After GV, His Ex-Wife Saindhavi Reacts To False Reports!
Music composer GV Prakash Kumar and singer Saindhavi recently announced their separation after 11 years of marriage. This news sparked speculation, false rumors, and online trolling, prompting both parties to address these issues publicly.
The couple, married since 2013 and parents to a daughter named Anvi, announced their separation with a joint statement acknowledging their personal growth and the decision to part ways amicably. They requested privacy and understanding during this difficult time.
However, their plea was met with a barrage of unsubstantiated reports and social media commentary. Reacting strongly to the situation, GV Prakash expressed his disappointment at the online fabrication of stories and urged people to respect privacy.
Saindhavi, GV Prakash’s estranged wife, also took a stand against the misinformation. She condemned the creation of YouTube videos filled with baseless narratives and emphasized that their divorce was a mutual decision for their own well-being.
Significantly, Saindhavi highlighted their enduring friendship, which goes back 24 years to their school days. She assured fans that their friendship would remain intact despite the separation.

Why is Suriya’s House Under Police Protection?
Kollywood star Suriya’s residence in Chennai has been under police protection for the past two and a half years, sparking a public discussion about the extended duration of this security measure. While Suriya has reportedly not been residing in Chennai for over a year, his home continues to be guarded by police personnel, raising questions about the necessity of such a deployment.
The controversy stems from Suriya’s involvement in the 2021 film “Jai Bhim,” released on Amazon Prime Video. The movie, directed by T.J. Gnanavel and co-starring Suriya’s wife Jyothika, received critical acclaim but also attracted controversy. The “Rudra Vanniyar Sena” organization alleged that certain scenes in the film portrayed their community disrespectfully. The movie’s depiction of the Irular tribe (an Adivasi group) allegedly being tortured by members of the Vanniyar community sparked outrage.
In response to the film, the “Rudra Vanniyar Sena” reportedly announced a reward of 1 lakh rupees (approximately $1230 USD) for anyone who attacked Suriya. Additionally, they demanded a public apology from the actor and a compensation of 5 crores rupees (approximately $615,000 USD). Citing these threats, the Tamil Nadu government authorized police protection for Suriya’s residence in T Nagar, Chennai.
However, the continued presence of four police officers guarding the currently unoccupied residence has drawn criticism. Social worker Krishna Murthy questioned the rationale behind maintaining this security detail in Suriya’s absence. With the news gaining traction, many have expressed concerns about the allocation of state resources for seemingly unnecessary security measures. This situation has highlighted potential shortcomings in the government’s approach to security and resource management.
Nani32 Isn’t Cancelled, Producer Changed
It is known that, Natural Star Nani’s 32nd movie with OG director Sujeeth Kumar was announced on the occasion of the actor’s birthday with a concept poster and video. The movie was supposed to be produced by DVV Danayya.
However, the producer walked out of the project for reasons unknown. In the interim, speculations are rife with the reports that the movie got canceled. We came to know that #Nani32 isn’t canceled, but a new producer came on board to pool the resources.
First of all, Nani who was spellbound by the story and his different characterization desired to do it, though the producer stepped out.
The team will announce all the details officially soon. As disclosed through the concept video the movie will see the protagonist as a violent man who changes his path. But things turn upside down for him, after that.
Nani who is presently doing Saripodhaa Sanivaaram will join forces with director Srikanth Odela of Dasara fame for Nani33.
Pooja Hegde’s South Indian Cinema Return: Back to Where it Began?
Satyadev’s action drama “Krishnamma” generated a pre-release buzz fueled by the actor’s promotions and the presence of big directors at the trailer launch. Presented by acclaimed director Koratala Siva and produced by his friend Krishna, the film offered a rustic setting and action-packed narrative. However, critical and audience reception was mixed, and box office collections were underwhelming.
What truly surprised audiences was the film’s swift transition to OTT. “Krishnamma” became available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video within a week of its theatrical release. This unusual move has sparked discussion.
Reports suggest the reason behind this lies in the film’s budget and digital rights. Made on a budget of 7 crores, “Krishnamma” initially received an offer of 8 crores for its non-theatrical rights from a streaming platform. However, this offer came before the release of Koratala Siva’s directorial venture, “Acharya.”
“Acharya’s” performance, marked by delays and a lukewarm reception, reportedly impacted Koratala Siva’s brand value. Consequently, negotiations for “Krishnamma’s” non-theatrical rights resulted in a significantly lower offer of 3 crores – a stark contrast to the initial proposal.
Given these circumstances, it appears Amazon Prime Video may have secured the rights earlier, potentially pushing for a quicker release date on their platform. This aggressive strategy resulted in “Krishnamma” bypassing a longer theatrical run and arriving on OTT within a week of its theatrical debut, much to the surprise of the audience.
Pooja Hegde To Romance Suriya In His 44th Film?
Pooja Hegde, a popular actress who dominated Tollywood (Telugu cinema) for a few years, saw her presence dwindle in 2023. Her focus shifted towards Bollywood, leading her to decline projects like “Guntur Karam” in pursuit of a leading role in Hindi films. High hopes were attached to her role in a Salman Khan movie, but unfortunately, the film underperformed. With a lack of new Bollywood projects, reports suggest a strategic shift for Pooja Hegde.
Currently, she sets her sights on a comeback in South Indian cinema. Rumors circulated about potential collaborations with Tollywood actors like Nani, Sai Tej, and Siddu Jonnalagadda. However, the latest development indicates she has secured the lead role opposite Suriya, a renowned Tamil film star. This project marks Suriya’s 44th film and will be directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Filming is scheduled to begin on June 2nd in the scenic Andaman Islands, with a 40-day production period encompassing locations like Ooty and other parts of Tamil Nadu.
This upcoming film will be Pooja Hegde’s third venture into Tamil cinema. Her previous Tamil films, “Mask” (2013) with Jeeva and “Beast” (2022) with Vijay, were not commercially successful. Therefore, the success of this new project with Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj is crucial for her South Indian comeback. The film’s music will be composed by Santosh Narayan, and Suriya’s production company, 2D Entertainments, will co-produce it alongside Stone Bench Films. Suriya is currently juggling two other projects – “Kanguva” and an upcoming film with director Sudha Kongara.

On 25th May, ‘Love Me – If You Dare’ featuring Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Ashish Reddy is getting released. We all know about the gigantic ‘Game Changer’ with Ram Charan. He is also making ‘Thammudu’ with Nithiin under Venu Sriram’s direction. ‘Yellamma’ featuring Nani in the lead and Venu as the director has been locked already. Vijay Deverakonda and Ravi Kiran Kola’s film has been announced officially. After a disaster like ‘Family Star’, sources say that Dil Raju is giving another chance to Parasuram.
Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi’s film might go on floors in June and he is making a Hindi movie with Shahid Kapoor as the lead and Vamsi Paidipally is likely to direct it. Dil Raju is also planning another movie with young actor Suhas with Bandla Sandeep as the director. He has wanted to make a movie with Balakrishna for a long time and it may happen soon. Ravi Teja might also start another project in this banner soon. Sailesh Kolanu will be making a movie in this banner if the hero is impressed by the script.
Dhanush and ‘Sreekaram’ Kishore Reddy will work together as per sources and Dil Raju is the producer. He announced ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ as well and a film with Siddhu Jonnalagadda is pending. Directors like Indraganti Mohan Krishna and Srikanth Addala are waiting for him. A new director is expected to be introduced soon under his banner. All these films will come out within three years.
