Janhvi Kapoor Gears Up for Another Pan-India Project
Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of the late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, has made her mark in Bollywood with her performances, although she hasn’t yet had a blockbuster hit.
However, the young actress has now set her sights on Tollywood, the Telugu film industry, with her upcoming project NTR30 opposite superstar NTR. The launch of the film, directed by Koratala Siva, was a star-studded affair, and Janhvi expressed her excitement at being a part of such a prestigious project.
The film will be released in a pan-India range, and the music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
If NTR30 turns out to be a hit, it could open up many doors for Janhvi in Tollywood. There are already reports that Boney Kapoor is working on a second Telugu film, which will be produced by Dil Raju.
Although it’s not confirmed whether Janhvi will star in the film, preparations are underway. Janhvi is reportedly keen to work on a pan-India project, which would give her a chance to reach out to audiences across the country, including Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
It remains to be seen who Janhvi will be paired opposite in her second Telugu film, but with her talent and her father’s support, there’s no doubt that she has a bright future ahead of her in the film industry.
Why Is Allu Aravind Silent About ‘Balagam’ Success?
There is a good culture in Tollywood where industry folks usually celebrate each other’s success. We usually see veteran producers like Allu Aravind felicitating people who made special films that brought a lot of praise and recognition. We have seen arranging parties when movies like ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ and ‘Mahanati’ became successful. He heaps praises on those movies and encourages the new talent without any ego or pride.
Recently, a small film ‘Balagam’ achieved phenomenal success. Dil Raju produced this film and Venu Yeldandi directed it. Apart from wonderful collections, the movie received a lot of praise and appreciation from all over. Some industry folks have already congratulated the team and Chiranjeevi himself invited them to ‘Bholaa Shankar’ sets and felicitated them. Manchi Mohan Babu and others too did the same.
But Allu Aravind who stands first in the list when it comes to encouraging such good films has remained silent over ‘Balagam’. He did not felicitate them as usual and insiders say that there is a strong reason for it. Recently, Vijay Deverakonda and Parasuram announced a project under their combination and Dil Raju is producing this film. They delivered a blockbuster like ‘Geetha Govindham’ before and it was under the GA2 Pictures banner. Parasuram reportedly worked on the script under Allu Aravind’s banner and Dil Raju is said to have hijacked the project which did not make the veteran happy. Disappointed with this, he decided to stay away from celebrating ‘Balagam’ success as Raju produced it. Looks like all is not well between these two big shots.
Is It Pawan Kalyan Or Harish Shankar?
Fans of Power star Pawan Kalyan were all over the social media on Friday and Saturday ever since Harish Shankar & Co announced ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. There were even complaints that Mythri Movie Makers did not announce this news whilst focusing a lot on ‘Pushpa 2’. The shooting started in the morning and the production team made an announcement at the night revealing Pawan’s arrival. This led to a lot of debate on social media.
The movie’s unit felt that the fans were disappointed with the posters they released. The main issue started since then as people were split about who is exactly in the poster. Some fans say that it is Pawan Kalyan while some say that it is director Harish Shankar himself.
Previously, Harish Shankar wore the police uniform and appeared as Pawan in a silhouette shot for ‘Gabbar Singh’ back in 2012. Many claim that it was Harish once again who turned back and sat on the chair in the recently released poster of ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. We need to wait and see if the makers really did that or its just the assumptions of netizens.
As we know, Mythri Movie Makers are producing this movie while Devi Sri Prasad who gave blockbuster albums like ‘Jalsa’, ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ to Pawan Kalyan is working on the music. Ayanka Bose is the cinematographer while Anand Sai is the production designer.
3 Weeks Left For Release! What Happens To ‘Agent’?
There is a lot of talk about Akhil’s ‘Agent’ getting released on April 28th or not. But the team put an end to all these talks as they kickstarted the promotions finally. After releasing two songs and a teaser from the movie, the movie’s unit including the hero and director started giving interviews. They even built a small set in order to present the mood of ‘Agent’ to the audience prior to the release.
While all this sounds great, it has to be seen how the makers handle the promotions with only three weeks left for release. A star hero like Nani allotted one month exclusively to promoting his ‘Dasara’ all over the nation. He went above and beyond to market his film. ‘Agent’ is also a pan-Indian film but the makers have not shifted gears in terms of advertising it.
This is the costliest film in Akhil’s career and it is getting released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. We need to wait and see how the makers manage to cover all these languages within these three weeks. ‘Agent’ is not a small film and it needs to have a good run in theatres in order to recover its budget. Fans are happy that the makers have finally started the promotions and they can’t wait to see Akhil back on the big screens.
Malayalam legendary actor Mammootty is playing a key role in ‘Agent’. Crazy music composer Hip Hop Tamizha is scoring the music while top writer Vakkantam Vamsi has penned the story. Produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner along with Surender 2 Cinema banner, this movie will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
Ragul Herian Dharuman cranks the camera. Naveen Nooli is the editor while Avinash Kolla is the art director. Stylish maker Surender Reddy is directing the movie and he is presenting Akhil as a first-of-its-kind character. Sakshi Vaidya is the heroine in this flick which is coming out on 28th April.

A ‘Khan’ Multi-Starrer After Three Decades!
Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are undoubtedly the biggest stars in Bollywood over the last three decades. It is a dream for many people to see them on the screen together. Aditya Chopra who is shocking movie lovers with huge updates these days has come up with another one now. Shah Rukh and Salman did a full-length movie together named ‘Karan Arjun’. It came out back in 1995 and Hrithik’s dad Rakesh Roshan directed it. This movie was a huge sensation back then and it was a revenge drama based on the concept of reincarnation.
This movie gave a new life to multi-starrers in Bollywood but SRK and Salman never acted together again those did special cameos in each other’s films. Non-Theatrical Rights Of Nikhil’s Next Sold For Solid Price!
Young and talented hero Nikhil Siddharth is arriving with back-to-back interesting projects. He scored a pan-Indian hit in the form of ‘Karthikeya 2′ and his last outing ’18 Pages’ got a decent response as well. He is currently working on another pan-Indian flick named ‘SPY’ which is being made on a grand scale. Directed by Garry BH, the shooting is currently going on in full swing. This is the costliest film of Nikhil till date.
The film is carrying exceptional buzz after the glimpse and other promotional material received a terrific response. Thanks to Nikhil’s craze and impressive visuals of ‘SPY’, the film’s non-theatrical rates were reportedly sold for a solid prize. Amazon Prime Video has bought the digital rights while Star Network got the satellite rights according to reports. News is that both these rights were sold for a fancy rate of 40 crores. Apparently, the officials watched a few rushes from the movie and got highly impressed.
Nikhil will be seen as the soldier in ‘SPY’. The hero claimed that this pan-Indian flick will hit the screens in the summer but did not announce the release date. Iswarya Menon is the leading lady opposite Nikhil. Aryan Rajesh in his comeback is playing a special role. Producer K Rajashekhar Reddy has also provided a story for this flick.
Bollywood famous cinematographer Keiko Nakahara who was part of critically acclaimed films like Mary Kom, Shakunthala Devi, Tanhaji is working on this flick along with Hollywood DOP Julian Amaru Estrada.
