Nani’s upcoming flick Ante Sundaraniki which was done with its shoot is presently in post-production phase.

The rom-com directed by Vivek Athreya stars Nazriya Nazim playing Nani’s love interest.

Music of the music was scored by Vivek Sagar and the film’s first single Panchakattu has been dropped.

It’s a peppy and peculiar track with notable composition. Lyricist Hasith Goli adds fun quotient with his mockery on the character of Nani.

Iconic Carnatic singer Aruna Sairam has lent her vocals for the song to make it more special with her unusual singing.

Like the track, the lyrics and the vocals, the visuals too are humorous.

Nani’s walking style, body language and his mannerisms are special attraction.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Ante Sundaraniki will be hitting the screens on June 10th.

Tamilisai opens up, attacks KCR government

Telangana governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, who has been maintaining restraint all these days despite the humiliation being meted out from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government, opened up on Wednesday.

Tamilsai met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and submitted him a report on the way the TRS government was denying her protocol supposed to be extended to a Governor of the state and boycotting her functions.

Right from dropping the customary Governor’s address to the budget session of the state assembly to denial of official invitation to the Yadadri temple inauguration, Tamilisai brought to the Prime Minister’s notice how deliberately KCR was avoiding her and insulting her.

After meeting the Prime Minister, Tamilsai came out sharply against the KCR government while interacting with the media.

She said the state government was treating her with contempt, without giving due respect to even a woman.

“I don’t mind if they want to insult me personally. But they should respect the institution of the Governor. There is a Constitutional system in place and one should honour it. It is surprising even chief secretary is not aware of the protocol to be given to the Governor,” she regretted.

Tamilsai said she had praised the KCR government on several occasions. At the same time, when there were certain issues like lack of proper infrastructure in the government hospital, she had given suggestions by virtue of being a doctor.

On Kaushik Reddy issue, she said there was no dispute at all.

“He was nominated under the Governor’s quota in social service category. I felt he did not fit into that category. So, I refused to accept the file as per my discretion. When another name was suggested, I accepted immediately,” she said.

“Taking it as an excuse, it is not proper for the government to insult the institution of the Governor,” she said.

The Governor said if there were any issues with her, the chief minister could straightaway discuss the same with her.

“I am not a person of controversies. I would like to be friendly with everybody. I have no ego issues either. I am always transparent and want to maintain friendly relations with the government and the people. So, I don’t understand why the state government is behaving with me like this,” she said.

The inclusion of actress and megastar Chiranjeevi’s nephew Nikarika Konidela in the list of the suspects in the alleged rave party at Pudding & Mink pub in Radisson Blu hotel in Hyderabad has kicked up a lot of dust and storm.

Many celebrities have come to the defence of Niharika and found fault with the media for focussing too much on her.

The way the police brought her to the police station and later took her out was telecast by the media, obviously tarnishing her image and causing her mental agony.

Though Nikarika’s name was not the original list of participants in the late-night part at the pub released by the police to the media, it was later included as No. 38, which was prominently highlighted by the media.

Though there was no evidence of Niharika consuming any narcotics, the huge coverage in the media has led to the talk that she might be one of the culprits.

“This is totally unacceptable. How can somebody project her in bad light? Is it a crime to go to the pub in late hours to attend a party?” asked transgender and Telugu Bigg Boss contestant Tamanna Simhadri.

Addressing a press conference at her residence, Tamanna came in strong defence of Niharika. She wondered how everybody who had gone to the party could be projected as culprits, if one or two persons consumed drugs.

“It is very evident that Niharika had gone to the pub to attend the celebratiosn of her friend’s birthday. Just because she is a celebrity and belongs to a big family, the media focussed on her, ignoring all the other high-profile people,” she alleged.

“Only Niharika is being targeted by showing her in YouTube channels and other digital media platforms, as if she had committed a big crime. The police did not give any statement or show any evidence to prove that Niharika had consumed drugs,” she pointed out.

Alleging that the mega family was being targeted deliberately and subject to trolling in the media, Tamanna warned of a serious agitation to prevent such a smear campaign against the mega family.

“We, fans of the mega family, will not allow any such attack on it,” she asserted.

Union Minister Amit Shah accepts Telangana BJP chief’s invitation for padayatra meeting

HYDERABAD: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has assured BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar that he would be attending the concluding meeting of the second phase of the Praja Sangrama Yatra at Maheshwaram on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The yatra would resume from April 14, Ambedkar Jayanti, in Jogulamba Gadwal district.

Sanjay, along with other party leaders held separate meetings with Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda in New Delhi on Tuesday, to discuss various issues concerning the State. The party’s national leaders were also invited to participate in the second phase of the Praja Sangrama Yatra that would be held for 20 days.

