Friends matter the most for Allu camp as they make sure that they will get plenty of offers or breakthrough films for them. After taking up Akhil’s next for the sake of Nagarjuna’s friendship with mega compound, now we hear that hero Navdeep will get similar benefits.

Recently Navdeep got huge support from Allu Arvind in terms of funding, and also a Qube theatre setup for his newly started media incubator. And now, we hear that Allu Arjun pushed Navdeep for a role in Trivikram’s movie, as featuring in this director’s movie might help get a break for his struggling career.

Though the name of Sushanth is heard earlier, some are saying that Allu Arjun got replaced him with Navdeep as the stylish star wants to help his ‘bava’, as he fondly calls him. Some say that Sushanth is for a different role and Navdeep is for a different role. Anyway, this is Navdeep’s second teaming up with Bunny after Arya 2.

With Navdeep getting limited to support roles these days, we have to see if Trivikrma and Bunny will make offers pouring for him after he features in #AA19.

Allu Sets Chiru-Shankar Project?

One never-ending dream of Mega fans is that, Megastar Chiru’s idea to team up with Tamil commercial director S Shankar. Many times this duo was supposed to work with each other, but they kept failing with it, and their rumoured Telugu film was always kept on the back burner.

Here comes a piece of information from sources in Geetha Arts camp that Allu Arvind is now hell bent to produce a film with Chiranjeevi and is in talks with director Shankar for the same. Originally, Gentleman, Oke Okkadu and Sivaji are the three films that Shankar has designed keeping Chiru in mind and Arvind as a producer, but then Megastar’s other commitments (or second thoughts) haven’t allowed him to do them. And now we hear that Shankar and Chiru want to collaborate for a social message oriented commercial film.

We hear that after wrapping Sye Raa, Megastar will join Koratala Siva’s film only to finish it in record time. By that time, even Shankar will be completing Bharateeyudu 2 shoot, thereby getting ready for Megastar’s project. We have to see how far this works out now.

Vijayashanthi dares KCR to take back Nag’s lands first!

Congress star campaigner, fire brand leader and popular actress Vijayashanthi dared Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao to take back illegal lands occupied by actor Nagarjuna in Hyderabad, if he had guts.

Vijayshanthi lashed out at KCR for threatening revenue officials that he will abolish revenue department because revenue staff is ‘corrupt’.

Vijayashanthi asked KCR not to give ‘build up’ that he was on a mission to check corruption in Telangana and also cleaning and updating revenue records.

“If KCR is really sincere in cleaning revenue records and resolve all land disputes in Telangana, he should first take back illegal lands occupied by actor Nagarjuna along Outer Ring Road, Gachibowli in Hyderabad. KCR should talk of checking corruption and cleansing revenue department only after he takes back Nagarjuna’s lands,” she said.

Vijayashanthi posted a video of KCR’s interview given to a news channel during 2014 Assembly elections on her Facebook account, in which KCR lashed out at Nagarjuna for encroaching valuable lands in Hyderabad and also regularising Gurukul Trust lands illegally by paying crores of rupees towards regularisation fees.

In the interview, KCR also announced that once TRS comes to power in 2014 polls, he will take back these valuable lands from Nagarjuna and distribute them to Telangana artistes.

Vijayashanthi questioned why KCR failed to take back Nagarjuna’s lands five years after coming to power.

She said KCR could not take back Nagarjuna’s lands because he himself was ‘corrupt’ and KCR has no moral right to term revenue department as ‘corrupt’.

Vijayashanthi questioned what made KCR and KTR to move closer to Nagarjuna after coming to power.

Vijayashanthi demanded KCR and KTR to respond on her charges and take back Nagarjuna’s illegal lands, if they have guts.

Geetha Govindam Director Penning for Mahesh Babu!

Parasuram has been waiting to take his next film to the sets since the release of his blockbuster “Geetha Govindam”. He hoped to direct Allu Arjun but the stylish star has other plans.

Disappointed Parasuram wanted to move out of Allu Aravind camp but to his luck the veteran producer has roped in a bigger star for him.

A day after Sukumar announced Allu Arjun’s film cancelling Mahesh Babu’s movie, Allu Aravind rushed to meet Namrata.

It was then speculated that Allu Aravind gave clarification about Sukumar and Allu Arjun’s film. But truth is that Allu Aravind met Namrata about a film with Mahesh Babu on Geetha Arts. It was then Parasuram met Mahesh Babu.

