Most of the film actors are known for their stardom and off screen affairs but there are some kind hearted actors who serve the people and take up the social responsibility as well. Here we are referring to our Young Rebel Prabhas. Its been m ore than an year that the audience have seen Prabhas on screen and the actor is busily shooting for ‘Rebel’ and ‘Vaaradhi’.

Amidst of this busy schedules, Prabhas has not only donated Rs 10 lakhs to a blind school in Nalgonda but he had spend some quality time with those children. Children in the blind school felt very happy that they got a chance to meet Prabhas.

Actress Anushka, who is playing the lead in Selvaraghavan’s Irandam Ulagam with Arya, will soon be joining the unit in Georgia, where they are currently shooting.

A source says, “Director Selva and Arya have been shooting in Georgia for a while now, canning certain important scenes. Anushka, who last shot with them in Goa, and for some patchwork in the city, joined them two days back. Even Gitanjali, Selva’s wife, has left for the location.

They will be in Georgia till the end of this month.

With just few more scenes left to be finished, we hear the audio release is being planned on for the end of next month.

Touted to be a romantic fantasy, the film has been shot in some interesting locations in Goa, Hyderabad, Rio de Janeiro and Brazilian forests. Selva had even commented that the post-production work on the film is turning out to be demanding as there’s a lot of CG work involved.

Hrithik Roshan’s last release Agneepath broke the first day collection record with approximately 23 crore at the Indian Box Office. And it has also become the first film to join the league of 100 crore movie. The mania does not just stop at this point. The action thriller recently had its world television premiere on the 16th of June 2012. It has gained the highest TRP on television.

Agneepath has received a fabulous waku doki response from the viewers on the small screen. The movie had the regular television viewers glued to their screens on Saturday. Prabhas’ upcoming action entertainer “Rebel” is back in the news for right reasons. After hitting the headlines for lead actress and music director walking away from the project, “Rebel” has finally received the required fillip towards the end of its shooting.

Sources close to the film unit says that the satellite of the film has been sold for 5.75 crores to a leading regional channel. “Rebel”, which is into final leg of production, has already started making good business in various areas and the fresh satellite reports give the much needed boost to the makers.

Prabhas will be romancing Tamanna and Deeksha Seth in this film, which is currently progressing in Bangkok. Raghava Lawrence is directing and also composing the music. “Rebel” audio release is expected to be in July while the movie is slated for August release.

Some combinations look good on-screen, but such casting will leave some indigestible blocks in viewers’ mind. Looks like, such combination is soon going to work out in Tollywood.

BVS Ravi, the director of Wanted had failed miserably with his first project and is left with no work after that.Recently, he collaborated with Puri Jagannadh to write the script of Devudu Chesina Manushulu and we hear that he’s also working closely with Gopi Mohan and Kona Venkat for a Mohan Babu’s film.

And now he has joined the team of Radha Mohan’s upcoming bilingual film Gauravam. Allu Sirish and Yami Gautam are playing lead roles in this film. Prakash Raj is producing it on Duet Movies banner. S S Thaman is going to compose the music and the film will go on floors soon.

Revealing the news, Allu Sirish tweeted, “I thank BVS Ravi for coming onboard for the Telugu version on Gauravam. His inputs have elevated our script 2 another level. Excited!”

Prabhudeva is deemed as one of the greatest dancer in the country. He started as choreographer, became an actor and had finally wielded megaphone. His recent Bollywood project Rowdy Rathore was a huge hit and he has been getting more offers to direct films from many producers. Prabhudeva is keen on selecting his next movie and it’s reported that he will be doing a movie named Namak with Shahid. Karthi’s Shakuni is being released worldwide today. The movie is simultaneously releasing in Telugu and Tamil (Saguni in Tamil). The movie is releasing in 1150 screens in Tamil Nadu, which is the second biggest release after Rajinikanth’s Enthiran (Robo in Telugu). Interestingly, the movie is getting about 400 screens in AP which is in any sorts very huge for a dubbing movie apart from Rajinikanth movies.Karthi had become house hold name in Telugu being brother of Suriya and with his earlier movies doing good. He is currently holding good market here

The timing of the release is also good as there are no big movies releasing both in Telugu and Tamil for the next two weeks. If the movie manages to get a decent talk, Karthi will be able to make it to the big league.

Latest news from Kollywood is that Ajith starrer David Billa has been postponed to July 13. Apparently, Aascar Ravichandran, who’s distributing the film in Tamil Nadu, wanted to avoid clash with ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ which is being promoted and released in a big way in Tamil Nadu. With S S Rajamouli’s Naan Ee releasing the week after that, Ravichandran decided to release the film on July 13. The next biggest release in Tamil is Suriya’s Maatran (Duplicate in Telugu) which is expected to release on August 15, which leaves almost a month’s gap for Ajith’s David Billa to rule the box office, at least in Tamil Nadu.

The situation in Andhra Pradesh is quite different. Two big films – Julaayi and Devudu Chesina Manushulu are releasing on or around July 13th, leaving very few screens for David Billa. It will be a suicidal step for the Telugu version if the movie gets postponed.
