A couple of days back there is a strong rumour doing rounds that Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s upcoming project will get its muhurat event done on May 11th. And now, there is no such thing happening. So, what’s up guys?

Though the Stylish Star couldn’t start Sukumar’s film any sooner as he has Trivikram’s film to complete first, rumours have that the hero want to pacify Sukumar by doing the muhurat such that the director will not lose confidence due to the delay. But all that looks like a farce now.

On the day that was supposed to be muhurat, actually, Allu Arjun has flown to a foreign destination to enjoy a couple of weeks of vacation with his family members. And that has shut down all the rumours around Sukumar’s movie event we have to say.

In the meantime, Sukumar is said to be writing a watertight screenplay for his next while scouting locations for the movie.

Saaho: Prabhas Wants To Try This

‘Baahubali’ Prabhas is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that his next release ‘Saaho’ will become another biggest milestone in his career. While the visuals of this film, which are shown in making videos and teasers, are already promising a thrilling treat, the hero is doing one more feat.

Currently, Prabhas is said to be getting tutored for six hours a day, as he’s practising the Hindi language every day. Apparently, he wants to dub for himself at any cost such that people would get connected to his voice as well. During Baahubali time, popular actor Sharad Kelkar who appeared as a villain in Sardar Gabbar Singh actually dubbed lines for Prabhas.

This time Prabhas will be dubbing his lines himself and want the Hindi version presenters to take a call if they will keep or not. If they don’t like his voice, they may go for Sharad Kelkar’s voice again anyway. However, it will be an emotional high for Telugu fans if Prabahs dubs in Hindi and clicks with that, isn’t it?

Rakul took bartending classes for ‘De De Pyaar De’

Share

Actress Rakul Preet says it was fun to learn bartending while preparing for her forthcoming film “De De Pyaar De”.Apart from losing 8 kgs to portray the character of Ayesha in the film, Rakul had to learn bartending as well.

“I attended the bartending workshop for about a week as it was needed to learn for the role, and it was a lot of fun. I learnt how to use the shakers, mix drinks, hold the mixers in the right way, serve in the right way, hold the glasses, flip glasses and all of that,” Rakul said in a statement.

“The experience was great. I would also cut my finger once in a while during the process. I wanted to be comfortable with the body language, so that it doesn’t look awkward while enacting it,” she added.

She found it most challenging to flip the glass the way professional bartenders do it.

“But then I learned it. I do have butterfingers and it got slippery in the first two glasses, but now I think I’ve got pretty steady hands,” she added.

“De De Pyaar De”, helmed by Akiv Ali, explores the relationship between an older man and a younger woman. The film also stars Ajay Devgn and Tabu.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, the film is slated to release on May 17.

Naidu caught between Mamata and Maya!

Share

Having sensed that the chances of TDP retaining power in Andhra Pradesh are remote, TDP chief and AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu is desperately trying to shift to national politics and play a crucial role in the formation of a non-BJP government at the Centre by bringing regional parties, Congress and Left parties together.

But the two most powerful women politicians in the country are blocking Naidu’s attempts to emerge as a ‘strong force’ in national politics.

They are Trinamool Congress chief and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and BSP chief, former UP CM Mayawati.

Both the ladies are giving sleepless nights to Naidu and blocking his attempts of forging a non-BJP Front before the declaration of Lok Sabha results on May 23 and after.

Both the ladies want to become Prime Minister and no one is ready to compromise on this though Naidu is making all the attempts to convince one of them to drop their plan of becoming PM.

With this, Naidu’s efforts to convene a meeting of all non-BJP parties is getting delayed.

Naidu is already forced to postpone this meeting in Delhi twice as Mamata and Maya want him to announce one of them as PM candidate first.

These ladies also want Congress to extend only outside support to non-BJP front in forming the government but should not join the government and even if Congress joins the government, Rahul Gandhi should not be made PM.

With so many conditions being imposed by these two ladies in forming the non-BJP Front , Naidu has been left clueless and shattered on how to go ahead.

Naidu wants to emerge as a ‘strong force’ in national politics before LS results are out as he fears that once Jagan becomes CM in AP after May 23 results, there will be hardly anyone who would look at Naidu for help.

To avoid this, Naidu wants to bring all non-BJP parties together before results and play the role of a convenor of the front like he led United Front as convenor in 1996 and play a key role in national politics by deciding who should be the next PM.

But these two ladies are creating hurdles in his way and forcing him to postpone the meeting of non-BJP parties.

KCR eyes Deputy PM post, seeks Jagan’s support!

Share

During election campaigning for Lok Sabha polls, TRS chief and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao announced that he has no ambition of becoming a Prime Minister.

With this, everyone thought that KCR has no interest in national politics and wants to confine to Telangana.

But a clever politician KCR is, no one could realise the ‘logic’ behind KCR’s statement.

According to TRS sources, KCR’s logic behind giving that statement is that he wants to become Deputy PM and not PM.

This is because, KCR realised that it’s impossible to become PM under the present circumstance unless some magic or wonder happens, for which the chances are remote.

For that reason, KCR has decided to throw his hat in Deputy PM’s chair.

KCR is even learnt to have sought Jagan’s support for becoming Deputy PM and is trying to garner the support of DMK chief MK Stalin, Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy, Odisha CM Navin Patnaik etc.

KCR is confident that TRS will win 15 LS seats and Jagan will win 20 LS seats. KCR believes that both the parties strength in Lok Sabha will increase to 35 and this will be enough to bargain and achieve Deputy CM post.

KCR expects support from Stalin, Kumaraswamy, Navin Patnaik and several other regional leaders.

KCR believes that garnering support for Deputy PM post would be easier than for PM post because a bitter battle is already going on between regional parties and Congress for PM post, though LS results are yet to be announced and KCR sees no chances to win in this mad race for PM post with just 35 MPs under his belt.

‘Don Seenu’ and ‘Balupu’ are the first two films in the hero and director combination and both were successful movies.

Naidu’s plan to emerge a kingmaker to flop?

Share

For the last couple of days, there have been reports in the national media about the realignment of political forces at the national level in the post-result scenario after May 23.

Apparently realizing that they would not be able to win good number of seats to come to power at the Centre, both the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress have started attempts to reach out to neutral players to secure their support well in advance, these reports in the national media say.

Two of these neutral players are in the south are: Telangana Rashtra Samithi in Telangana and YSR Congress party in Andhra Pradesh.

According to a report that was published in a national daily, TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao himself had sent feelers to the Congress party that he was ready to extend support to it. A senior TRS MP had held talks with Congress leaders in Delhi in this regard, the report said.

Now, there is another report doing rounds in the national media circles that the Congress party has contacted YSR Congress party leaders seeking the party’s support in forming the government at the Centre.

A senior AICC general secretary apparently got in touch with YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s uncle and former MP Y V Subba Reddy and extended an invitation to YSRC to join the UPA.

While a section of the political observers do not rule such a possibility of the Congress party getting in touch with TRS and YSRC for a post-poll support, others say such stories could have been planted by the TRS and YSRC leadership to isolate Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu from the pro-Congress group.

Right now, Naidu has been playing a crucial role in bringing all the anti-BJP parties together into a grand alliance that could form the government along with the Congress party.

But all his plans will end up a flop if the TDP does not get a good number of MP seats – say at least eight to 10 seats in Andhra.

If Naidu loses power in AP and gets two or three MP seats, the Congress might not entertain him. Instead, it prefers to lure YSR Congress party with 20 plus MP seats and TRS with 14-15 MP seats.

If that happens, Naidu’s grandiose plan of emerging a kingmaker at the national level will flop!
