Sreeleela’s Recent Flop Creates Doubts On ‘Guntur Karam’
Happening beauty Sreeleela is working day and night these days in order to fulfill her commitments. She arrived with ‘Skanda’ in September, ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ in October and ‘Aadikeshava’ in November. In December, her ‘Extra Ordinary Man’ will come out followed by ‘Guntur Karam’ in January. She also has Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ in her hands. She leapfrogged into the top league with just two films and earned a huge fanbase.
But her recent track record is worrying her fans as they think that she is on a signing spree without looking too much into her character in the movie. Her ‘Skanda’ ended up as a failure and she got a spineless role in the movie. While ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’ was good, her recent outing ‘Aadikeshava’ was a disaster. She had nothing to do except for looking good and dancing energetically. Looking at the trailer of ‘Extra Ordinary Man’, it looks like Sreeleela doesn’t have much to do in that film too and she is going to be confined for a few romantic scenes and songs.
This is creating huge doubts about her role in ‘Guntur Karam’. Usually, heroines don’t get a lot of screen time in big hero films. Barring Keerthy Suresh in ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, all of Mahesh’s recent movies like ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’, ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ and ‘Maharshi’ had no scope for heroines to perform. Trivikram is known for penning entertaining roles to heroines but the second heroines in his movies have zero purpose. While we know that she won’t have much to do in ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ anyway, Sreeleela’s fans are worried about what kind of role she may get in ‘Guntur Karam’ as well.
Hanuman: Amma Avakaya and Anjaneya.. energetic track unveiled
Director Prasanth Varma and the Hanu-Man team have been creating buzz for their upcoming original superhero film by releasing its thrilling songs. Following the launch of the second song, “Superhero Hanuman,” which garnered excitement among kids and adults on Children’s Day, the team has now dropped the third single, “Avakaya Anjaneya.”
This latest release presents a lively folk track filled with energetic beats, composed by Anudeeep Dev. The song’s visuals start with Amritha Aiyer, accompanied by elderly women making avakaya pickle, when masked assailants attempt an attack. Enter Hanumanthu, portrayed as Lord Anjaneya, coming to the women’s rescue. The seamless integration of pickle-making tradition with an action-packed sequence has resulted in a song that boasts moments worthy of applause and cheers.
Simhachalam Mannela crafted the memorable lyrics, sung vibrantly by Galidevara Sahiti. Teja Sajja showcases a powerful presence in the song, complemented by skillfully choreographed action scenes.
The soundtrack for “Hanu-Man” offers diversity, with each of the three released songs – including the devotional “Hanuman Chalisa,” the humorous “Superhero Hanuman,” and now the folk-inspired “Avakaya Anjaneya” – representing distinct genres.
Haromhara Teaser: Eye-Catching Mass Sambhavam From Sudheer!
Handsome and talented actor Sudheer Babu is known for his interesting projects with different storylines. He is now arriving with ‘Haromhara’ which is directed by Gnanasagar Dwaraka and produced under the banner of SSC (Sree Subrahmanyeshwara Cinemas). The teaser has been launched by Prabhas in Telugu, while Mammootty, Tiger Shroff, Vijay Sethupathy, and Kichcha Sudeep released the Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada versions respectively.
Sudheer is yet to do a complete mass film and ‘Haromhara’ promises to be a complete action drama with a lot of mass elevations. The makers themselves claim that it is ‘Sudheer Babu’s Mass Sambhavam’ in the teaser which raises the expectations. The teaser opens with police arresting the protagonist, while his supporters try to stop them. Sudheer Babu as Subramanyam is a normal guy, but situations force him to take a violent path.
It mainly focuses on the lead character and how various characters influence his journey. Not much of the story has been revealed but the well-cut teaser gives us a lot of intense and power-packed moments. Director Gnanasagar Dwaraka picked a rustic story set in a period backdrop of the Kuppam area and presented the same in the most consequential manner. Dialogues are exemplary for the set-up of this action extravaganza. Sudheer mastered the dialect and all the actors look their part.
From the makeover to portraying the powerful role, Sudheer Babu steals the show. Sunil makes his presence felt, whereas Malvika Sharma is good as the leading lady. Lakki Lakshman, Ravi Kale, and Arjun Gowda play important roles in this mass entertainer.
The visuals are stunning and Aravind Viswanathan has to be credited for it. The thundering background score by Chaitan Bharadwaj adds to the grandeur of the trailer. The movie looks very rich on the technical front. The movie will be released in early 2024 and fans can’t wait to see more from this project.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga Plans New Movie with Allu Arjun
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his sensational movie Arjun Reddy, has been making headlines again. His film Animal is all set to release on December 1st and it is also confirmed that his next project featuring superstar Prabhas, titled “Spirit,” likely to start in September 2024.

Pranay mentioned, “After Sandeep completes ‘Spirit’ with Prabhas and Allu Arjun finishes his upcoming project post ‘Pushpa 2,’ they aim to work together. However, the story isn’t decided, and Sandeep hasn’t penned it yet.”

Rising Trend of Malayalam Villains in Tollywood Movies
In Tollywood, there’s a shortage of Telugu villains just like Telugu heroines. Because actors like Rao Ramesh are moving towards specific character roles and Prakash Raj’s repeated performances have become boring to the audience. Marking it, filmmakers have been bringing in villains from other languages. Recently, Sudev Nair played a major villain in Nithin’s movie “Extra-ordinary Man,” Recently, he was also seen in “Tiger Nageswara Rao” as well. In Tiger Nageswara Rao, he left an impression on the audience with his cruel character but unfortunately the film bombed at box-office.
On the other hand, Malayali villain Shine Tom Chacko performance as villain in Neni’s Dasara gained attention. He also made an impact in Rangabali, though its failure affected future opportunities. Director Prashant Neel also clarified that Salaar and KGF exist in separate worlds, evident from the start of Salaar. While the teaser introduces the main characters, the trailer will shed more light on the plot. Neel praised Prabhas’ genuine character, contributing to making Salaar exceed his expectations.
Neel revealed that filming for the second part will commence soon but will take additional time to complete. Salaar spans a six-hour story, prompting the decision to split it into two parts, not for financial reasons but to serve the narrative.
