The actor has already underwent some shocking transformations for movies like ‘Pithamagan’, ‘Aparichitudu’, ‘I’, ‘Inkokkadu’ etc. Initially, the audience were also excited to see Vikram in interesting looks but after sometime the people got vexed and most of his movies are ending up as disasters at the box office. Despite scoring 5 back to back debacles, Vikram hasn’t changed his mind and is still opting to appear in yet another different look in his upcoming film. Vikram joined hands with director Ajay Gnanamuthu who previously helmed movies like ‘Demonty Colony’, ‘Imaikka Nodigal’ etc.

Ranveer Singh is undoubtedly one of the most talented actors working in our country. He is not only known for his acting prowess in various roles, but he is also famous for his trendy and whacky fashion choices. Ranveer is always seen in a different avatar whenever he makes a public appearance.
Some people appreciate his fashion sense while some others criticize him. A few sections of people troll him with memes as well. But the actor keeps nothing in mind and follows the same whacky style of fashion sense every time. The other day he posted a picture which is a collage of him sporting different attires.

These Three Flopped In Telugu, What About Bollywood?
As it can be read from the photo, all the three leading ladies of the film including Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda are oozing loads of sex appeal in this picture and that explains how sparkling “Housefull 4″ is going to be.
Featuring Akshay Kumar and Ritesh Deshmukh in their funny roles yet again, now they are coming up with the fourth edition of Housefull. And this film has Kriti Sanon romancing Akshay, Pooja Hegde opposite Ritesh and Kriti Kharbanda paired with Bobby Deol. The picture they shared other day, saying ‘Housefull of Thrones”, marking the airing of Game Of Thrones final episode went viral.
One thing Telugu fans feel after looking at the picture is, all the three heroes have flopped big time in Telugu and they need a break right now in Bollywood at least. While K Sanon’s 1 Nenokkadine and Dochay are flops, Kriti Kharbanda has no hit to her name here, and Pooja is struggling to get solid hit though she has DJ Duvvada Jaganndaham and Maharshi to her credit.
At the same time, these hotties are also not having any big hit to their credit in Bollywood as well, as their recent outings including Kriti’s Lukka Chuppi, Pooja Hegde’s Mohenjodaro and Kriti Kharbanda’s Yamla Pagla Deewana sequel are flops. Hope Housefull will get them relief there.
5 times when exit polls went wrong
Exit polls may not indeed be exact polls like Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu said. Even as the exit polls point towards a trend of NDA forming the government and winning with a thumping majority, there have been times when exit polls have gone completely wrong. There are several instances where exit polls got the People’s Pulse totally wrong.
2004 Lok Sabha Elections: Most leading exit polls had given the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee-led NDA government a significant lead over the Congress-led alliance. In fact, the numbers stopped short of the 272-mark for the NDA then. But, when the actual result was out, it stunned pollsters and voters, who believed that exit polls would be right. Eventually, the Congress-led UPA formed the government with 225 seats. NDA finished second with 189 seats while others won 129 seats. This example of 2004 elections has been a case to consider every time, exit polls were out.
2014 Lok Sabha Elections: Another time when exit polls went wrong was the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Most of them had predicted that BJP would win but none expected the party to get a bumper majority which crossed the 300 mark with its allies, while the Congress had to face a drubbing defeat.
UP Assembly Elections 2017: Following demonetisation, the Samajwadi party and Congress’ alliance wanted to beat the Modi mania in the saffron party’s largest powerhouse. The exit polls predicted a hung assembly but in favour of the BJP. But, the BJP surprised all by cross the 300 seats mark in the state, which was something that exit polls totally missed.
Bihar assembly election 2015: In Bihar too, exit polls got it totally wrong. The election that brought Nitish back to power in partnership with Lalu Prasad’s Rashtriya Janata Dal which formed the Mahaghatbandhan. While most exit polls predicted a mixed bad for the state, the Most exit polls predicted a mixed picture with no clear majority to any alliance, the RJD-JDU-Congress scored a thumping victory with Lalu Prasad’s RJD emerging as the single largest party.
Delhi Assembly Elections 2015: When Arvind Kejriwal believed his party will win Delhi and give a tough fight to the saffron party in the national capital, it also meant the weakening of the Congress. During this time, most o the exit polls said that exit polls predicted that AAP may win but not cross the halfway mark. But, AAP won a thumping 67 seat victory in the 70-member Delhi assembly which the exit polls didn’t see coming.
Political observers say that several small organisations have come forward to do surveys as it is quick way to get recognised. On the other hand, such polling surveys have become a huge business where lot of money is funded by political parties themselves to sway public opinion. Therefore, these exit polls results may not be totally true. But, will they go wrong this time? A two-day wait might have the answer!
Sharad Pawar rings YS Jagan but no response!
In a surprising development following the exit polls predicting a sweep by the YSR Congress in Andhra Pradesh, the Congress is trying to forge an alliance with the YSRCP, because the Grand Old Party of India believes that there would be a fractured verdict, irrespective of the predictions in the exit polls.
The Congress leaders are trying to garner the support of non-NDA parties in all the states and as part of it, they are trying to pull in the YSR Congress also into the Congress–led alliance, as exit polls predicted that the YSRC would win a majority number of sets both in the Assembly and Parliament elections.
According to sources, a Congress leader has already called the YSRCP chief and sought his support to the non-NDA alliance. Further, it is learnt that Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar too called him and urged him to extend support to the coalition government. Jaganmohan Reddy reportedly has remained neutral to the appeal and said that he would take a decision on the issue only after the poll results would be declared on May 23.
Why Music Directors Names Missing On Saaho Poster?
The moment “Saaho” poster came out, there is quite elated feeling everywhere that Prabhas has confirmed the release date of his most awaited film after Baahubali 2. However, many are wondering why the names of music directors are missing from the poster, who is a main and crucial ‘technician’ for the film.