Shah has agreed to attend the concluding meeting that is scheduled to be held in Maheshwaram. Meanwhile, Nadda has also assured that he will attend the Praja Sangrama Yatra as per his convenience.

Raashi Khanna has tried to put an end to the controversy that is raging on social media.

The posts that have been doing the rounds say that Raashi Khanna made cheap comments about Telugu and Tamil films.

Taking to Instagram, Raashi Khanna, however, said that she has not made any comments as such.

“I have utmost respect towards all languages and film industries,” she said.

“Some fabricated and misconstrued content about me bad mouthing south films is doing the rounds on social media. I request whoever has been doing it to PLEASE STOP. I have utmost respect towards each and every language/film that I do. Let’s be kind,” she posted on Instagram stories.

Raashi Khanna had acted in a Hindi web series, Rudra.

During the promotions for this series in Mumbai, Raashi Khanna allegedly spoke badly about Telugu audiences and filmmakers. But she has denied making such comments.

With whatever intention Pawan Kalyan stated that he is not going to split the anti incumbent votes, everybody is getting only one point that he is going to face the 2024 elections with TDP as his ally.

Pawan Kalyan spoke in support of the allegations of the ruling party that he is the secret friend of Chandrabbau Naidu.

Pawan Kalyan also conveyed the same to its supposed ally BJP that he is going to carry the palanquin of Chandrababu again. Saying all this, he is also assuming that YSRCP is afraid of his political moves.

What’s there to get afraid of? Even if Pawan Kalyan contests in association with TDP or BJP, or contests on his own, everybody sees only Chandrababu’s strategy in his moves. That’s the image gained by Pawan Kalyan.

But here the million dollar question is can BJP at the center tolerate Pawan Kalyan’s idea of uniting with TDP to fight against YSRCP? It is known that Modi and Amit Shah hate Chandrababu to the core.

So, it is needless to say that Pawan’s day dreams end up as nightmares.

Jagan Seeks Centre’s Support For Beach Corridor

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday met Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and urged him to extend support to the Visakhapatnam-Bhogapuram beach corridor project for providing better connectivity and boosting tourism.

He told Gadkari that the officials are preparing better plans for the project as directed by him during his recent visit to the state.

On the second day of his two-day Delhi visit, Jagan Mohan Reddy held discussions with Gadkari regarding key road projects of the state.

The Chief Minister said the construction works of western bypass in Vijayawada are on brisk pace and urged the Union Minister to take measures to link this road to CRDA grid Road.

According to the Chief Minister’s Office, he told Gadkari that the state government has identified the lands and is ready to give it for Multi Model Logistic Park related to the Vijayawada western bypass. He urged the Union Minister to help to prepare DPR and move forward in this regard.

The Chief Minister said 20 ROBs have been sanctioned for the state and urged Gadkari to sanction another 17. He also requested him to take steps for the construction of 1,723 km of national highways connecting various tourist destinations, industrial nodes and special economic zones in the state and appealed for the construction of these roads connecting the centres of the newly formed districts.

The Chief Minister said the state Tourism Department has sent proposals for construction of 14 ropeways across the state of which two were approved and requested the Union Minister to approve the remaining proposals.

Jagan Mohan Reddy also called Union Home Minister Amit Shah and discussed various state-related issues.

Former Home Minister arrested by CBI in corruption case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today took former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh into custody from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail in connection with an alleged corruption case.

Earlier, the probing agency had assumed custody of ex Minister’s personal assistant Kundan Shinde and secretary Sanjeev Palande, and fired assistant police inspector Sachin Vaze.

On the other hand, the Bombay High Court had refused to hear Anil’s plea. He challenged the Special CBI court’s order that permitted CBI’s application, requesting his custody.

Justice Dere ordered that the plea be put before another bench. The agency said that Deshmukh was purposely trying to evade custody of CBI. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in November 2021, in connection with a money laundering case.

Ram Charan begins shooting for #RC15 in Amritsar

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan, who is currently basking in the success of Rajamouli’s RRR, has now begun shooting a fresh schedule of #RC15 in Amritsar from today (April 6).

Directed by Shankar, the current schedule will reportedly take place for 20 days, where the college portions of the movie will be shot with the lead pair. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani is playing the female lead, and she reached the location yesterday.

As per reports, the current schedule is being shot at a university in Amritsar, which will later shift its base to Visakhapatnam in early May.

Ram Charan will be seen as an IAS officer in #RC15 while Srikanth will be seen as the CM. Produced by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film will also have Sunil, Jayaram, and SJ Suriah playing other pivotal roles.
