Two-Three years back fight for seperate statehood for Telangana reached its peak when all parties, NGOs, Govt officials successfully driving home the need for the state to the ruling UPA dispensation at Center. Had they been united and strong during that time, people could have realised the long cherished dream of Telangana. However UPA which is famous for divide and rule policy weaned away some of the forces to its side, which ultimately fizzled out the heat in the T-Movement.

This has been the problem for Telangana people that whenever they feel that the end is near, political parties take them for a ride. It happened during 60s and 70s when Marri Chenna Reddy’s party swept polls in entire telangana region. Had he stood his ground for seperate Telangana, Center would have granted Telangana as it had no other option at that time. But he sold the aspirations of people of Telangana and the demand for seperate statehood for coveted CM post.

It seems history is repeating as TRS chief KCR, who is hailed as the architect of Telangana, is leading the movement according to his whims and fancies and many feel that he is out only to increase his number of seats and political power so that he can get things in his favor. He completely forgot about seperate statehood and only opens the tap of Telangana movement, instigate peoples feelings only for his political ends. Congress will never grant seperate statehood for the fear of KCR getting all credit and only if it feels that it will atleast win in Telanagna, it will deliver on its promise. It already lost hopes on Seemandhra and don’t want to give Telangana on platter to KCR and lose both the regions, as it will hamper its chances of making Rahul as PM.

Now TRS which is out on a mission to wipe out TDP found new enemy as YSRCP is on its mission to wipe out TRS. In this struggle for existence and war with in war belagured TDP and Babu may get a breather as TRS currently trained its guns on YSRCP.

Vijayamma YSRCP’s Leader sought to address Silicila weavers real issues and give them soothing feeling and assurances. YSRCP’s main strategy is assuage, sooth and add cooling edge to the hurt feelings of people and though they don’t address people are mesmerised with their sweet words. Sweet words and sugar coated ones will act instantly than words that spit venom.However KCR’s adopted sister Vijayashanti, yesteryear heroine turned politician seems not to learn this but is under impression that her popularity increases in leaps and bounds in Telangana by spitting venom on Seemandhra people.

She thinks that her telangana popularity is inversly proportional to seemandhra bashing conveniently forgetting the fact that she earned her stardom as people loved and adored her as they treated her as their own family member cutting across regions. People realised her true intentions when she tried politicising deaths of small kids in nilofer hospital, seperating them as telangana and seemandhra. It is time Vijayashanti realise that her aggressive Lady Amitabh image will not do wonders in real life.

Political parties may target him for his two eyed strategy in Telangana and analysts write him off completely after the drubbing his party TDP received in by elections losing its deposits wherever it contested. When he issues any statement promising sops to poor, he will be targeted mocking fun as ‘All Free’ Babu!. His bete noires YS.Vijayamma and YS.Jagan target him with corruption cases and file petitions in Supreme Court.

However SC with its verdit boosting the moral of Chandra Babu many times and even recently it quashed Vijayamma’s petition on Chandra Babu’s corruption. In a strongly worded statement it questioned what it was doing during YSR’s regime and said her petition was politically motivated.

Many may write him off but Babu a keen strategist and modern day Chanakya as he is, has many cards up his sleeve as was seen in his promises to BCs which made BCs to felicitate Naidu hailing his decision. Naidu however must be careful because if he don’t keep his promises to BCs then he will be in for trouble and if he tries to keep his promise then SCs will breath fire. For the present he can claim Supreme Court ‘s judgement as clean chit to him and project himself as the Mr.Clean of AP politics.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi planned his political entry around 2009 in a perfect manner. Prior to that after becoming Mega Star of tollywood with hardwork and dedication, started Chiranjeevi Blood Bank and participated in many social service activities. When he was awarded Padma Bhushan many thought that he would be taking plunge in politics sooner than later joining Congress Party. However he launched his own party PRP in style and after the election results many suspected that he was used as ploy by Congress Party to split votes of opposition parties to regain power. Those doubts became reality when Chiru merged his party with Congress and became Rajya Sabha MP.

Mega Star aspired to become CM of AP finding it difficult to run the party, he became RS MP and now is aspiring to become Central Minister and thereby curry favors with high command to achieve his CM dream through back door making use of highly volatile situation in the state. However Congress leadership at Center seems to have some other intentions, using Chiru to the core and not rewarding him. They used him during the TN state assembly elections and during AP by elections, IT raids were unleashed at his daughter’s house in Chennai where they unearthed huge cash. All this was may be done at the behest of Congress high command to keep Chiru in check as he is pressuring it with cabinet berth demand. If by chance he takes up the issue, then Cong threaten him with CBI or IT raids!.

Now there has been a talk from his group of MLAs that they would be demanding TTD chief post for Mega Star so that he can take his blood bank services to international level. It has to be seen whether Chiru’s dream of having atleast a post prior to 2014 elections gets fulfilled or not.
