ఈ మధ్య టాలీవుడ్లో పెద్ద సినిమాల రిలీజ్ డేట్ల విషయంలో గందరగోళం ఎక్కువైపోయింది. తెలుగు సినిమా పాన్ ఇండియా స్థాయికి చేరిన తర్వాత, ప్రతి చిత్రం మీద ఎంతో జాగ్రత్త తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ప్రతీ ఫ్రేమ్ పర్ఫెక్ట్గా ఉండాలనే లక్ష్యంతో మేకర్స్ తగిన సమయాన్ని తీసుకుంటున్నారు. దీనివల్ల షూటింగ్లు ఆలస్యమవుతున్నాయి, దీంతో చిత్రాలు ముందుగా అనుకున్న తేదీల్లో విడుదల కావడం కష్టంగా మారింది.
ఈ క్రమంలో అఖండ 2ను సెప్టెంబర్ 25న రిలీజ్ చేస్తామని మేకర్స్ ముందుగానే ప్రకటించారు. కానీ తర్వాత అదే డేట్కు పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ నటిస్తున్న OG కూడా రావబోతుందని అధికారికంగా వెల్లడైంది. దీంతో బాలయ్య వర్సెస్ పవన్ అనే పెద్ద క్లాష్ ఖాయమన్న అభిప్రాయం బలపడింది.
ఇప్పుడు ఆసక్తికరమైన మరొక ఊహాగానమొస్తోంది. OG చిత్రం సెప్టెంబర్ 25న రిలీజ్ కాకపోతే, యూవీ క్రియేషన్స్ మాత్రం తమ భారీ బడ్జెట్ చిత్రం విశ్వంభరను అదే నెల 18న రిలీజ్ చేయాలని యోచిస్తున్నారట. OG పోస్టుపోన్ అయితే, విశ్వంభర సెప్టెంబర్ 18న బరిలోకి దిగే అవకాశముంది. అలా అయితే మళ్లీ చిరంజీవి – బాలయ్యల మధ్య ఆసక్తికర పోటీ జరగనుంది.
ఇంకా విశ్వంభర షూటింగ్ పూర్తయినట్టు క్లారిటీ లేదు. మౌనీ రాయ్ ప్రత్యేక సాంగ్ కోసం ఎంపికైనప్పటికీ, ఆ పాట షూట్ ఇంకా పూర్తవలేదు. అలాగే భారీ స్థాయిలో వీఎఫ్ఎక్స్ వర్క్ కూడా బాకీగా ఉంది. వాటన్నీ పూర్తి అయిన తర్వాతే డైరెక్టర్ వశిష్ఠ రిలీజ్ డేట్ ప్రకటించాలని చూస్తున్నట్టు సమాచారం.
