King Nagarjuna has a unique charm and aura which are unparalleled. But he is unable to find the right scripts lately. His action flicks like ‘Ghost’ and ‘Wild Dog’ failed to impress the audience while a rom-com like ‘Manmadhudu 2’ met with disastrous result. He is working on ‘Naa Saami Ranga’ right now and the glimpse which came out a few weeks back was met with a positive response from the fans.
The makers are eyeing a Sankranti release and the shooting is going on at a brisk pace. Heroes Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun are playing key roles in this movie. Sources say that around 50% of the shooting has been completed and a new schedule will begin on November 6th in Mysore. Key portions of the movie will be shot in this schedule that will reportedly last for over 20 days.
Fans feel that Mysore is a good luck charm for Nagarjuna and his last two hits namely ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and ‘Bangarraju’ were shot there. They ended up in profits and fans feel that the same sentiment would work out for ‘Naa Saami Ranga’ as well. Let us wait and see if it happens or not. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada has penned the story and dialogues of this movie while Vijay Binni is the director.
Srinivasaa Chitturi is bankrolling this project under ‘Srinivasaa Silver Screen’ banner. MM Keeravani who is an Oscar award and a National Award winner is giving music for this flick. The release date is yet to be confirmed.
