Share

After the success of OG, Pawan Kalyan is all set to thrill his fans once again with the commercial action entertainer Ustaad Bhagat Singh, directed by Harish Shankar. The project has generated huge excitement, marking the first collaboration between Pawan and Harish in 13 years.

Their last film together was the 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh. Recently, the makers released a BTS video of the first single from Ustaad Bhagat Singh and announced that the track will drop this December.

The video showcases Pawan Kalyan in an energetic avatar, bringing back the swag and style that fans have missed in recent years. While he may not be a traditional dancer like some Tollywood stars, Pawan captivates the audience with his charismatic moves and screen presence.

Fans are particularly excited to see Harish Shankar recreate that vintage Pawan magic, complemented by Devi Sri Prasad’s energetic music. The BTS stills and video clips of the song have already gone viral, creating a massive buzz online. If the song lives up to expectations, it is expected to be the top choice for New Year night playlists across Telugu households.

With style, swag, and chart-topping music, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is gearing up to bring vintage Pawan Kalyan back to the big screen in grand fashion.

Bella Bella: First Single from Bharatha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi Out

Share

The first single “Bella Bella” from Bharatha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi is finally out. The film reunites Ravi Teja with music director Bheems Ceciroleo after their hit collaboration in Dhamaka, raising high expectations among fans. While anticipation was strong, the response to this track has been somewhat mixed.

Bheems brings his signature mass folk flavour, combining energetic beats with traditional sounds. The composition is catchy at points, and the playful lyrics by Suresh Gangula add fun to the track, though some lines feel slightly repetitive.

Vocals by Nakash Aziz and Rohini Sorrat provide strength and pace, keeping the song moving. However, the overall impact is moderate rather than explosive.

The video, shot in foreign locales, features vibrant visuals. Ravi Teja delivers his trademark mass dance moves, complemented by Ashika Ranganath, whose chemistry with him adds spark even when the tune doesn’t fully hit the mark.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, the film has kicked off its musical promotions on a decent note. Bharatha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi also stars Dimple Hayathi and is slated for a Sankranthi 2026 release.

The makers of Nata Simham Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated Akhanda 2 have released the film’s soundtrack ahead of its grand premiere on December 5. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, the film has already created strong buzz through its impactful promotions.

Music director S. Thaman continues his dynamic collaboration with Balakrishna, delivering a spiritually charged and sonically rich album. One of the early highlights is Akhanda Thandavam, powerfully rendered by the Sarvepalli Sisters. Other tracks like Gangadhara Shankara, Hara Hara, and Shambo combine devotional intensity with contemporary arrangements, while Shiva Shiva introduces a softer, emotive touch.

The album’s marquee track, Thaandavam, features Shankar Mahadevan, Kailash Kher, and Deepak Blue, blending spiritual energy with musical grandeur. Boyapati’s meticulous attention to lyrical detail, especially the Sanskrit elements, adds a distinctive flavor throughout the soundtrack.

Thaman’s compositions for Akhanda 2 are crafted to amplify the film’s narrative, perfectly complementing Balakrishna’s commanding screen presence. Balancing devotion, faith, fury, and mass appeal, the soundtrack emerges as both a spiritual journey and an aural spectacle.

With a total of nine tracks, the album is set to elevate anticipation and excitement ahead of the film’s release.

Tollywood actress Hema has endured a challenging few years. She faced drug-related allegations that even led to jail time, but the court has now completely cleared her. Recently, she opened up in an interview with a TV channel about her personal life, career, and the impact of those rumors.

Hema admitted that the case affected both her image and her opportunities in films. Over the years, she had already been taking breaks, appearing in fewer projects. Now, Hema is selective about her roles, aiming for projects that are meaningful. With the court case behind her, she is ready to return to films on her own terms, confident and determined to ask for the opportunities she deserves.

Aamir Khan Criticises Box Office–Driven Film Judgements

Share

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan shared thoughtful insights at the 56th International Film Festival of India, expressing concern over how films are being judged today. He said it is disappointing that the discussion around movies now revolves mostly around box office numbers. According to him, a film’s worth shouldn’t be measured only by its collections.

Aamir recalled that earlier, audiences spoke about films based on how much they enjoyed them—whether it was the story, performances, music, or emotions. But now, numbers have become the first point of conversation, which he feels has changed the entire way cinema is evaluated.

