In this interview he said, “I will be leaving for Goa this week and will stay there for two or three months to get relaxed. Hope we will celebrate the success of Mr.Majnu there.”Akhil too replied that it would be liked by all as the film is mix of all elements. Result came as a shock for both of them.

Analysis: The trailer has few light-hearted moments. Scenes involving Karthi and his friends are good. Love scenes between Karthi and Rakul seem to have shaped up well. But serious and action scenes are the crux of the film. How these pan out may decide the film’s fate. Apart from romance and action adventures, there seems to be a deep emotional connect in the film which will only be revealed in the film. How this point has been handled by director Rajat Ravishankar will be crucial. Harris Jayaraj’s music rocks as usual. Background score gels well with the scenes. Actors like Ramya Krishna and Prakash Raj gives good padding for the film.

However, more Tamil faces may act as hindrance. Also, the Telugu trailer appears to have more Tamil flavour. Barring this, Dev’s trailer has some good moments. One has to wait and see, whether Karthi would bounce back in Telugu or not.

Yes, while “NTR Kathanayakudu” is a huge flop in Telugu, same is the case with ‘late’ Sivasena supremo’s biopic “Thackeray” in Hindi. Despite Maratha pride and else, this biopic failed to get attention from any quarter.

The flop show of these two films is proving that no matter how much love one has on these slain leaders, only their other side of life will be loved on the silver screen, as it happened in the case of ‘Mahanati’ Savitri. Only if director Mahi V Raghav focused on realistic presentation and some other traits of YSR that are unknown to the people, the film might work. At the same time, even Krish should make the needed corrections in Mahayakudu movie to make sure that he will not sit on the bench this time.

One of the most prestigious films that are coming up from Telugu Cinema Industry is none other than Rajamouli’s #RRR. As many of his Bollywood counterparts are waiting in awe for this movie, we hear that the movie will have a couple of unexpected surprises.
