SRK Claims ‘Dunki’ Has Lots Of Love & Comedy!
King Khan Shah Rukh made a stellar comeback by delivering two back-to-back 1000 crore films ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawaan’. He is planning to sign off 2023 on a grand note with ‘Dunki’ which is one of the most-awaited projects in Bollywood. The combination of SRK and Rajkumar Hirani has allured the fans for so long and it finally happened. The movie is gearing up to hit the screens on 21st December and SRK is promoting this film in a grand way.
He flew to Dubai ahead of the release and talked highly about the film. He said, “I don’t know. Raju Hirani saab ne bhi kabhi aesi film nahi banai (Rajkumar Hirani hasn’t made a film like this.) When we finished the film and saw it for the first time, humko aesa laga Raju Hirani saab ne love story bana di hai which spans ages. (When we saw the film, we thought Hirani has made a love story which spans ages).”
He added, “And it’s a very touching film. I think it’s a story of love, it has action that Rajkumar Hirani hasn’t ever done. There are many sequences that I think I haven’t done. All that is there but as Raju never shows his films in the trailers and teasers. He likes people to come to the theatre and enjoy it. So, you will find lots of love and comedy.”
Rajkumar Hirani directed and co-produced this movie while Gauri Khan is the other producer. Pritam is the music composer and the ensemble cast includes talented actors like Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover, along with Shah Rukh Khan. A JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films are presenting this film. This film is written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirai and Kanika Dhillon.
