Photshoot: Star sister poses with brother
Sara Ali Khan and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan had featured on their first-ever magazine cover together. Sara, who is already pretty famous all over India by now with a couple of Bollywood films, Ibrahim makes rare appearances and is only seen in their family outings. While Sara has always been called as Junior Amrita Singh (mother), Ibrhamin is a spitting image of Saif Ali khan(father).
The cover photo on HELLO! magazine’s October issue had two of them in extremely beautiful and grandeur attires. Sara looks gorgeous in a net sari with a quirky multi-coloured one-sleeved blouse. Ibrahim looks handsome in a black blazer and twinning with Sara’s design. The designer Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla who styled Sra and Ibrahmin for the cover photos received a lot of positive comments for making them look incredibly elegant.
Two more sets of photoshoots were also posted by Sara and Hello magazine’s official page on Instagram. One picture has Sara and Ibrahmin in white twinning dresses, where they look no less than angels, probably blessed genes. The other photo has Sara in an orange high collared bells hands top and Ibrahmin in an embroidered kurta. The siblings have taken the whole photoshoot with ease, making them look all jaw-droppingly adorable in the end.
US Premieres: Sye Raa Collects Less Than Saaho
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s dream project “Sye Raa” has not able to touch the coveted $1 million mark on the day of premiere shows.
By seeing the trend of pre-sales, trade pundits had predicted that the movie would even touch $1.3 million but it grossed $857k on Tuesday. Expectedly, the major share from this gross is for the Telugu version.
From 308 locations, the film grossed $857,765 on Tuesday.
In the recent past, the USA market for Telugu films is not good. Even films that got good ratings are not posting big numbers.
Prabhas’s ‘Saaho’ witnessed bigger euphoria than “Sye Raa” but it grossed just $900k from premiere shows.

Video: Ram’s 1000-pound leg press is an inspiration
After receiving a huge positive response from the audience in July, the mass entertainer iSmart Shanker has been re-released in two Telugu states in September. Ram, who is currently enjoying the success of the film, is also getting ready for his next film which he has pinned high hopes on it. For this, the actor is seen working hard with his body transformation.
Ram posted a new video where it shows him doing a 1000-pound leg press. He captioned, “1000 Pound Leg Press.. ‪It’s not what They can See..‪It’s what You can Be.. ‪Love.. #RAPO18”. As we know, Ram is obsessed with sporting a good body and with fitness regimes.

His leg press video once again reminds there is no pain no gain. His super sculpture body has always been due to his intense training and the leg press look pretty impressive as he lifts nearly 450 kgs.
Talking about his next film, Ram will be seen in a crime genre, directed by Kishore Tirumala. The combo has earlier worked in “Unnadi Okate Zindagi and “Nenu Sailaja’. Now, this film will be a remake of Arun Vijay’s Thadam(Tamil) and the film will go on floor post-Dusshera.

Rajamouli’s Sye Raa Review Is Here: Don’t Miss It
Whenever a film is out and if its quality is bet, director giant SS Rajamouli makes sure that he gives a mini review of it on his microblogging site. Today, everyone is waiting to see what he will be talking about magnum opus “Sye Raa” that has Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead.
“Chiranjeevi garu breathed life into Sri Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. He rekindled the fires of the lost history” said Rajamouli, adding that the characters played by Jagapathi Babu, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayantara and Tamannah characters are engrossing and intertwined with the story.

Be alert, Undavalli advised CM Jagan
Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar has alerted AP CM YS Jagan to be cautious. “YSRCP and Jagan seems to be in a mindset that they got 51 per cent votes and so power would be permanent. But that would be foolish if they do think so and in the past many political stalwarts have faced huge defeats. This should not be forgotten,” said Undavalli.
Further he said, “Despite PV Narasimha Rao and NTR winning with huge majority, they could not be in government for long. Both the leaders did not have opposition from people but their own MLAs revolted against them. Jagan should keep this in his mind and maintain good rapport with his MLAs.”
Undavalli opined that people have already realized the electricity crisis in the state. “There might be reasons for power interruptions but people will remember only if those who have provided uninterrupted service,” said Undavalli. Talking on ‘Nava Ratnalu’ the ex-MP also said, even if one misses out among the nine, not people, YSRCP MLAs will rebel against the party.
“Confidence is good while over-confidence will bring more trouble. Jagan should utilize the power in hands for the betterment instead of talking blind and bold decisions,” added Undavalli.
On the boat tragedy in Kacchuluru, Undavalli said, though it is not their fault, the government got a bad name. “Jagan thinks that if we do good, people will be good. But in politics, this formula doesn’t work. Corruption at a higher level has come down but it is still intact in the lower level and not all issues need CM YS Jagan’s attention. He should move in a way for transparent governance then people will certainly prefer his party and government for long,” summed up Undavalli.
SP serious on 6 SIs for watching Sye Raa
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Sye Raa’ movie has hit the box office and is off to a great start. Not just fans, even police officers could not contain the mega mania and had to skip their work to watch the movie.
This happened in Kovelakuntla of Kurnool district and about six Sub-Inspectors (SI) went to watch ‘Sye Raa’ on Wednesday morning. However, the SIs did not inform their higher officials and this has irked the Kurnool SP Fakirappa and he shifted them to VR. All the cops were asked to report to the concerned officials.
‘Sye Raa’ is based on Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who hails from Rayalaseema region. Probably this might have influenced the police officers to watch the movie on the first day.

