అసలు విషయం ఏంటి అంటే ట్విట్టర్ లో అక్టోబర్ 26, 2023 న సూర్య తన 43వ సినిమా ప్రకటన వీడియోను షేర్ చేయడం జరిగింది. ఆ వీడియోను ఏకంగా 26.5 మిలియన్ ల మంది చూశారు. ఒక సినిమా అనౌన్స్మెంట్ వీడియోను ఇంతగా చూడటం రికార్డ్. ఆల్ ఇండియా రికార్డ్ ను సూర్య 43 దక్కించుకుంది.
అంతకు ముందు ఆ రికార్డ్ ను డిసెంబర్ 2022 లో విజయ్ షేర్ చేసిన వీడియో కలిగి ఉంది. ఆ వీడియో 26.2 మిలియన్ల వ్యూస్ ను కలిగి ఉంది. ఆ రికార్డ్ ను నెల రోజులు తిరక్కుండానే సూర్య బ్రేక్ చేయడం నిజంగా పెద్ద విషయం అంటూ సినీ వర్గాల వారు మరియు మీడియా సర్కిల్స్ వారు మాట్లాడుకుంటున్నారు.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja joined the elite list of Pan-India stars with his recent outing Tiger Nageswara Rao. Debutant Vamsee helmed the crime thriller in which the star played the titular role. Ravi Teja was shown in a never before avatar in the action entertainer which is loved by one and all.
It’s been around three weeks since the film was released and it is still seeing a good number of footfalls. The much-awaited film was released on the 20th of October on a massive scale.
Now the makers have released the Ek Dum Ek Dum video song from the film. It is a peppy song and can make any groove to it. The energetic song shows how the hero expresses his love to the heroine played by debutant Nupur Sanon.
It is a perfect peppy number which had already become a blockbuster. Now the full song was released by the makers for the weekend. It is no exaggeration to say that the song would get a thundering response from the audience.

‘Dum Masala’ Stands 2nd In The Most Viewed List!
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming release ‘Guntur Karam’ is one of the most awaited films in Tollywood. The star hero will be seen in a mass avatar after a long time and the combo of Mahesh and Trivikram is aiming for a hattrick after classics like ‘Athadu’ and ‘Khaleja’. The first song titled ‘Dum Masala’ was released from the movie on the star director’s birthday and it is getting a thunderous response.
Fans loved the song and it clocked 17.42 million views in the first 24 hours. It is already nearing the 25 million mark and it is showing no signs of stopping any time soon. With this, ‘Dum Masala’ song ended up being the second most viewed lyrical video from South India in 24 hours. The first place is occupied by Vijay’s ‘Arabic Kuthu’ song which got 23.77 million views.
Interestingly, it is Vijay and Mahesh who have three songs each in the Top 6 places of this list. While Vijay has ‘Arabic Kuthu’, ‘Ranjithame’ and ‘Naa Ready’ songs on his name, Mahesh Babu has ‘Dum Masala’, ‘Penny’ and ‘Kalavathi’. What’s more interesting is the fact that four of these six songs were composed by Thaman.
‘Dum Masala’ song is getting a lot of love from the fans and they are raving non-stop about the lyrics which elevate the hero’s character a lot. The cast of ‘Guntur Kaaram’ includes big names like Jagapathi Babu, Jayaram, Prakash Raaj, Ramya Krishnan too. The movie is releasing on 12th January 2024. Manoj Paramahamsa is handling cinematography while AS Prakash is handling production design. Navin Nooli is editing the film while Ram Laxman masters are composing action sequences. Will Dhanush’s ‘Captain Miller’ Survive Pongal Competition?
Tamil hero Dhanush is one of the best actors in this country right now and his versatility in script selection is something to marvel at. He is currently working on ‘Captain Miller’ which was supposed to hit the screens on 15th December. But things went awry as soon as ‘Salaar’ decided to arrive on 22nd December. With the huge risk of getting dominated by Prabhas’ flick on a pan-Indian level, the makers have reportedly decided to arrive on Pongal.
While there is not much competition in Kollywood at that time, the scenario is completely different in Tollywood. There are seven releases in the Sankranti season already and Dhanush’s flick will make it eight. With big names like superstar Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh, Ravi Teja, Nagarjuna, Vijay Deverakonda and others arriving at the same time, the distributors are already pulling their hairs out trying to allot enough theatres for all these movies.
If Dhanush’s ‘Captain Miller’ arrives during the same time, it will become even messier. As we know, Dhanush has a good market in Telugu states but he will not be given first preference over Telugu stars. It all depends on who buys the film in Telugu. We have seen ‘Leo’ getting a big chunk of theatres in the Telugu states during Dasara season despite Balayya and Ravi Teja’s films because of Sithara Entertainments backing it. If ‘Captain Miller’ too gets a big banner’s support things will be different. Let us see what happens.
