Amid Joining In BJP,Star Hero Attracts Threatening Letters!

Kannada Super Star Kiccha Suddep will wear the saffron shawl. Sudeep and Challenging star Darshan Thoogudeepa will be joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and other key leaders. Both BJP and Sudeep have reportedly confirmed the development. The election bells rang in poll-bound Karnataka and the parties were busy with Operation Akarsh. He hails from the Valmiki Nayaka community which accounts for seven percent. Political experts say that they voted for the BJP in the last elections and there is a high chance of this happening again.

Ahead of his joining in the BJP, star hero Kiccha Sudeep received two threatening letters. It is said that the miscreants used objectionable language in the letter and warned that his personal videos would be made public. Suddepâ€™s manager Jack Manju filed a complaint.

The case was registered with the Puttenahalli Police Station. The Police are investigating the matter from the angle of who sent the threatening case.

Along with Sudeep, another star hero Darshan is also joining the Bharatiya Janata Party. Both heroes enjoy a good following among the masses and have a massive fan following. The BJP feels that its winning chances increase with their joining.

Nayaka is one of the strong communities in Karnataka which will go through the general elections soon. The community allegedly accounts for seven percent of the total population in the state. Sudeep who hails from the community is 51 years old.The Nayaka community which comes under the scheduled castes in Karnataka has a big population in the Kalyana region. The BJP feels that the community and the following of the star hero would benefit them in the polls. The elections will be held in May.

Kiccha Sudeep is one of the star heroes in the Kannada film industry. He is also familiar with Telugu audiences. He made a promising debut in the Tollywood industry with the visual wonder Eega. He impressed many with his promising acting skills in SS Rajamouliâ€™s directorial Eega. Later Sudeep appeared in Telugu films like Rajamouliâ€™s Baahubali and Megastar Chiranjeeviâ€™s magnum opus Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

#AshokGalla2 First Action: Mass Makeover For Ghattamaneni Hero!

Young and handsome hero Ashok Galla made his silver screen debut with ‘Hero’ last year. He comes with a huge background as he is the son of MP Galla Jayadev and grandson of the late superstar Krishna. This nephew of Superstar Mahesh Babu scored brownie points for his acting in ‘Hero’ despite the movie’s disappointing result at the box office.

He proved that he has good acting capabilities. The fear of first film is nowhere to be seen and he showcased all his talents on the big screen. He danced quite stylishly and pulled off some cool moves and performed brilliantly in the action sequences too. Now, he has undergone a mass makeover for his second project #AshokGalla2.

Arjun Jandyala of ‘Guna 369’ fame is directing the movie and the story is penned by creative filmmaker Prasanth Varma. Somineni Balakrishna is producing the movie and it is the first film under their ‘Lalithambika Productions’ banner. The makers released a small glimpse presenting Ashoka Galla in an action-packed avatar. He looked rugged in the video and his swag meter was quite high when he twirled his mustache and smiled at the camera.

Arjun Jandhyala is a protege of Boyapati Sreenu and his mark is visible in the action sequence. Bheems Ceciroleo who gave a blockbuster album like ‘Dhamaka’ is composing the music for this untitled flick while Prasad Murella is the cinematographer. Burra Sai Madhav provided dialogues while Tammiraju is the editor. The shooting is currently underway in Hyderabad and the team will be revealing the details about the heroine and the rest of the crew in the coming days.

Star hero Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela are all set to welcome their first child. Ever since they announced the pregnancy, wishes started pouring from all corners. The couple was seen together having a great time in Los Angeles a few weeks back and they recently had a baby shower party organized in Dubai. The adorable pictures of this lovely couple always bring smiles to our faces.

Now, Upasana posted a lovely video which is a collection of some of the beautiful moments they had in Dubai. She wrote, “Soooooo grateful for all the love. Thank u my darling sisters @anushpala & @sindoori_reddy for the best baby shower.” The baby shower party seems to have gone great with all the family friends and close friends enjoying with them.

Recently Upasana said, “I am very, very excited and also very proud that I chose to become a mother when we wanted to, not when society wanted to. So, ten years after our marriage, we have taken a call to have a kid now and I think it’s the best time because both of us are booming, both of us are financially secure and we can take care of our kids by ourselves.”

She further stated, “It was our mutual decision. As a couple, we didn’t let pressure hit us, whether it is from the society outside, our family or outsiders. Which says a lot about our relationship and how we are going to bring up our child as well.”

