‘Dunki’ Team Keeping The Audience Guessing!

While it is still November, the entire movie world is talking about the box-office clash between ‘Salaar’ and ‘Dunki’. While Prabhas’ action film is directed by Prasanth Neel, Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have teamed up for the first time in ‘Dunki’. While one film is a complete mass film, the other one is going to be a heartwarming tale with good entertainment.

While the outer world may see it as Prabhas fighting with Shah Rukh in theatres, it is Prasanth Neel versus Rajkumar Hirani as they both as masters in their own brand of films. While the team ‘Salaar’ is making sure that the audience know the release date by printing it out in every poster, the team of ‘Dunki’ is keeping the audience guessing.

While the makers of ‘Dunki’ announced that the film would be coming out on 21st December right at the start of shooting, they mentioned ‘For Christmas’ in the First Drop as well as a few posters. This is making the viewers curious and we need to see if both the makers come to an agreement and keep 1 or 2 days gap between them or go head-to-head.

Tapsee Pannu is the female lead in this film which will be produced jointly by JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment and Rajkumar Hirani Films. The makers have already announced that the much-awaited movie will be released on 22nd December 2023. Vicky Kaushal is playing a key role in it as well.

Senior actor Chandra Mohan who has entertained the Telugu audience with his versatile role over the past 50 years has passed away on Saturday morning at 9:45 AM. He was admitted in Apollo Hospital a few days back in order to get treated for heart-related issues and he breathed his last today leaving all his family members in tears.

We all know what Chandra Mohan did in his career but do you know about his family? His wife Jalandhara is a famous writer who wrote hundreds of stories and novels. She received numerous awards for her work. Both husband and wife supported each other in excelling in their respective careers. Jalandhara did BA Economics in those times which is quite rare.

Chandra Mohan and Jalandhara are blessed with two children. While the first daughter Madhura Meenakshi is settled in America as a psychologist, the second daughter Madhavi is a doctor in Chennai. Legendary filmmaker K Vishwanath is a relative to Chandra Mohan. It was the ‘Sagara Sangamam’ director who helped Chandra Mohan a lot during his initial stages as an actor. Tamil star hero Karthi’s ‘Japan’ was released on 10th November amidst decent expectations and garnered a mixed response from the audience. The wafer-thin routine story and boring narration were the biggest minus points of the movie. Keeping them aside, Anu Emmanuel who played the heroine’s role had very little to do in this movie.

But Pawa Kalyan’s fans had a blast watching this film and it is all thanks to Anu Emmanuel. The ‘Majnu’ actress plays the role of a star heroine in ‘Japan’ and she is shown as someone who acted with all the big stars. They used Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnyathavaasi’ posters to showcase how big of a starlet she turned out to be.

As we know, she was the heroine in ‘Agnyathavaasi’ and ‘Japan’ team cleverly incorporated it in the movie. Fans and the masses went gaga as soon as they saw Pawan Kalyan’s posters and it would have helped the film a lot if the screenplay was a bit better.

There were a few dialogues with PK’s references as well and dialogue writer Rakendumouli did a great job in giving native touch to the Tamil film. Ravi Varman is the director of photography while Anbu Ariv are the fight masters. Philomin Raj is the editor of this movie. Actor Sunil was seen in a vital role in the movie that marks the acting debut of popular cinematographer Vijay Milton. Vinesh Banglan, the production designer also worked on the movie. Rajumurugan is the director of this film while SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu produced it. GV Prakash Kumar composed the music.

Chandramohan’s actual name was Chandrasekhara Rao and he was born on May 23, 1943, in the quaint village of Pamidimukkala in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, Chandramohan’s journey from the bylanes of his hometown to the silver screen is nothing short of cinematic itself.

His foray into films marked the beginning of an era where he effortlessly wore multiple hats—comedy, hero, and character artist—all with equal finesse.
