It is well known that Mega hero Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got married in Italy grandly on the 1st of November. Close friends and family members were present at the wedding ceremony. They flew back to India a few days back and the reception was held last night. A lot of celebrities came to wish the newlyweds.
The outfits of Varun and Lavanya at the reception were amazing. They looked beautiful and it led to a discussion among the public. Especially, Lavanya’s designer gold-colored saree grabbed a lot of attention. It was designed by renowned designer Manish Malhotra who is known for working on the costumes of not just films but huge personal occasions of many stars both in the North and South.
The saree is reportedly designed keeping in mind Lavanya Tripathi’s physique and skin tone. The pictures of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan donning the same saree at a Bollywood function are currently going viral now. Lavanya looked very elegant and gorgeous in the saree. Sources say that the red saree which was worn by Lavanya at the time of her marriage was worth 10 lakh rupees.
The reception saree costed around 2.75 lakhs as per the news on social media. There are a few who claim that the saree cost double the quoted price. Keeping it aside, all the Mega fans are delighted to see Varun and Lavanya together as husband and wife.

No Change! Get Ready For ‘Salaar’ Bonanza On 22nd Dec!
‘Salaar’ is one film for which the fans of Prabhas are eagerly waiting. After tasting three flops in a row, they cannot wait to witness their star back in action mode. Prasanth Neel is known for his action films with heavy elevation scenes and that is what the fans are craving for. After getting postponed from 28th September, the makers have announced that the movie will be hitting the screens worldwide on 22nd December.
With SRK’s ‘Dunki’ already occupying the date, it led to a huge debate across the nation. There were some media houses that tried to propel the news about the possibility of ‘Salaar’ moving away from that date. But trusted reports make it clear that Prabhas’ film will be released on 22nd December without change. Sources claim that the trailer will be launched by the end of November and one song will be released before that.
The movie is going to have a pan-Indian release and the producers will be reaffirming the fans with posters with release dates once again soon. The movie is expected to shatter records. Though SRK delivered two successive 1000 crore films, ‘Dunki’ is something different from ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’. It is a Rajkumar Hirani film which has a strong story and touching emotions laced with entertainment. Though it may end up as a classic for ages, it is not something that you expect to collect 1000 crores.
On the other hand, ‘Salaar’ may not have a repeat value after a couple of months, it is going to create a euphoria in theatres and will set the cash registers ringing. So, releasing on the same day will have a bad impact on ‘Dunki’ more than ‘Salaar’. Let us wait and see what happens.

Though many dubbing movies are successful in Telugu, there are only a few heroes from other languages that are adored by Telugu viewers. Real-life brothers Suriya and Karthi are two Tamil heroes who earned a special place in the hearts of Telugu people. Their craze in the Telugu states is huge and they have a huge fanbase because of their strong performances and versatile script selection.
While Suriya takes time to make films, Karthi is showing a lot of speed lately. He is on a roll these days with back-to-back hits. It all started with ‘Khaidi’ where people fell in love with his Dilli character. Even before that, his films like ‘Khaki’, ‘Awara’, ‘Naa Peru Shiva’ and others became big hits. His ‘Sardar’ was a very good hit in 2022 and his character was the most loved one in both ‘PS – 1’ as well as ‘PS – 2’.
He is arriving with his landmark 25th film ‘Japan’ on 10th November. There is a decent hype on the movie and Karthi even sang a song. The pre-release event in Telugu was organised in a grand manner with Venkatesh and Nani arriving as guests. The teaser and trailer showcase Karthi sporting a very whacky look and his dubbing is also quite unique. It is quite clear that he plays the role of a crazy gold robber, the makers have not revealed too much about the story.
The lack of competition in the Telugu states for this film is a huge plus point. While ‘Jigarthanda Double X’ is arriving on the same date, it won’t be a huge obstacle for Karthi if he manages to get a good talk. We need to wait and see if ‘Japan’ manages to continue Karthi’s successful run at the box office or becomes a speed breaker.
