ఇక రేపటి నుండి 83, శ్యామ్ సింగ రాయ్ చిత్రాల నుండి పుష్పకు పోటీ ఎదురవుతోంది. కలెక్షన్స్ బాగున్నా కానీ పుష్ప ఇంకా బ్రేక్ ఈవెన్ కు చేరుకోలేదు. ఇన్ని ప్రతికూలతల మధ్య పుష్ప ఏపీలో విజయం సాధిస్తుందా అన్నది చూడాలి.
అయితే ఓవర్సీస్ లో మాత్రం పుష్ప అదరగొడుతోంది. 2 మిలియన్ డాలర్ మార్క్ కు అత్యంత చేరువగా వచ్చింది. ఈ వీకెండ్ కు ఆ మార్క్ ను క్రాస్ చేయడం ఖాయం.
Speaker Thammineni Falls On Ground While Playing Kabaddi!
Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Thammineni Seetharam was in the Srikakulam district today to launch the CM tournament, under which cricket and Kabaddi leagues would be played at the district level. During the inauguration of the sports league, the speaker played with the students and brought a josh.
The Assembly speaker who launched the tournament lost his step and fell down to the ground while playing Kabaddi with the students. His staff and the students who were present there lifted him to see if he is ok or not. However, the speaker didn’t hurt himself in the incident and is doing fine.
Though the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker did not sustain any injuries in the incident, the video of him falling down on the ground went viral on social media and has been trending.
To encourage the students and youth to take up sports, the Assembly speaker played Kabaddi with them. Bringing josh for the players, Thammineni Seetharam actively played with them. However, he could not hold his grip and fell.
Not just starting the tournament, the Andhra Pradesh Speaker went for raiding on behalf of a team. After touching three players, the Speaker tried to reach a fourth person but fell to the ground.
The security and students who went to see if he is doing fine or not got a big relief when they found he is absolutely fine. To the shock of the security personnel, Thammineni Seetharam said it is common to sustain injuries while playing games and he actively played the game for a few more minutes. People present there were stunned to see the speaker’s energy.
The sports tournament titled CM Cup was launched earlier today by the Assembly speaker in the Srikakulam district. The tournament was started at the famous Amadalavalasa Junior College in the district. Under the statewide tournament CM Cup, Kabaddi and Cricket will be played and the winners will be presented with certificates and shields.
The CM Cup-2021-22 tournament is a big platform for the young players to bring out their potential and take part in various sports events and show an encouraging performance.
Samyuktha Menon on board for Dhanush’s ‘Sir’
Earlier, we reported that Kollywood star Dhanush’s forthcoming film with director Venky Atluri has been titled ‘Sir’. Now, here is an exciting news that young diva Samyuktha Menon has been roped into the project to play the leading lady.
The Theevandi actress, who bagged yet another exciting project, was elated to join the cast of the Dhanush’s bilingual film, which will be released in Tamil and Telugu. The upcoming film has been titled ‘Vaathi’ in Tamil and ‘Sir’ in Telugu.
“This one is special A Tamil-Telugu bilingual with my favourite and most brilliant @dhanushkraja. Directed by @venky_atluri and super proud to associate again with @sitharaentertainments after #bheemlanayak. Thank you so much vamsi gaaru @nagavamsi19 for the opportunity,” Samyuktha said in her social media post.
G.V. Prakash will be scoring the music while Dinesh Krishnan is the cinematographer. Navin Nooli has roped in as the editor for the film.

Chandrababu prefers Kesineni, rivals blame it on caste affinity
By opting for Kesinani Nani to lead the Vijayawada West constituency TDP, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has shown that he is clear about his priorities. This has come as a shock to two senior leaders of the party – Buddha Venkanna and Nagul Meera – who were hoping that they would be given the responsibility of Vijayawada West.
Now the supporters of these two leaders are accusing Chandrababu of giving in to the demand of the leader from his own community. Both have been strongly opposing Kesineni Nani for the past few years. So, both are deeply unhappy with the appointment. On Thursday, the supporters of both leaders took to the streets to voice their opposition to Kesineni Nani’s appointment.
The differences between Kesineni Nani and these leaders have been simmering for quite some time. The differences came to the fore during the recent municipal elections, when Nani had announced his daughter Shweta as the mayoral candidate for Vijayawada. They opposed this announcement and did not cooperate with Nani.
