‘Not interested in having children’

It is every woman’s dream to embrace motherhood and have a child of her own at some point in her life. But popular and sexiest actress Mallika Sherawat thinks differently. Her frankness and straightforwardness made her reveal something unusual that a woman would never say openly.

Well, Mallika has a unique way of thought processing. She says she doesn’t want to have kids of her own and it is a big responsibility that is she not willing to take. She often posts videos with her adorable nephew Ransher Lamba who is her brother Vikram Lamba’s son.

During a recent interview, the actress was asked about when will she become a mother. She replied that she is not ready to take such responsibility. “I don’t have a child of my own, so Ransher is like my baby. I play, cuddle, and travel with him and enjoy the best moments with him and then give him back to his parents. No nappy changing duties for me.”

She further said that she is scared of having the responsibility of a kid. “Thinking of a child all the time is not my cup of tea. I can’t take that much stress. I will go crazy thinking about which school and all of that. I am happy the way I am.” Earlier, Mallika dated French businessman Cyrille Auxenfans but parted ways now. She is single and said, “I am single but I would absolutely want to be in love. Romance is great and it is inspiring “.

The romantic B-town couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made sure all eyes were on them as they attended the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards in a unique style. The duo stole the show and left many drop their jaws looking at their unmatched fashion sense and envious PDA.

Deepika and Ranveer sat together, hand in hand, during the whole show and managed to stay in the spotlight every single minute. One thing that made headlines was Ranveer carrying Deepika’s long veil while she’s walking. Netizens couldn’t stop praising Ranveer for his ideal husband traits. It is just another example of caring his wife and Ranveer showed unimaginable protection and responsibility giving all priority to his wife’s comfort.

The Telugu version of magnum opus ‘Sye Raa’ trailer has unleashed its power on the audiences as they liked it immensely with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s roaring performance and the power-packed trailer cut impressing them big time. So, how did Hindi audiences liked the trailer of the film?

Bollywood audiences are said to be liking the trailer of Sye Raa big time as they are openly commenting that the makers of films like Thugs Of Hindostan and Zero should actually learn from Surender Reddy. Some are even commenting that Hindi version is giving more goosebumps than Telugu version. Few expressed their love for Megastar saying ‘Welcome to Bollywood Chiranjeevi sir’.

Though the visuals are the same, it is Amitab Bachhna’s voice and the guy who dubbed for Chiranjeevi, have done the best job. Some Bollywood folks even commented to not call Sye Raa as Telugu cinema but address it only as Indian cinema. However, very few Bollywood celebs have actually spoken about the trailer.

‘Thota will always be my enemy’ – YSRCP’s Bose

There is a popular quote pertaining to politics that ‘there are no permanent friends and no permanent enemies’. But, the politics of East Godavari’s Ramachandrapuram isn’t allowing two political opponents, who are now in same party, to become friends. Since 1995, Thota Thrimurthulu and Pilli Subhash Chandrabose have been political opponents and each of them got elected for three times till now.

After contesting unsuccessfully as TDP candidate, Thota has recently joined YSRCP in presence of party chief and State Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Bose, who is the senior leader of YSR Congress party and is deputy CM, seems to unhappy with Thota joining YSRCP and he also made sensational comments on his political opponent. In a state wide sensational tonsure case, Thota Thrimurthulu was main accused for allegedly tonsuring two dalit men- Koti Chinnaraju and Dadala Venkataratnam.

Now that Thota has joined YCP, some Dalit groups have staged a protest infront of Bose’s car in Draksharamam questioning how his party has welcomed an anti-Dalit leader Thota. To pacify them, the minister stepped out of his vehicle and said: ‘Thota joining YSRCP will not make me his friend. When it comes to his case, government will do what it has to do as per law. Several leaders enter and exit the party, but Thota will always remain to be my enemy.’

BJP and Shiva Sena heading for a split in Maha?

The Maharashtra assembly elections are scheduled to take place in October and ahead of it, the coalition government of BJP and Shiva Sena is heading for a split. The reason behind taking separate routes is seat-sharing.

Shiva Sena wants 50-50 seat-sharing while BJP is against it. Despite holding talks for a number of times, Shiva Sena and BJP did not come to an understanding. Upset with the saffron party being stubborn, Sena has decided to go solo in the elections. But they are yet to announce it officially.

Maharashtra has 288 assembly seats and Shiva Sena wants to contest in at least 135 seats. But the BJP offered only 124 seats to Sena and Uddhav Thackeray is not pleased with BJP’s offer. By contesting in maximum seats and if Shiva Sena wins majority of them, the party wants their candidate to be in CM chair.

These same scenes repeated in the year 2014 too. Both BJP and Shiva Sena contested individually and after that saffron and sena parties have joined hands. Meanwhile, the Congress and Nationalistic Congress Party (NCP) have already formed alliance and have decided to contest in 125 seats each. The remaining seats are likely to be allotted to small parties such as BSP and MIM.

Sye Raa Vs War: The Balance Is Centered Now

Till date, there is a fear that Sye Raa might get postponed. Though the teaser has created enough confidence on the film, somewhere deep in the hearts, many worried if the content, execution and action sequences could match to the intense impact ‘War’ movie trailer has created.

