టాలీవుడ్ స్టార్ అల్లు అర్జున్ నటిస్తున్న ఫస్ట్ పాన్ ఇండియా చిత్రం ”పుష్ప”. సుకుమార్ ఈ చిత్రానికి దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారు. ఎర్రచందనం స్మగ్లింగ్ బ్యాక్ డ్రాప్ లో తెరకెక్కుతున్న ఈ సినిమా రెండు భాగాలుగా ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు రానుంది. ఫస్ట్ పార్ట్ ‘పుష్ప: ది రైజ్’ పేరుతో డిసెంబర్ 17న వరల్డ్ వైడ్ గా రిలీజ్ కాబోతోంది.

తెలుగు హిందీ కన్నడ మలయాళం తమిళ భాషల్లో విడుదల కానున్న ‘పుష్ప’ సినిమా మీద భారీ అంచనాలు నెలకొన్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే వచ్చిన ప్రచార చిత్రాలు – టీజర్ – సాంగ్స్ మంచి రెస్పాన్స్ తెచ్చుకున్నాయి. ఇటీవల రిలీజ్ చేయబడిన ట్రైలర్ సినిమాకు హైప్ తీసుకొచ్చింది.

‘పుష్ప’ విడుదల తేదీ దగ్గర పడుతుండడంతో మేకర్స్ ప్రమోషన్స్ స్పీడ్ పెంచారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా మూవీ ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ ని డిసెంబర్ 12వ తేదీన గ్రాండ్ గా నిర్వహించాలని ప్లాన్ చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్ యూసఫ్ గూడాలోని పోలీస్ గ్రౌండ్స్ లో ఆదివారం ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరగనుంది. ఈ విషయాన్ని మేకర్స్ గురువారం అధికారికంగా వెల్లడించారు.

”థియేటర్లలో మాస్ పార్టీ కి ముందు మాస్ వేడుకలు ఎంత ఘనంగా జరుగుతాయో చెప్పే ఒక గ్లిమ్స్.. ‘పుష్ప’ మాస్సివ్ ప్రీ రిలీజ్ పార్టీ” అని చిత్ర బృందం పేర్కొంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా అల్లు అర్జున్ కు సంబంధించిన సరికొత్త పోస్టర్ ని వదిలారు. పుష్పరాజ్ గెటప్ లో ఉన్న బన్నీ ఇంట్రన్స్ గా చూస్తూ ఉన్నారు.

ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ఈవెంట్ కు నటీనటులు సాంకేతిక నిపుణులతో పాటుగా పలువురు సినీ ప్రముఖులు ముఖ్య అతిథిలుగా హాజరయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఎవరెవరు వస్తారనే దానిపై మేకర్స్ నుంచి క్లారిటీ రావాల్సి ఉంది. ఇకపోతే రేపు శుక్రవారం ‘పుష్ప’ చిత్రం నుంచి ఐదో పాట విడుదల కానుంది.

US Govt shocks Facebook on Lawsuits filed against it

The United States government had shocked the leading social media giant Facebook as the company had settled two complaints leveled against it on the grounds of having a discriminatory approach towards the local United States workers. With the social media giant coming forward to settle the agreements, it is going to charge a bomb.

Facebook is under severe criticism for allegedly discriminating against the local workers by preferring the international workers for the jobs under the PERM labor certification. The employees who are accusing the company of its alleged discriminatory behavior had filed lawsuits with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

As a bid to end the tough time it has been facing with the two lawsuits, Facebook had decided to settle the lawsuits filed against it by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The two establishments have filed one lawsuit each against Facebook.

The settlement was made in a way that Facebook should have to pay a sum of $4.75 million as a civil penalty and the millions of employees who alleged the discriminatory behavior will undergo training sessions and Facebook will bear the cost of the training sessions.

While saying that no evidence was found to hold Facebook guilty of not following the guidelines of recruiting the employees under the PERM program, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) maintained that the employers in the country should follow the recruitment process without fail.

Looking at the history of the lawsuits, on the grounds of alleged discrimination towards the US workers by Facebook, a lawsuit was filed against the social media platform by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) last year. The establishment opined that Facebook is giving preference to international workers despite skilled employees being available in the United States.

Despite rubbishing the allegations of the DOJ, Facebook had decided to settle the lawsuit by paying as much as $4,750,000 as a civil penalty. On top of this, Facebook will pay $9,500,000 for the local workers who alleged that they were impacted by Facebook’s behavior.

Rebel YSRCP MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju is showing any sign of going soft against the Andhra Pradesh government. Having exposed how central government schemes were undergoing a name change in the state, the Narsapuram Parliamentarian had launched yet another attack on the Andhra Pradesh government in the house.