It is said that Mahesh Babu has agreed to work with Parasuram provided he convinces him with the right script. He asked him to come up with bounded script, not mere plot line.

So, Parasuram is now working on the script that would impress Mahesh Babu.

It looks like Mahesh Babu has taken the entire episode of Sukumar quite seriously and has decided to not hurt any director in the coming days. Because the Superstar is said to have felt that Sukumar would have not walked away if he hasn’t kept him in the waiting for a long time.

Owing to this, reports are coming from Mahesh’s camp that the actor will not finalise any film or any story. Currently waiting for the release of Maharshi movie, he will soon move to his new film under the direction of Anil Ravipudi. Only after completing 50% of that film, Mahesh will take a call on his other projects, said sources.

Whether it is a film with Trivikram Srinivas or a movie with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Mahesh is going to finalise it only in the second half of 2019 but not now. So fans have to wait for some more time to find out who is going to be their superstar’s next director.

Meanwhile, Vamsi Paidipally directed Maharshi is getting ready to release on May 9th in huge number of theatres.

Allu Arjun Becomes A Real Police Officer Now

In the good olden days, the likes of Megastar Chiru and Nandamuri Balakrishna have excelled in police officer roles and later Venky also did the same. But in the present set of heroes, except Raviteja, other heroes have done either one or none films in the khakis.

Reports are coming that Allu Arjun will be now becoming that real police officer in his upcoming film “ICON”. Earlier he has appeared and impressed as a fake police officer who works seriously in the film Race Gurram. But that film depended entirely on comedy. And now, this mega hero will be seen in a serious cop avatar, if the grapevine is to be believed.

We hear that his role is modelled on the lines of Venky’s role in Gautham Menon’s Gharshana. It will be a serious, sincere and tough cop role, and Allu Arjun is said to have got pretty excited about it. But what he has to make sure is that there should not be so much of propaganda like it happened in the case of Naa Peru Surya movie.

On the other hand, Bunny is getting ready to kick start and finish Trivikram’s film, tentatively titled Alakananda, at the earliest.

After finishing post-election works in Vijayawada, Janasena president is said to have returned to Hyderabad to spend quality time with wife and kids. On this occasion, he has watched Sai Tej’s Chitralahari at a special screening. Reportedly Pawan is pretty impressed with the movie, we hear.

Pawan is said to have loved the story of loser, and he is said to have appreciated Sai Dharam for choosing a right script at the most dull time of career. How Will This Heroine Fit RRR Role?

After the name of Parineeti Chopra has done rounds everywhere in India regarding Baahubali director SS Rajamouli’s #RRR, there came the name of Saaho beauty Shraddha Kapoor. While the rumour is going quite strong, fans of Rajamouli are questioning how come she fits the bill.

Coming to #RRR, while Alia Bhatt is paired with Ram Charan in the film, British actress Daisy Edgar Zones was roped in for Jr NTR, though she walked out later due to dates issues. And now, Bollywood folks are super busy promoting that Shraddha Kapoor is well in talks for this role.

The main question that wonders anyone is, when Rajamouli has written a role of an English girl who falls in love with NTR’s character, one wonders how Shradhha Kapoor can appear like an English lady, even with any makeup and visual effects. To get body language, accent and other stuff in the right way, Rajamouli has to pick only a foreigner for this role.

At the same time, if the director is on the idea to change the script, replacing a British girl role with Indian girl role, then Shraddha might fit the bill. so we have to see what happens with #RRR now!

No New Films for NTR Jr

NTR Jr will not be signing any new movies till the completion of Rajamouli’s “RRR” though Ram Charan has already confirmed his next with director Vamshi Paidipally.

NTR doesn’t want to give assurance to any director at this moment as he wants to surrender to Rajamouli’s vision.

NTR has been delivering hits consistently but his market is not growing further. He is hoping to move to the next level with Rajamouli’s mega epic period drama that is being made with whopping Rs 350 Cr budget in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.

He has also informed the number one director that he would not put any pressure on him to complete the movie in a certain period of time. NTR Jr is more than willing to give any number of dates to Rajamouli.

Directors like Koratala Siva, Tamil director Atlee, Murugadoss and Surender Reddy are in queue to team with up with NTR after Rajamouli completes “RRR” but he would decide his next movie in 2020 only.