The major share of rented houses in the metro cities was cleared when Covid hit us. As a safety measure, employees moved to their native places to be safe and worked from their houses. Employers across the sectors allowed employees to work from home to stop the spread of the Covid virus.

With the Covid fear getting reduced and things coming to normal, the employees are back to their workplaces. So it has become tough for people to get houses for rent. Looking at the demand, the landlords increased the rents, and getting a house on rent is costing a bomb.

As a big example of this, the rents in Bengaluru increased massively. It is said that it costs around Rs 50,000 to get a double-bedroom house on rent. The cost is so high it is even higher than the national capital Delhi and other areas like Noida and Gurgaon.

India’s Silicon Valley Bengaluru is also dubbed as the IT hub of the country. Around 1.5 million IT employees are there in the Karnataka capital city working for various tech giants. All of them are back in the city as the offices open.

A few market researchers surveyed the residential market in various cities and Bengaluru stands on top of all the metro cities. Delhi is also not able to compete with Bengaluru in this regard.

The rented houses stayed vacant for almost two years. Covid brought many losses to the landlords. With the current situation allowing the landlords to cover up the losses, they increased the rents massively showing stars to tenants in broad daylight. They have no option left except to take houses for rent.

One thing that needs to be mentioned here is that the house rent depends on the area of the house. If the employees get houses at less rate in far places, they cannot visit the office and workplace on time given the traffic in Bengaluru. Employees who are shifting to Bengaluru are going after the house brokers to get them a house. On top of the high rent, they also have to pay some amount to the brokers as a commission.

‘Dasara’ Collections Not Up To The Mark In AP!

The one thing which used to be guaranteed was Nani’s films getting good reception across the Telugu states if the talk is positive. Though his market is a bit weak in the rural areas of Telangana, his movies worked pretty well in towns and cities. He has a very good craze in Andhra and Telangana regions as well. Nani’s films get profits all over the Telugu states if it gets a positive response due to his universal acceptance.

But the situation is a bit different with his latest outing ‘Dasara’. The rustic rural drama got a very good talk right from the morning shows but the collections are not up to the mark. As the movie is based in Telangana rural area, ‘Dasara’ is performing exceptionally well in the Nizam area. The collections are wonderful as it got a share of nearly 7 crores on the first day. The performance continued further and it earned a share of more than 18 crores by the end of the first weekend. These are the collections that usually star hero film gets.

But ‘Dasara’ is underperforming in Andhra Pradesh since the first day. Usually, films get more collections from Andhra and Ceeded compared to the Nizam area. But the collections of ‘Dasara’ in AP by the end of the first weekend is 14 crores as it grossed only 22 crores. It is only 70% of what ‘Dasara’ got from the Nizam region. Though the huge Telangana dialect and flavor might have played a part, these collections are a bit low considering Nani’s following in those areas. Dil Raju who distributed ‘Dasara’ in Nizam is expected to end up in high profits while the buyers are yet to cross the breakeven mark in AP. Let us wait and see what happens in the coming days.

Film stars taking the political path is not a new trend and we have seen this many times. The old tradition is relevant in both the South and North. Despite a few names like Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, and Jaya Bachchan venturing into politics, the trend is very much popular in the southern states.

Usually, the top stars like Heroes and heroines take this route. But the trend has changed and filmmakers are hinting at this. One of the leading producers in the Telugu film industry became inseparable from politics. For some time we are hearing reports that he might join politics.

Now the producer reacted to the reports. Dil Raju reportedly said that he is getting invitations to come to politics to become active and few have contacted him already. However, he is not ready to take any call on this as he is busy with projects.

Having acknowledged that he was contacted by a few, Dil Raju said that he believes that he is not ready to take the political route now and he cannot come to a conclusion now.

Earlier Dil Raju spoke about the connections he has with politicians as his friends and relatives are in politics in both states. This shows he enjoys good ties with the political spectrum.

Dil Raju is busy with a few projects. He is bankrolling Ram Charan’s upcoming Pan-India film Game Changer. Shankar is helming the project and the film is carrying high expectations as it is coming after RRR.

Dil Raju’s family started a new banner Dil Raju Productions to bankroll small films and the recent sensation Balagam is the first venture. So Dil Raju is a busy man and might take some more time to think about the political entry.
