Kodali Nani Meets Jagan in Jail !

TDP Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani who was suspended by his party earlier in the day, has met the YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in the Chanchalguda jail here on Monday. It is learnt that he has spoken to the Kadapa MP about the formalities of his joining the YSR Congress.
Nani has earlier met the YSRCP honorary president Vijayamma and soon after knowing about it, TDP has suspended him from the party.

Jagan files bail petition in SC !

YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has filed bail petition in the Supreme Court on Monday.
He has filed the petition as his petition in the High Court was rejected. CBI has argued that investigation of the disproportionate assets case against Jagan was in a critical stage and releasing him at this stage would jeopardize the investigation. CBI has also expressed fears that Jagan might influence or intimidate the witnesses. The high court has upheld the contention of the CBI and rejected bail to the Kadapa MP.
Jagan has in his fresh petition, also sought permission to vote in the Presidential election as an MP.
Jagan has said in this petition that he was in the custody of the CBI for five days and cooperated with the agency in its investigation. He has also contended that the CBI could not prove the quid pro quo allegation it made against him. He has assured the court that he would cooperate in the investigation and would not leave the country. He has also said that he was also ready to go anywhere the Enforcement Directorate might ask him to come.
He has explained that as the president of a party he has to fight on people’s problems. He has also contended that all the allegations against him were of political nature. He has also pointed out that CBI was seeking to keep him inside the jail on the plea that he would influence the witnesses and as the agency has been filing charge-sheet after charge-sheet, he was unable to understand how long the agency proposed to keep him in the jail. He has also argued that CBI has failed to prove its allegations that he was trying to influence the witnesses. Expressing fear that he faced life threat in the jail, he sought bail.
Pointing that he has been cooperating with the CBI since the last nine months, he said CBI was violating his fundamental rights by adopting a vindictive attitude. He has also brought it to the notice of the Apex Court that the CBI was leaking vital information to select media.

Shruti Hassan was given away best debutant female award for 7aum Arivu in Tamil and Anaga Anaga O Dheerudu in Telugu. After having a sentimental moment on stage, Shruti Hassan added said that they now have 20 Filmfare awards, 19 her father Kamal Hassan’s while 1 hers which will be added now.

Famous Bollywood director Ram Gopal Verma shocked all with his tweet saying that the slain al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden was addicted to Sunny Leone’s videos. According to the director’s sources, Osama was watching her videos when his house in Abbottabad, Pakistan was raided and he was killed during the encounter.
“Is it true tht osama hd a stack of sunny leone videos in his Abbotobad compound?” tweeted RGV from his personal Twitter account.
“My source tels tht he ws wtchng hr vdo whn he ws shot dead,” added Ram Gopal Verma’s tweet.
However, there was no confirmed news about Osama’s addiction to Sunny Leone’s videos but porn CDs and videos were seized during searches at his residence in Abbottabad. Laden’s successor Ayman al-Zawahiri said that bin Laden provided an aid of $50,000 to help finance bombings of US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. He also said that Bin Laden possessed not more than $55,000 in his name. NTR’s new look gets superb response

NTR’s lack of proper hair grooming and a perfect body shape has been a concern since the start of his career. There were news that the actor is opting for a new hair style for his upcoming movie, Badshah. The hair style which was kept under wraps till now was unveiled when NTR convened a special press meet. Tarak was here to address the press denying his influence at Gudivada TDP MLA Kodali Nani’s decision to join YSR Congress party.
He had hired a special stylist from Mumbai for grooming NTR’s hair style. The stylist is reportedly charging a bomb for this whole project. He will travel all along with Badshah unit till the completion of the movie.The first schedule of the movie will begin very soon in Italy. The movie story is set mostly in abroad and the team will be shooting in Italy for 45 days. Kajal Agarwal is playing NTR’s love interest.

NTR’s special press meet to clear political allegations !

Junior NTR had held a special press meet at his office today and clarified several allegations on him that are being telecast in media for the last six months. NTR was supposed to fly down to Italy yesterday for Badshah shooting but cancelled the journey in the last moment to clear these allegation
Speaking to media, he made it clear that he had no difference with his Babai Balakrishna or Mavayya Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. He also assured fans and cadre that he will be with Telugu Desam Party till his last breath.
He requested media not to relate him with any persons drifting away from TDP. Speaking on Nani’s issue, he said people who are not TDP’s associates are not his associates any more. Media had bugged him about having apprehensions about Nara Lokesh’s political entry, the actor had replied that he is just 28 years old and have long way to go in movies and is not ready to take up any political career now.

According to Tamil Nadu culture, Aadi Maasam (July second half to August first half) is considered to be a non auspicious month for newly wed couples and a tradition of sending the new brides back to their parent’s house has been followed for a long though that seems stupid.
The mobile company ad says that though they (Sneha – Prasanna couple) are separated they can still stay in touch with each other with the help of their mobile phones as their network is good!Fans can heave a sigh of relief after learning that it was only an advertisement strategy.It has to be remembered here that they both got married on May 11, 2012 in Chennai and went to New Zealand for honeymoon after completing their film commitments.
It seems like mobile companies, as a marketing strategy to increase their sales and revenue, are playing into the sentiments of tamil people and crossing the limit.

