అసలు ఏ కేసులో అయినా ‘స్టే’ ఎలా వస్తుంది.? అచ్చెన్నాయుడు అరెస్టయితే, వెంటనే ఎందుకు ఉపశమనం దక్కలేదు.? కొల్లు రవీంద్ర విషయంలో ఏం జరిగింది.? ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే, ఆయా కేసుల్లో తీవ్రతను బట్టి, అక్కడ విచారణాధికారులు చూపించే ఆధారాల్ని బట్టే.. న్యాయస్థానం ఆయా కేసుల్లో స్టే ఇవ్వాలా.? వద్దా.? అన్నది తేల్చుతుంది. ఇక, చంద్రబాబు వ్యవస్థల్ని మేనేజ్ చేస్తారనే గొప్ప పేరుందనుకోండి.. అది వేరే చర్చ. మరి, ఇప్పుడు ఈ కేసులో ఏమవుతుంది.? చంద్రబాబు, ఇటీవల అమరావతి స్కాం కేసులో ఏపీ సీఐడీ నోటీసులపై కోర్టుకెళ్ళి స్టే తెచ్చుకున్నట్లే, ఈసారి కూడా చేస్తారా.? అంటే, అదే జరుగుతుందన్నది వైసీపీ జోస్యం. నిజానికి, విచారణ సంస్థలు పక్కా ఆధారాలతో నోటీసులు ఇస్తే, స్టే రావడం అనేది అంత తేలిక కాదు.
