#RRR: Fans Disappointed With Rajamouli’s Decision
Rajamouli did a wise thing by announcing the release date of #RRR well in advance. He announced the release date more than a year ahead like Hollywood and Bollywood biggies do.This will not only put the team on the toes to finish off schedules on time but also avoids competition from other films that are planning for the same release time.
However, Rajamouli’s decision to skip summer season has taken everyone by surprise.There’s no denying that Rajamouli’s films don’t need peak season to perform at the box office, but we have seen the potential of a Rajamouli movie when it releases during peak season with Baahubali 2.
Although Rajamouli’s actual plan was to aim for summer 2020, he decided to push the release date to July 30 to avoid last minute tensions.Filming of #RRR will be complete by December ’19 or January ’20 according to Rajamouli. So he is giving ample time for post production and VFX work.
Fans of Tarak and Charan are a bit disappointed with the choice of release date for #RRR.They are hoping that the film will take on Baahubali 2 records, but missing out on summer release may limit the film’s box office potential irrespective of the content is what trade and fans opine.
Boyapati and Dutt Working for TDP
Boyapati Sreenu who delivered massive disaster with “Vinaya Vidheya Rama” has now got a work to do. He is not directing a film but is working an ad films.Telugu Desam Party has assigned him the job of directing campaign films and ads for the party. He is now on that job.
Boyapati is now moved to Vijayawada to can those ad films featuring Chandrababu Naidu.The director is known for his close association with TDP and Balakrishna. He also belongs to the same community of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
On other hand, veteran producer Ashwini Dutt is designing promotional content for the Telugu Desam Party. His production house is now working round the clock in making several small films for TDP.Dutt is also known for his close bond with Mr.Naidu. Dutt is also said to have received some lands from government in Amaravathi.

People believed that he is playing a British officer role in #RRR according to the buzz. But Rajamouli’s mega reveal of the plot has set high expectations on the film.

Fans were disappointed to know that Ram Charan will appear with his usual look while Tarak is bulking up for #RRR. But the real look of Charan has been kept a secret until the team met the press.