But, Chandrababu has shown his clear preference to Kesineni Nani. He has also given a free hand to Nani to constitute the division level committees. He has also set aside the committees constituted by both Nagul Meera and Buddha Venkanna. Both the leaders are now sulking over the appointment of Kesineni Nani.
Is Shekar Kammula and Dhanush film shelved?
Shekar Kammula decided to go for a slightly bigger budget film post Love Story for Narayan Das Narang and Pushkar Ram production houses. They made announcement regarding the same and brought on board Dhanush.
Dhanush said that it will be his debut film in Telugu and it will be releasing in Tamil as well. But now, he announced his next to be Sir/Vaathi.
He signed a film in the direction of Venky Atluri and the young director seems to have come out of romantic films. He directed Tholi Prema, Mr. Majnu, Rang De before.
Dhanush in his announcement clearly mentioned that it will be his next Tamil film and first Telugu film. This means Shekar Kammula’s film got delayed or shelved completely.
The producers have started Sudheer Babu film with Harshavardhan recently and they did not comment about Dhanush film.
Shekar Kammula is known for taking his time to write script that excites him. So, is he busy writing or did he move on? Let’s wait for official confirmation.
Deepthi’s IG posts hinting at breakup with Shanmukh?
Shanmukh Jaswanth, the runner-up of ‘Bigg Boss Telugu 5’, has earned a certain amount of negativity for his behaviour on the show. Besides losing the final, it appears like Shannu may lose something more valuable than the Bigg Boss trophy.
It is known that Shanmukh and his girlfriend Deepthi Sunaina were inseparable. However, the reality has changed the equations between them.
Of late, Deepthi Sunaina has been sharing cryptic posts on her Instagram handle, dropping enough hints that all is not well between her and Shanmukh. Her recent Instagram stories read, “Be answerable to yourself at least (sic)”. She also shared a few pictures on the photo-sharing platform, and their captions also carried some more hints about their breakup.
“Not my best year, but indeed I learnt alot. Always say “my peace is more important” when you find yourself reacting to something that doesn’t deserve your energy,” reads her recent Instagram post.

Central minister insulted Telangana people!
The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Wednesday took serious note of the comments made by Union minister for food, civil supplies and public distribution Piyush Goel that the TRS leaders seemed to have no other work than running around Delhi.
TRS president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s nephew and state finance minister T Harish Rao demanded that Piyush Goyal tender an unconditional apology for “humiliating” the state delegation, which went to Delhi to meet him on paddy procurement issue.
Harish Rao alleged that Goyal “insulted” Telangana by asking the state delegation whether they have no other work than meeting him. The central minister had hurt the self-respect of 70 lakh farmers of Telangana, he said.
He reminded the Union Minister that the delegation comprising six ministers and MPs had gone to the national capital on behalf of 70 lakh farmers and 4 crore people of the state.
The language used by Goyal was unbecoming of a central minister.
“What right do you have to humiliate our ministers and the state,” Harish Rao asked.
The TRS leader alleged that the central minister was resorting to politics.
“Our priority is farmers but your priority is politics,” he remarked.
Harish Rao said Goyal kept the state delegation waiting for three days for an appointment and first met a delegation of BJP leaders from the state.
Harish Rao said the delegation was in Delhi to ask the Centre to clarify if it would procure the entire paddy during the current Kharif season or not.
“Since the Centre had fixed the target of 40 lakh tonnes paddy and the state has already procured 50 tonnes from farmers and another 20-30 lakh tonnes is lying in the market, the delegation went to Delhi to request the Centre to enhance the target and lift the entire paddy,” he said.
Harish also took exception to Goyal’s remarks blaming the state government for not procuring paddy from farmers. He pointed out that the state government sent several letters to the Centre, requesting it to make all arrangements to lift the paddy stocks.
Kangana Ranaut records statement before Mumbai Police
It is known that Mumbai Police have registered an FIR against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for a post that allegedly linked farmers’ protests to a separatist group.
Following a complaint by a Sikh organisation, the cops booked the actress and issued a notice to her for questioning. She was asked to appear on Wednesday, but she failed to do so. However, her counsel sought another date and the controversial actress today appeared before the cops.
Meanwhile, the officials have deployed a CRPF team, as the Sikh community may organize a protest against the actress near the police station.
Kangana Ranaut, on the other hand, approached the High Court earlier this month, seeking that the FIR registered against her at Khar police station be quashed. She is booked on charges of deliberately hurting the community’s religious sentiments, under Section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code.