The rebel MP had shed light on the liquor business carried out by the government. Not stopping there, he even alleged that there is a lot of corruption involved in this and called for an effort to stop this. The MP had sought the intervention of PM Modi and the Union Finance Minister in this matter.

Intervention as in, Raghu Ramakrishna Raju requested the Union government to make sure that the liquor business is done in the state digitally and all the transactions like sales and purchases should be done digitally.

The data he presented in the house is quite high compared to what is being said by the Andhra Pradesh excise department. The MP said that through the liquor business, the government is earning thousands of crores and smelled possible corruption in the sales.

To keep an end to the alleged irregularities in the liquor business, Raghu Ramakrishna Raju had raised a new demand that the business should be done digitally so that there will be no scope for the irregularities and corruption.

Stop auction of SCCL coal blocks, Telangana CM Chandrasekhar Rao writes to PM Modi

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to stop auctioning of four coal blocks belonging to Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) as proposed by the Union Coal Ministry and allot the proposed blocks to the SCCL.

Workers of all the Unions are going on a three-day strike from Thursday opposing the Union government’s move to auction four coal blocks of SCCL.

In this backdrop, Rao wrote a letter to the Prime Minister requesting him to stop the proposal by the Union Coal Ministry.

In his letter, the Chief Minister wrote that the SCCL produces around 65 million tonnes of coal every year and plays a key role in catering to the needs of thermal power plants in Telangana, AP, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Rao said that after the bifurcation of the state, the maximum demand for power was 5,661 MW in 2014 in the state and by March 2021, it went up to 13,688 MWs.

“It’s essential to maintain uninterrupted supply of coal for generation of thermal power. Based on the Singareni needs, the State government had issued several mining licenses, which the Centre is aware of and the Union Coal Ministry also gave its green
signal,” the Chief Minister wrote.

He urged the Prime Minister to instruct the Union Coal Ministry to stop the auction of JBROC-3, Sravanpally OC, Koya Gudem OC-3 and KK-6 UG Block under Union Ministry’s Trench 13, as it would adversely impact the needs under Singareni jurisdiction for coal. He also urged Modi
to allocate these blocks to the SCCL.

Cm Jagan Chairs A Key Meeting On Prc With Officials!

Amid employee unions of Andhra Pradesh protesting demanding that their long demands should be addressed and fulfilled at the earliest, YSRCP chief, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy chaired a high-level meeting with the key officials of the finance ministry at the Camp office today.

It has been widely reported that CM Jagan discussed the recommendations proposed by the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) committee in the meeting. The committee members have briefed the Chief Minister on how much hike can be given to the employees.

CM Jagan is said to have responded positively to the officers during the meeting and positive news can be expected from the Andhra Pradesh government. If the recommendation gets implemented, then the long wait of the employees to get the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations and clearance of seven pending Dearness Allowance installments implemented will come to an end.

The employee unions have recently announced protests for their demands after there is no positive response from the government. To stand in solidarity with the unions, the employees are wearing black badges to work.

On the other hand, the employees’ unions are hoping that they can get to hear good news from the government and the good news can be expected in three to four days. Let us wait, what the government has to offer for the employees.

December 9th has a great significance in the making of Telangana state, the 29th state in the country which was carved out of the combined Andhra Pradesh on 2 June 2014. This paved the way for the emergence of two Telugu-speaking states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

December 9th is the day when the process to divide a state from the combined Andhra Pradesh on the grounds of the culture of the state was started. The Grand old Congress party which was in power in the Centre announced that they are looking into the demand. Cut to five years later, Telangana state was formed to fulfill the long demand of the Telangana people.

Exactly on this day, 12 years ago, KCR had called off his Deeksha that was started to have a special state. On this special occasion, Telangana Rashtra Samithi Working President and IT Minister KTR had walked down the memory lane and remembered the protest called by his father.

Taking to Twitter, KTR had recalled how his father KCR stood strong and how the protest went like either Telangana should cme or KCR would die. Today marks 12 years for the Deeksha of KCR, Jai KCR. Jai Telangana, he said.

Sharing the special feature on the events that played a key role in the formation of Telangana state by popular Telugu journalist Allam Narayana on his Twitter handle, IT Minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao aka KTR thanked the journalist for bringing back the Telangana movement memories.

Back on the 29th of November in 2009, KCR sat for a hunger strike, due to which his health deteriorated, and was shifted to a hospital facility. Seeing his health condition, those who were fighting for the demand to have Telangana state have intensified their protests which had caught the attention of the state and central government.

The Congress which was in power in the Centre and he combined Andhra Pradesh during that time had paved the way for the formation of the state. In the general elections held after the state bifurcation, TRS rose to power and KCR became the Chief Minister. For the two consecutive terms, TRS rose to power.