As both War and Sye Raa are targeting October 2nd itself, this comparison is unavoidable and the pan of this Telugu film is little on the downside as all options weighed in favour of War. But now, things have changed drastically. The arrival of Sye Raa’s trailer proved that the film is a magnum opus indeed and one need not worry about any competition around.

Though Chiranjeevi is a relatively new hero for the current set of Bollywood audiences, it is the ‘drama’ inside this Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy story that is going to be a crowd puller. For now, the balance is centred and the only option that is weighing just slightly in favour of Sye Raa is the patriotic content.

If the film could connect to North audiences like a Baahubali, then Sye Raa is going to create yet another history for itself and for Telugu cinema. It’s high time that these types of Telugu films will be called Indian films now.

Pawan Kalyan’s Voice, Not Just For The Teaser

Telangana signs ‘Sister State partnership’ with New Jersey

On Wednesday, a Sister State Partnership’ agreement was signed between Telangana and New Jersey by TS Chief secretary SK Joshi and New Jersey State Governor Phil Murphy. KTR and MAUD administration was also present in the ceremony.

The news has been shared by KTR on his Twitter. He wrote “Happy to announce that the states of Telangana and New Jersey have signed a Sister State Partnership agreement in Hyderabad today. The agreement was signed by Chief Secretary SK Joshi and New Jersey State Governor Phil Murphy #NJIndiaMission”.

After signing ceremony, KTR also gave a broader picture of its benefits like – cooperation in economic development fields like IT, Pharma and Life Science, BioTeach, Fintech, Media, Data Centres, Clean Energy, Higher Education, Tourism, Culture and Healthcare services.

Also, the New Jersey governor Phil Murphy made an agreement with Telugu Film Producers Guild and he tweeted, “Proud to pitch New Jersey to Tollywood and sign an MoU with active Telugu film producers Guild. With our premier location, film tax credit and vibrant Indian community, the Garden State is an ideal partner for Telugu film industry”.

Phil also said that from the past two days, the New Jersey team was having discussions with trade and commerce and industrial bodies. He assured that both states would cooperate with each other in education, trade and commerce. Later, KTR has some light-hearted moments with Governor Phil Murphy and it is indeed, a proud moment as Telangana is growing faster.

AP People want to be back with Telangana: YCP MLA

In a major embarrassment to the ruling party in AP, YSRCP MLA has made controversial comments that people of AP want to merge with the neighbour Telangana state. This MLA is Katasani Rambhupal Reddy from Panyam.

Katasani visited his assembly constituency and after the visit he said, TRS government is doing good work in Telangana which is benefitting people of AP also. So the Andhra people have an opinion to merge with Telangana again. However, the ruling party MLA said AP CM YS Jagan too is working efficiently like his father YS Rajasekhar Reddy. But Katasani disagreed that Jagan is not copying KCR’s schemes and the former is making his own mark in government and on Andhra politics.

Adding, Katasani said, the linking of Godavari and Krishna rivers is a blessing for Rayalaseema region and Telugu states will prosper with YS Jagan and KCR being in CM chair.

#BiggBoss3: Himaja’s Love Chemistry With Rahul

Gossiping and backbiting are the two bad things that always happen in Bigg Boss house and Episode 60 that was aired on Wednesday night is an example of that. However, Himaja has successfully overcome that stuff, by showcasing her acting potential.

As part of the Bigg Boss college task, the participants are asked to do and talk about various stuff under the subjects gossipology and chillology. During such times, Rahul revealed to Baba Bhaskar that Himaja has intentionally not saved Mahesh by leaving out a few clothes during the nomination process. Baba didn’t believe it expressing a doubt that may be Vithika is lying.

And after all the classes, the contestants were made as couples and given ‘love chemistry’ task where they have to impress with proposals. Ravi-Sreemukhi, Mahesh-Siva Jyothy, Mahesh-Punarnavi and Rahul-Himaja did the task, of which, Rahul and Himaja’s cute proposal scene impressed the lectures, played by Vithika and Baba.

Later, Himaja and Rahul gave a dance performance for Manohara song as well, during which Himaja stunned all with her romantic and sensuous dance moves. Punarnavi is seen frying herself in jealousy though she’s clapping and whistling on the outside.

We have to see if Himaja and Rahul will contest for captaincy now and one gets immunity from elimination.

Star Heroines Who Rejected Tamanna’s Role Feeling Bad Now

After roping in Nayantara for the role of Uyyalwada Narasimha Reddy’s wife, we hear that many star heroines rejected to come aboard to take the role of temple dancer Lakshmi who falls in love with Uyyalawada and asks him to take her as his concubine. But one did the daring.

Going by the trailer of magnum opus “Sye Raa”, one could see the kind of role director Surender Reddy bestowed on Tamanna. Not just a lover kind of role, but the character has substance as she plunges into war for freedom under the leadership of Uyyalwada. We hear that the trailer has irked some heroines who have missed out this role.

Before Tamanna, a couple of star heroines are offered this role and they rejected it outright. Some rejected the role as they felt that pairing with Chiru might prove tough for their career, while some felt that any role other than Nayantara’s role in the movie will be a second heroine like role.

As we know that Nayantara will not be attending promotions, Tamanna is likely to get more elevation during the media meets too. This is something those star heroines who have rejected the role in Sye Raa would feel bad about.