Kodandaram to take on Kavitha with Congress support!
Telangana Jana Samithi president Prof Kodandaram, who played a ‘key role’ in Telangana statehood agitation by setting up TJAC, seems to be gearing up for the ‘final battle’ of his political life.He is all set to contest from Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat against TRS sitting MP and KCR’s daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha.
Prof Kodandaram did not contest recent Telangana Assembly polls in December, though TJS was part of Congress-led Mahakutami comprising of TDP and CPI due to ‘differences’ over seat-sharing and lack of time to plan campaigning with the delay in finalising Mahakutami candidates.
TJS faced humiliating defeat at the hands of TRS as it drew blank though it contested in 8 seats in TS Assembly polls.But Kodandaram has decided not to give up and continue his fight against ‘family and dictatorial rule’ of KCR.Kodandaram wants to teach a fitting lesson to KCR by defeating his daughter Kavitha.
Kodandaram feels that even if TRS wins all the seats in Telangana and loses Nizamabad, this will be a big blow to KCR and TRS, which will go a long way in strengthening Opposition parties in Telangana in the coming days, which are now pushed to a corner due to successive defeats at the hands of TRS in all the elections.
Congress is keen to support Kodandaram in Nizamabad and will not field its candidate.
Congress feels that there is severe anti-incumbency against Kavitha in Nizamabad but due to lack of a ‘strong leader’ from Opposition there, they could not capitalise it.
But this time, all parties including Congress, TDP, Left Parties, TJAC and other civil organisations are coming together to jointly field a ‘strong candidate’ in the form of Prof Kodandaram to defeat Kavitha and to give a ‘befitting reply’ to KCR.
Alia and Ajay Devgn on board for Rajamouli’s RRR
Filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli on Thursday announced that popular Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn have been signed for his upcoming multi-lingual magnum opus “RRR”, which stars Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead.
Rajamouli said that “RRR”, which is being made on a lavish scale, will be a fictional story based on two real-life heroes and freedom fighters – Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
“This is a fictional story set in 1920s pre-independent era. Most of us are well aware of the stories of Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. We know they are popular freedom fighters and were fearless. What most of us don’t know is that there are gaps in the lives of these revolutionaries that we don’t know about. We don’t know what happened in their lives in these years,” Rajamouli said.
“‘RRR’ will be a fictional story of what could have happened in the lives of Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem in those years when they had disappeared. What if they had met and trained themselves to fight for the same cause,” he said.
While Jr. NTR, otherwise known as Tarak, will be seen as Komaram Bheem, Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Seetharama Raju.
“I’m glad both Tarak and Charan agreed to be part of this project. Even if one of them said no, I wouldn’t have taken up this subject. Charan will play young Alluri Seetharama Raju and Tarak as young Komaram Bheem,” Rajamouli said.
Talking about roping in Alia and Ajay, Rajamouli said he needed talented actors from other industries as this is a pan-Indian film.
“We are thrilled to have Alia and Ajay on board. Both of them were really excited to be part of this project. When I wanted to approach Ajay, I sent him a text and he immediately made time to meet. After he heard the story idea, he immediately adjusted his dates to give me time,” he said.
Rajamouli ran into Alia at an airport and that’s where he shared the idea.
“The moment I told Alia that I have this subject and we would like to work with her, she immediately gave her nod. She was willing to take up any part as long as she gets to be part of this project. She has been paired with Charan in the film,” he added.
Alia tweeted: “Today I feel truly truly grateful.. Cannot wait to begin this beautiful journey with this stellar cast and massive team… Thank you Rajamouli sir for giving me this opportunity to be directed by you.”
International actress Daisy Edgar Jones has been paired with Tarak.
Producer DVV Danayya confirmed the film will hit the screens worldwide on July 30, 2020 in ten Indian languages. Rajamouli said the film will have “RRR” as the common title across languages.
“The common title across languages will be ‘RRR’ as it’s extremely popular among audiences and we didn’t feel like changing. However, the title will have expansion in each language which we plan to announce later. We are welcoming audiences to come up with suggestions for title expansion in each language,” Rajamouli said.
Actors make the worst friends: Sunny Leone
Actress Sunny Leone says entertainers make the worst friends because they are never available.Sunny expressed her views when she appeared on an episode of show “By Invite Only” on zoOm Styled by Myntra. The episode will air on Saturday, read a statement.
“Actors and entertainers make the worst friends because they are never available, neither emotionally nor physically. We are not there for our own birthdays, let alone somebody else’s birthday,” Sunny said.
On the appreciation she has received from the industry, she said: “I don’t set very high expectations when it comes to the industry reaching out and appreciating me, so I’m never really disappointed.”
Sunny has been trolled time and again. But she wouldn’t want to be trolled about her children.
“I don’t care what people say about me but I wouldn’t want people to say bad things about my kids,” said the actress, who has three children.The actress expressed that if she sees people trolling her children on social media or television, it would irritate her but if she hears it in person, they better watch out as she is a “mumma bear when it comes to her kids”.

Television presenter and actress Mandira Bedi who is marking her Telugu debut with ‘Saaho’ has signed her second Telugu film.Mandira will be seen in an important role in young hero Akash Puri’s next movie ‘ROMANTIC.’ In fact it is said to be a negative shades character and she has joined the shooting too which is progressing in Goa.
‘ROMANTIC’ is a beautiful love story and with this film Anil Paduri is making his directorial debut.

Balayogi’s son gets Amalapuram ticket
The Telugu Desam leadership has declined ticket to three sitting MLAs in East Godavari district. Amalapuram MLA Anand Rao, P Gannavaram MLA Pulaparthi Narayana Murthy and Prathipadu MLA Varupula Subba Rao have performed under par as per TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’s survey and there is also negative vibe against them among party workers and in respective constituencies.
As a replacement, TDP has offered Amalapuram ticket to former Lok Sabha speaker Balayogi’s son Harish while MLA Subba Rao’s grandson Raja gets Prathipadu ticket. TDP sources says that P Gannavaram assembly seat might be allotted to a reputed advocate’s daughter and her identity is yet to be disclosed.
The Godavari districts are vital for any political parties and East Godavari as 19 assembly segments. In the last elections, TDP whitewashed this district. This time, out of the 19, 16 sitting MLAs have managed to get their berth while three are new faces.
