that Hari Krishna and his family were also received the invite. Following this, Jr. NTR and his wife have already gone to Delhi. Sources say Chandra Babu Naidu was still in a dilemma as he was not officially invited.

Union Tourism Minister K. Chiranjeevi’s son and upcoming cine actor Ram Charan beat up a vehicle driver at the Taj Deccan Hotel on Sunday.

Ram Charan was furious when the driver of a Maruti 800 hit his Austin Martin car. He got down from his car and heaped blows on him. Added to this, Charan’s personal body guard also assaulted the driver.

The driver was grievously injured and his shirt was torn. He went to the Banjara Hills police station and lodged a complaint against the actor and his body guard.

Police said they were investigating the case.

In fact, there have been gossips for the past two years that ace director SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu’s combo movie would be produced by KL Narayana of Durga Arts. This project has reportedly been confirmed now and the title of the movie has been confirmed as ‘rajamudra’. This is going to be a full-fledged fantasy entertainer. The regular shoot of this movie is expected to start in the month of March, 2015.

Long ago, Superstar Krishna acted and directed the movie ‘Simhasanam’. The movie was a blockbuster in those days. Mahesh Babu’s fans are also wishing their hero to do a ‘Simhasanam’ kind of movie. Perhaps, their wishes may be fulfilled through ‘rajamudra’. Anyways, we need to wait for the official confirmation of this project by the makers.

Naga Chaithanya, Sunil starrer ‘Thadaka’ is going for censor on Monday. Film which features Tamanna, Andrea Jermiah as hero-ines is getting ready for grand release on 10th of May. Currently, the last minute post production works are underway.

The movie is the remake of Tamil super hit film, Vettai. Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam fame Dolly is directing this film. Brahmanandam, Ashutosh Rana are playing important roles for which music is scored by Thaman.  Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner.
