రణబీర్ -సందీప్ రెడ్డి వంగా క్రైమ్ థ్రిల్లర్ ‘యానిమల్’ బాక్సాఫీస్ వద్ద భారీ వసూళ్లను సాధించింది. ఈ సినిమా తొలి 20రోజుల్లో 800కోట్లు పైగా వసూలు చేసింది. యాక్షన్ సీక్వెన్స్లు నటీనటుల అద్భుతమైన ప్రదర్శనకు ప్రేక్షకులు సినిమాని మెచ్చుకున్నారు. ఇక ఈ సినిమాలో ఒక అద్భుతమైన యాక్షన్ బ్లాక్ గురించి పదే పదే ప్రజలు మాట్లాడుకుంటున్నారు. రణబీర్ కపూర్ చేతితో భారీ మెషీన్ గన్ బుల్లెట్లు కురిపిస్తుంటే థియేటర్లు దద్దరిల్లాయి. అయితే ఇది నిజమైన మెషీన్ గన్ యేనా? అని ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నవారికి తాజాగా సమాధానం లభించింది.
అయితే ఇది నిజమైన మెషీన్ గన్ అని కళాదర్శకుడు సురేష్ సెల్వరాజన్ వెల్లడించారు. ఇది తయారు చేసిన మెషిన్ గన్ అని ప్రొడక్షన్ డిజైనర్ కం కళాదర్శకుడు సురేష్ సెల్వరాజన్ వివరాలను వెల్లడించారు. ఈ మెషీన్ గన్ ని పూర్తి చేయడానికి నాలుగు నెలలు పట్టిందని తెలిపారు. భారీ యాక్షన్ సన్నివేశంలో విస్మయం కలిగించే మెషిన్ గన్ నిజానికి CGI లో సృష్టించిన ఉత్పత్తి కాదని నిజమైన మెషీన్ గన్ అని వెల్లడించారు.
సుమారు 500 కేజీల వార్ మెషిన్ గన్ పూర్తిగా నిజమైన స్టీల్తో హ్యాండ్క్రాఫ్ట్ చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. ఇది పూర్తి చేయడానికి నాలుగు నెలల సమయం పట్టిందని అన్నారు. ఈ చిత్రంలో 18 నిమిషాల పాటు సాగే భారీ యాక్షన్ సీక్వెన్స్లో ఈ గన్ ని ఉపయోగించారు. ఇలాంటి గన్ ని ఏ భారతీయ చిత్రంలోను చూపించలేదు. ఇది సందీప్ (దర్శకుడు) దృష్టి కోణం నుంచి పుట్టినది అని వెల్లడించారు.

షారుఖ్ ఖాన్ హీరోగా రాజ్ కుమార్ హిరాణీ దర్శకత్వంలో తెరకెక్కి డిసెంబర్ 21న ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకి రాబోతున్న సినిమా డంకీ. డిఫరెంట్ కాన్సెప్ట్ తో ఈ చిత్రాన్ని హిరాణీ సిల్వర్ స్క్రీన్ పై ఆవిష్కరించారు. హిరాణీ మూవీస్ అన్ని కూడా కాన్సెప్ట్ ఒరియాంటెడ్ ఉంటాయనే సంగతి అందరికి తెలిసిందే. యాక్షన్ కంటే క్యారెక్టర్ ఎమోషన్స్ కి ఆయన ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తారు.
అందుకే హిరాణీ సినిమాలు అన్ని వర్గాల ఆడియన్స్ కి కనెక్ట్ అవుతాయి. డంకీ మూవీలో షారుఖ్ ఖాన్ కి జోడీగా తాప్సి కనిపిస్తోంది. విక్కీ కౌశల్ కీలక పాత్రలో కనిపిస్తున్నాడు. ఇప్పటికే సినిమా నుంచి వచ్చిన ట్రైలర్, సాంగ్స్ ప్రేక్షకులకి కనెక్ట్ అయ్యాయి. షారుఖ్ పఠాన్, జవాన్ సినిమాలు హిందీతో పాటు సౌత్ భాషలలో కూడా రిలీజ్ అయ్యాయి.