He also expressed support for making box office figures public. Citing countries like the United States, where collections are openly available, he said India should also adopt a transparent system to avoid confusion or secrecy. Since everyone already knows the number of screens and the scale of release, he feels collections should be disclosed as well.

Aamir added that comparing films solely through earnings is unfair. Each movie is unique—some earn massive numbers, while others leave a lasting emotional impact despite smaller collections. He concluded that truly good cinema stays in people’s hearts, irrespective of box office performance.

Renu Desai Impresses with Grace Despite Backstage Injury

Share

Renu Desai recently shared her ramp-walk photos, and they instantly caught everyone’s attention. Even though she’s busy shooting for Padaharu Rojula Pandaga, these stunning pictures momentarily took the spotlight.

In the photos, she is seen wearing a beautifully crafted multi-tone silk saree with rich gold weaving that fits her effortlessly. The traditional, heavy jewellery adds an old-world charm, complementing her look far better than any modern styling could. Her hair is neatly tied up, and she carries a gentle, composed smile—calm, graceful, and surprisingly serene.

But there’s a story behind that poise. Just minutes before stepping onto the ramp, an iron bar accidentally hit her head when her makeup artist slipped. It was a painful shock—her eyes watered and she said she literally “saw stars” for a moment. And yet, she walked the ramp as if nothing had happened.

If her eyes appear a bit red in the pictures, now you know the reason behind it. Her grace under pressure is what truly stole the show.

KCR Gives Nod for Counter to Kavitha’s Attack on BRS

Share

As Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha intensifies her criticism of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and its leadership, party president and her father K. Chandrasekhar Rao is learned to have given the green signal to BRS leaders to launch a counter-attack.

So far, KCR had exercised restraint despite Kavitha repeatedly making sharp comments about the party’s functioning and pointing to what she described as lapses in Telangana’s development during the BRS regime. But her aggressive posture during her ongoing statewide “Jagriti Janam Baata” tour appears to have altered the internal dynamics.

Interestingly, Kavitha’s criticism is aimed more at the BRS than at the ruling Congress government. She has been consistently targeting former ministers and local BRS leaders during district-level meetings. This has created growing unease among party cadres, who say they remained silent earlier only out of respect for her as KCR’s daughter.

Now, with fresh instructions reportedly coming from the top leadership, senior BRS leaders say they are ready to respond “point for point.”

According to party insiders, KCR has authorised a select group of senior leaders to initiate a “reverse attack” to counter Kavitha’s remarks and prevent further damage to the party’s morale.

Kavitha’s statewide outreach, intended to reconnect with the masses, has unexpectedly triggered internal friction. Her focus on the party’s own shortcomings—rather than challenging the ruling Congress—has created a perception of internal confrontation at a time when the BRS is already struggling to regain political momentum.

The new directive, sources say, is aimed at restoring organisational discipline and ensuring that internal criticism does not erode the party’s public image.

Suriya 46: Family Entertainer with Ala Vaikunthapuramulo Vibe

Share

Ala Vaikunthapuramulo, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Trivikram, remains one of the most successful traditional Telugu commercial entertainers in recent years. Its mix of music, comedy, and family drama has set a benchmark for many filmmakers. A new project now appears to be drawing comparisons to that film, and it involves Tamil star Suriya.

Suriya’s last outing, Retro, underperformed at the box office. Currently, he is working on two films: Karuppu alongside RJ Balaji, and his first straight Telugu project with director Venky Atluri. Venky Atluri has built a strong track record with non-Telugu stars following the success of Dhanush’s Sir and Dulquer Salmaan’s Lucky Baskhar, raising expectations for his collaboration with Suriya across Tamil and Telugu markets.

The upcoming film stars Suriya and Mamitha Baiju in lead roles and is planned as a lighthearted family entertainer. While no promotional material has been released yet, composer GV Prakash has given the first hint about the film’s tone. During a brief interaction with mamatelugu.com at the IFFI closing ceremony in Goa, GV Prakash revealed that the project, tentatively titled Suriya 46, is shaping up well as a family entertainer.

Asked if the film follows the period-style approach of Sir or Lucky Baskhar, GV Prakash clarified that it is a contemporary story. He added that the film carries a vibe similar to Ala Vaikunthapuramulo, tailored for Suriya.

Suriya 46 is directed by Venky Atluri and features Suriya, Mamitha Baiju, Raveena Tandon, Anil Kapoor, and others. The music is scored by GV Prakash, and the film is produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments.