‘Sye Raa’ had hit the cinemas and is doing a lot of hungama at the box office. The initial reports are very positive and the trend is likely to continue till the end of the day. With that the film will surely score a blockbuster and it is up to the records that it will set.

Well, ‘Sye Raa’ has been Megastar’s dream project and Charan went all out for the film without compromising on the budget. At Karnataka pre-release event, Chiru appreciated Charan for making such an epic film on a grand scale.

BJP using CBI case to blackmail Jagan?
When YSR Congress party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy came to power in Andhra Pradesh by achieving a thumping majority in the assembly elections, it was believed that the BJP would extend a friendly hand to him and Jagan, too, would not take any step that would antagonise the Centre.
But as the days passed by, the BJP has started adopting an aggressive posture against the Jagan government making strong criticism against his policies, though he has been maintaining utmost restraint in his stand towards the BJP and the Centre.
Till now, Jagan has not uttered a single word against the Centre. And in fact, when there were negative stories in a section of the media after his meeting with Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao a few days ago that both the CMs want to fight against the BJP aggressively, the Andhra CMO lost no time in refuting such reports.
Yet, the BJP appears to be trying to keep Jagan under its control taking advantage of the Central Bureau of Investigation case pending against him. It was evident from the way the CBI filed a counter-affidavit in the court, strongly opposing Jagan’s petition seeking exemption from personal appearances in the court.
The counter-affidavit used very strong words against Jagan, describing him as an economic offender who had the capacity to influence the witnesses using political, money and muscle power.
The CBI alleged that any permission to Jagan to stay away from court appearances would virtually entail him to liberate himself from the lawful restrictions imposed by the court to ensure the ends of justice.
“Such an exemption would give Jagan an unsolicited liberty to do whatever he wants and influence the witnesses behind the iron wall of political, money and muscle powers.
The CBI further said the high court had earlier described the charges against Jagan as grave, causing dent to the economy of state and affecting the economy of the country.
“In all the 11 charge sheets, the petitioner (Jagan) stands as an accused in his individual capacity and as representative of his privately-owned companies and therefore should attend the court as such,” the CBI argued.
It clearly showed the CBI, obviously under the influence of the Centre, is trying to arm-twist Jagan so that it would be politically beneficial to the BJP!
Jagan’s decision lands KCR in trouble!
YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s historic decision to merge all the employees of the AP State Road Transport Corporation with the state government has landed the neighbouring Telangana government headed by K Chandrasekhar Rao in deep trouble.
The Jagan government has further enhanced the retirement age of employees of APSRTC, who are now be made employees of AP Public Transport Department, from 58 to 60 also generated a lot of goodwill for him.
As such, the RTC employees have turned employee friendly and there will no be no strike in the RTC hereafter, as they are all government employees now, enjoying all the benefits of the state government. If at all they have to go on strike, they would have to do so only when there is a general strike by employees.
Now, Jagan’s move created troubles for KCR, who is also under tremendous pressure from the Telangana State RTC employees demanding their merger with the state government.
They now have a genuine question: when it is possible in Andhra, why can’t it be done in Telangana?
Moreover, their own colleagues till five years ago, are now being treated as government employees with enhanced age limit of 60 years.
So, it was no surprise that the KCR government had to discuss this issue for over five hours during the cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
Finally, KCR has sought to put down the strike by constituting a committee with senior IAS Officers to examine the demands of RTC employees.
The committee comprising Somesh Kumar, special chief secretary, as chairman and Principal secretary Ramakrishna Rao and Principal secretary Sunil Sharma as members, will discuss with RTC employees and after thoroughly examining the demands will submit a report as early as possible to the government.
Jagan to involve SC, ST youth in sand issue
AP Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, in his fight against the mighty powers, had decided to involve the unemployed youth from the SC, ST, BC and Minorities, in sand transportation.
The chief minister had directed the officials to provide vehicle loans to these youths from the respective finance corporations and engage the vehicles in sand transport.
This proposal came up during the review on sand supply with the district Collectors and SPs, who told the chief minister that the transport had become a major problem as the existing transporters were not cooperating with the government.
The truck and tractor owners, who have been into the sand transport in the State for the past five years, are highly connected to the TDP and they are trying to derail the sand issue to prove that Jaganmohan Reddy is a failure CM.
The TDP had already launched a social media campaign with Jagan as failed CM and to prove it, they are not working with the government, particularly in sand transportation.
Understanding the opposition’s strong network in the transport sector, the chief minister had directed the officials to provide vehicle loans to the unemployed youth from these sections and involve them in the sand transport.
The collectors and the managing directors of the finance corporations were asked to select the unemployed youth and give them loans to buy vehicles.
Once the vehicles are ready, the AP Mineral Development Corporation Limited, which is dealing with the sand mining, would give contract agreement letters to these youths ending this problem.
This is seen as yet another initiative by the government to empower these neglected sections on one side and overcome the challenges being created by the strong and deep-rooted TDP’s community against Jaganmohan Reddy.