Two issues raise T-Movement Again !

Telangana movement is on the threshold of a revival what with the tendency of the state government and its policies. Two issues have flared up on the scene during the last one week period and those two seemed serious as per the version of the Telangana movement torch bearers.

The medical college admissions issue was the prime among the two, while the Krishna waters release matter to the delta farmer is also viewed as the issue of concern by the Telanganites. These two issues certainly awakened the spirit of the Telanganites and they started questioning the government of Andhra pradesh in particular and Congress leaders in general for their anti t attitude.
The issue has once again divided the leaders into two groups’ Seemandhra and Telangana respectively and the Krishna waters dispute was taken seriously even by the Twin cities leaders like Danam Nagender.
These two issues flared up surprisingly when the Rayala telangana leaks were set forth by the high command through the leaders like Gandra Ramana Reddy and TG Venkatesh. On the other hand the Central government’s stand on the Medical college seats in the state colleges has set the tempo on the student front for the revival of the movement.

Rich tributes were paid to late chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy at programs organized in different parts of the State on Sunday.
Leading the people of the State, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy garlanded a photograph of late leader in the Congress Legislature Party office on the Assembly premises. PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana, ministers Danam Nagender, Mukhesh Goud, Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao and others participated in the program.
In another program held in the lobbies of the Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar, Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Council chairman Dr Chakrapani paid tributes to the late leader. Several ministers, MLAs and MPs participated and recalled the services of the late leader.
The Chief Minister, PCC Chief and others garlanded YSR statue at Punjagutta junction in the city earlier.

Kichcha Sudeep to rock Tollywood!

Kannada actor Sudeep suddenly shot to fame in Telugu with his mind blowing acting in Rajamouli’s Eega. His performance had over shadowed the entire good work of the rest of the cast.
Now, one of his Kannada films titled Kiccha Huccha is going to be dubbed in Telugu. The film’s Telugu version has been titled as Kiccha. Guru Dutt had directed the film and K Manju had produced the film. Arigela Kishore has bought the dubbing rights and currently the film’s dubbing process is going on.
Sudeep and Ramya had played the lead roles in this action drama. The film’s audio is going to be launched in the third week of July and the film will hit the screens in August. V Harikrishna had composed the music.

Allu Arjun’s Julayi release date confusion !

The first copy of Allu Arjun’s upcoming movie Julayi is ready and the movie will go to censor tomorrow. However, the confusion surrounding the movie release is not cleared. The makers wanted to postpone the movie to 20th as Eega is a hit. But things were not favorable for that date too. The holy month of Ramzan is starting from 20th of this month and this will have effect on collections in Ceeded and Nizam considerably. Collections in Allu Arjun’s strong hold Kerala state will also be affected as there are few biggies lined up there for 20th. So, the makers are dilemma if or not to postpone the movie.
Ileana is playing the love interest of Bunny in the movie. S. Radha Krishna is producing the movie under Harika and Hasini movies banner. Devi Sri Prasad had composed the music.

He formed a trust called the Sivakumar Trust and Agaram Foundation which aims to cater the bottom of socio-economic pyramid.
At the recent awards function of the Sri Sivakumar Educational & Charitable Trust, which took place in Chennai on Friday, Suriya handed over cash prizes ofRs 10,000 each to 20 students. Thai Tamil Palli, which supports the education of underprivileged children of Tindivanam, and Vazhai, pioneers of mentoring
first generation learners, received Rs 1.5 lakh each. Karthi also had extended his support for the noble cause.

Govt to spend legal expenses for 5 ministers

After delaying the matter for nearly four months, the Andhra Pradesh government finally decided on Saturday to provide free legal aid to five out of the six ministers, while ignoring the eight IAS officers, who had received notices from the Supreme Court in March this year regarding the 26 controversial GOs issued during YSR’s regime.
As per the government’s orders, free legal aid will be provided to Sabita Indra Reddy, Geetha Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Kanna Laxminarayana and Ponnala Laxmaiah.They can engage lawyers to argue their cases in the Supreme Court and bill the state government for it.Officials sources informed that the ministers will engage Supreme Court’s senior counsel and noted lawyer Harish Salve and his team for the purpose.
The orders, however, sparked a fresh controversy as there was no mention initially about providing legal aid to Mr Lakshmaiah and jailed ex-minister Mopidevi Venkataramana in the GO released on Saturday besides the eight IAS officers who had also received notices from SC over the same issue.In fact, both Mr Lakshmaiah and Mr Venkataramana had written to chief minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy earlier requesting for legal aid from the government.
The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) later came out with a clarification that there was a “communication gap” regarding giving approval for the file pertaining to Mr Lakshmaiah’s legal assistance and that he too would be extended the same facility.The orders providing legal aid to Mr Lakshmaiah are expected to be released immediately.
Official sources said the file pertaining to providing free legal aid to the eight IAS officers is also being circulated and is currently with the finance department. The government is likely to extend free legal aid to the IAS officers too after completing the official formalities.
