Is Gopichand Making A Risky Attempt?
Balakirshna hikes his remuneration !
Nandamuri Balakrishna and his films always carry some sensation or other. And this sensation happens even before the film releases. And right now, his new movie ‘Adhinayakudu’ has been in the pipeline since a while but is yet to see the light. Well, sources say there are no buyers till now for ‘Adhinayakudu’.
As if that is not enough, here is another twist. It is heard that Balayya has been demanding a whopping remuneration of Rs 6.5 crores per film. Well, sources say he got this remuneration for his last release ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ and he has quoted the same for ‘Adhinayakudu’.
Buzz is that the budget has shot up and no buyers for the film now. The other question is does Balayya have so much of market rate. Many are saying no but Balayya is demanding. The analysts say the senior heroes time is over and it is about time even Balayya does something about his remuneration.
Is Chiranjeevi considered for CM post?
This sounds a bit bizarre but things are moving positively towards Chiranjeevi as per the sources. Yes, political world is so volatile that anything may happen at any point of time.
The sources from Andhra Bhavan in Delhi say that the steps are being taken to change the CM of the state in the month of April. On the other hand, even Botsa is going to be removed from the position of PCC President. Knowing this, already the leaders like Jana Reddy, JC Diwakar Reddy and R Damodar Reddy have started their lobbying at the center and testing their luck.
But High Command is thinking in different way. There is no leader with mass appeal to drive the party even till 2014 elections. The situation of Congress in AP is going worse day by day. Hence the High Command is thinking to place a leader with mass appeal as CM, to bring a mass hysteria among people. When High Command attempted to zoom its lens on the state, it found only Chiranjeevi as prospective person with bigger mass appeal than any Congress leader in the state. Despite his failure as PRP leader, his presence is seen in state politics at least in considerable way. Instead of placing another senior who has no mass appeal as CM, High Command is thinking to make Chiranjeevi sit in the chair to see a change.
So, let us see what sort of fortune is going to shower on Chiranjeevi. If this happens, the power of Astrology proves correct. Many astrologers said that Chiranjeevi’s political career and image in public will grow big only when his second daughter Srija is with him.
At last Nithin scores success with Ishq
Actor Nitin shot to fame with Teja directed ‘Jayam’ and thanks to the success of the film he was touted as the next superstar in the making. But his choice of bad films with routine stories and ordinary directors has pushed him out of the star race.
But he returns to the reckoning with well-tuned romantic movie ‘Ishq’, made with good technical values and superb performances by the lead pair.
Director Vikram Kumar, who had directed R. Madhavan starrer Hindi thriller ’13 B’, has written a good screenplay, which is fresh and contemporary.
The director has also been able to capitalise on cinematography by roping in best-known cameraman PC Sriram. Anoop-Arvind’s music is another plus point.
Kumar has tried to present Nitin differently and the actor shows lot of maturity in his portrayal. Even the conflict point in the story is used effectively.
Romantic sequences involving the two leading artists are well picturised. The first half is breezy and engaging. Though the second half is little inconsistent, the director gets a grip on the story towards the climax, which is interesting.
Of course, the film has loopholes – characterisation of Ajay, who plays heroine’s brother, is confusing. Second half has illogical sequences.
But the flaws notwithstanding, ‘Ishq’ is a winning film and it will attract all sections of the viewers.
Rahul meets Priya on his way to airport and it is love at first sight for them. After some interesting sequences, they come together and love blossoms between them. But there is one sour point. Vidya’s brother with whom Rahul had a tusssle.
Nitin proves to be a competent actor who can carry any role decently. Even in the looks department, he scores well and shows a lot of maturity in his performance.
Nitya Menon takes over from where she had left in ‘Ala Modalaindi’ to prove again that she is the most talented actress. The lead actors share a good chemistry on screen.
Ajay renders justice to his role. Ali adds up to the comedy quotient. Sindhu Tholani, Nagineedu, Sathya Krishna are apt choices for their respective roles.
Sriram’s brilliant camera work and Anoop-Arvind’s soothing music make the film a must watch. The dialogues are crisp and humorous most of the times.
Nitin makes a comeback through ‘Ishq’, which is a feel good romantic film.
Priya Anand’s midnight show on Roads !
Telugu hunk RaNa had won this dusky beauty a hat full of accolades through his debut flick ‘Leader’. If fate played other way round with bewitching Priya Anand, the babe is giving some midnight shows for fans.
Reportedly Priya Anand loves the night life of cities, especially loves to chill out in the chilling weather of Hyderabad. The other day, the dusky beauty is in town on a personal pleasure trip and visited few malls and complexes to meet and greet her fans too. She likes eating idli’s on the mobile Tiffin centers in Yousufguda, which are a craze among youth during nights. When few people recognized her who she is, they started rounding her saying hi and hello. Priya is said to be excited with the warm wishes of her fans and filled with high spirits now to do something to enthrall them on-screen.
Off course, a hot heroine on roads and that too seen during night time definitely excites anyone. On the career front she is not doing well at the present in Telugu circuit, with both her second ventures after ‘Leader’ facing the ire of audiences.

I may not be suitable for Politics – Nag
This is revealed by none other than the star-hero at an event here today. Akkineni Nagarjuna has given indications that he will strike the chord sooner if he feels he is fit for politics.
From a long time, it is believed that Nagarjuna will enter the politics at some point of time. Today, the senior hero revealed that he has an interest in politics but don’t know if he fits the bill. ‘Still I have to take decision to enter politics or not, though the current state politics are interesting me a lot. Let me first decide whether i’m suitable to them or not’, an excited Nagarjuna stated.
His closeness with the late CM YSR and his son Jagan may catapult him into YSR Congress party very soon, is the opinion of observers. On the other hand, Nag quoted that he is doing Saibaba flick for the sake of his fans. So, if fans pressurize him a bit, then they can see their favorite star in white khaddar very soon!