కాని డంకీ మూవీని కేవలం హిందీలోనే రిలీజ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ సినిమాలో కథ మొత్తం పంజాబీ స్టేట్ బ్యాక్ డ్రాప్ లో నడుస్తుంది. కంటెంట్ కూడా అక్కడి రియల్ గా జరిగిన సంఘటనల స్ఫూర్తితో రాసుకున్నదే. అందుకే హిందీలోనే భాగా కమ్యునికేట్ చేయగలమని సౌత్ భాషలలో రిలీజ్ చేయడం లేదు. అయితే దక్షిణాది ప్రేక్షకులని ఎట్రాక్ట్ చేసేందుకు చిత్ర యూనిట్ మరో స్ట్రాటజీతో వస్తోంది.
దక్షిణాదిలో ఆయా భాషల సబ్ టైటిల్స్ తో మూవీని థియేటర్స్ లో రిలీజ్ చేయబోతున్నారంట. ఈ సబ్ టైటిల్స్ కారణంగా ఆడియన్స్ కనెక్ట్ అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని భావిస్తున్నారు. హిందీ సినిమాలలో తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలలో నైజాంలో కొంత డిమాండ్ ఉంటుంది. అందుకే ఇక్కడ కూడా అలాంటి ప్రయోగం చేస్తున్నారంట.
సినిమాకి పాజిటివ్ టాక్ వస్తే ఈ ప్లాన్ వర్క్ అవుట్ అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే సౌత్ లో సలార్ వేవ్ లో డంకీ సౌత్ పెద్దగా వినపదకపోవచ్చు. రాజ్ కుమార్ హిరాణీ సినిమాలకి సౌత్ లో కూడా మంచి ఫ్యాన్ బేస్ ఉంది. అయితే అది సిటీల వరకే పరిమితం డాన్ని ఎంత వరకు డంకీ గ్రాబ్ చేస్తుందనేది చూడాలి.

Whether it is ‘Chatrapathi’ or ‘Baahubali’ franchise, the maverick filmmaker always presented Prabhas in the best way and made his fans go crazy in theatres. Prabhas is struggling to find hit in recent times and he is arriving with ‘Salaar’ this weekend. The trailers raised the expectations heavily and fans are fighting for the first day tickets.
The much-awaited interview of ‘Salaar’ team with Rajamouli has finally arrived. It was an hour-long video with Rajamouli asking interesting questions and Prasanth Neel, Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran answering them. Rajamouli said that Prabhas needs to do nothing but just stand in the frame which will be enough most of the time. He added that there will be an emotion in him that can be expressed through his body. He asked Prasanth Neel about how he showed Prabhas.
The ‘KGF’ director replied that Prabhas has an innocence that can suddenly turn into rage on the screen. He wanted to show that aspect and it is how he created the character of Deva. Prabhas too sounded very enthusiastic in this interview and revealed a lot of funny incidents on the sets as well as out of the sets. He talked about how he met Prasanth Neel and talked about the director’s obsession with hair and how important is an actor like Prithviraj to this film. He even shared an incident in Italy where a foreigner recognized Prabhas and stated Rajamouli was the reason for this.
‘Salaar’ is releasing on 22nd December and Shruti Hassan is the heroine in it. Bhuvan is the cinematographer while Ravi Basrur is the music composer. Hombale Films produced this film which got an A certificate about which Prasanth Neel is not happy about.
Huge Business Done By ‘Salaar’! Can It Give Profits?
Prabhas is one of the few heroes who is unphased by success and failures. His craze never went down although he did not give a single hit since ‘Baahubali 2’. In the past 6 years, he delivered a failure like ‘Saaho’ and two disasters like ‘Aadipurush’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’. Despite all that, film lovers are going gaga over ‘Salaar’. This intense action drama is releasing in less than 48 hours and fans cannot wait to witness it on the big screens.
The pre-release business of this film has been huge. As per reports, the theatrical rights were sold for approximately 345 crores. This is the second biggest business done for a Prabhas film. While ‘Baahubali 2’ stands first with 352 crores, Prasanth Neel’s directorial is just 7 crores away from it which explains the craze the movie has. The movie needs to get more than 350 crores at least to enter the profit zone. It is quite easy if the movie manages to get a positive talk.
The competition with ‘Dunki’ may affect it in the Northern region but the movie is expected to create and shatter records in the South. If we look at the business done by Prabhas’ films in recent times, ‘Adipurush’ did 240 crores while ‘Radhe Shyam’ got 202.8 crores. ‘Saaho’ did 270 crore business which shows his last five movies did a business of approximately 1,409 crores. This shows the actor’s craze and the aura he has. All he needs is a positive talk to make sure that ‘Salaar’ shatters all the records. Let us wait and see if it is possible or not.