Bollywood’s popular composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, of which Shankar Mahadevan is quite popular for his songs in Telugu, is actually composing music for the film Saaho. But surprisingly, it is Thaman who has given the background score for Saaho teaser. The producers have time and again confirmed that the trio of music directors are doing fantastic work for the film.
Even recently when the Shades of Saaho videos released, actually they have a bit of music scored by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy only. But now, the poster has omitted their names and that is leading to many doubts. Is this omission just a human error or there is something more to that?
But if composers for the film are changed now, Thaman seems to be the best option for the background score, and we wonder who will be scoring songs.
How Koratala Siva Spoiled Everyone!
When Bollywood film director Aditya Chopra invented a scene where a hero proposes to a girl and then the girl walks out, but consider a yes when she turns back and looks at him. And this ‘turning back and smiling’ shot were used (is being used) for ages in many other movies since then.
It looks like Tollywood also found one such favourite scene and it is nothing but the “Press Meet” scene. Thanks to Koratala Siva who has delivered that stunning press meet scene in Bharat Anu Nenu movie thereby spoiling Tollywood’s next generation directors. The impact of that ‘I’m not done yet’ press meet is that every filmmaker is now thinking to incorporate such ‘talk to press’ scenes in one way or the other.
In this Summer season alone, while Jersey movie ends on Press Meet scene, even last week release ABCD also ends on the same, with just another funny addition at the end. Looks like every director is now looking forward to this ‘speech of hero’ kind of scene in their films. But as everyone knows, all such scenes will not give a similar kick.
Maybe the directors should also try to bring the scene to a boil like Koratala Siva and execute similar screenplay in their films right from the beginning, for such scenes to click.
Avanthi’s Overconfidence At Peaks
Looks like the exit polls’ predictions have got the YSR Congress party cadre in high spirits. It is learnt that the senior leaders in the party are still waiting for the May 23rd results to react to the actual scenario while some who recently defected from the Telugu Desam Party to the YSR Congress party are seem to be believing that they have already won. While most of the exit polls have shown the result in favour of YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh, these recently defected leaders are already lobbying for cabinet posts, it is heard.
Apparently, Avanthi Srinivas who defected to the YSRCP recently from TDP, had made a temple visit but wasn’t allowed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. While he claimed that he is former MP and insisted on entering the sanctum sanctorum, he was stopped by temple officials. This hurt his ego and he wanted the Temple EO that he will soon deal with him when his party (YSRCP) comes to power.
Another incident where Avanthi Srinivas was seen warning a government official was when he visited the GVMC office in Vizag. When the GVMC Commissioner reminded him that model code is progress and hence, cannot serve the former MP, the YSRCP candidate got annoyed with the GVMC Commissioner and warned him that once his party comes to power, he will ensure that he deal with the government official. Following this, the GVMC Commissioner smiled at him and said “Namaste” with folded hands while Srinivas left the spot in rage.
Such cases of overconfidence may not bode well for the party as the final results are not out yet but the party candidates are behaving irresponsibly. Is this indicative of the kind of government that YSRCP will form? We don’t know that yet and will have to wait two more days.
13 days Prime Minister: Modi is not Vajpayee
In May 1996, India witnessed an epic moment in the Parliament when Atal Bihar Vajpayee’s first time brought him a floor test within 13 days of taking oath as India’s Prime Minister when BJP emerged as the single-largest party in Lok Sabha. But, with its 161 seats and Congress at 140, BJP was way short of halfway mark of 272 and Vajpayee was given two weeks by the President to prove his support in the house.
Despite all efforts from the group of BJP leaders who tried to woo smaller parties to join the BJP and support them, their efforts failed as they couldn’t cross 194 member-strength in the Parliament. A few minutes into the speech, Vajpayee said: “We bow down before the stronger alliance… but rest assured that we won’t rest until we finish the work we have begun in the nation’s interest,” following which he resigned as the Prime Minister, after losing the no-confidence motion.
Cut to 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Going by the kind of leadership Vajpayee offered the BJP, 23 years later, if one observes Modi-Shah’s style of leadership, one can see a complete contrast in the leadership style and moral responsibility towards party. Even if NDA falls short on numbers (despite the exit polls showing 300 plus seats for the BJP), there are chances that Modi-Shah could buy out MPs rather than resign in style like Vajpayee did.
As they say, desperate times demand desperate measures, Modi may have given a new direction to the party, but the party insiders still feel that morally and ethically, the party is changing according to the times. What Modi’s style of leadership also indicates is a whiff of arrogance coupled with immense self-belief that the BJP can make its “Akhand Bharat dream true,” unlike Vajpayee who believed that poaching candidates from other parties is an unethical move in politics. Well, Modi is definitely not Vajpayee!
Saaho Poster: Prabhas Confirms The Date
From a long time, Prabhas’ fans are eagerly waiting to find out the latest update from “Saaho” except some strong rumours that are doing rounds everywhere. Like we said already, Prabhas has today confirmed the same Independence day date for the movie.
Directed by Sujeeth of Run Raja Run fame, Saaho has today stunned everyone with the first ever official poster of the film. On his Instagram page, today Prabhas shared this poster, saying “Here it is darlings, for all of you… The new official poster of my next film Saaho. See you in theatres on 15th August! #15AugWithSaaho”.
The poster is rocking for sure with Hollywood kind of look and the date is also officially imprinted. With this, all rumours regarding delays and reshoots have to take a backseat for sure. Within the next couple of days, Prabhas might start the promotion campaign as well, as the movie is going to release in many languages including Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, all at once.
Shraddha Kapoor is the leading lady of the film, and surprisingly, the poster mentions no name of the music director.
