Director Invests In Heroine’s Foreign Hotel?
He happens to be the director of an upcoming biggy and she happens to be the one who acted in his previous film. The director is literally mad about this girl that he wanted to cast her in some role or the other in all of his films, though some heroes said no to that.
Cut to now, this heroine has recently started a continental hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. Why she has chosen that particular city is not known, but Cape Town is surely the best place for food business as that happens to be one of the hottest favorites of world tourists. And here comes the twist.
Actually, the heroine is said to have pulled investments from her close buddies in the T-Town and our director is one among them. Though there is no clarity whether he has put funds into that hotel out of love for her or he too got a legal share, many wonder how come a heroine convinced this guy to invest there.
Gone are the days where heroines invested in the businesses of other technicians, now everyone is finding it an ecstasy to invest in hotties and their businesses.
NTR Biopic Will Not Have Life Of NTR
As Nandamuri Balakrishna jumped into the scene to promote #NTRKathanayakudu, truly the film that is set for January 9th release got a new high. The way he is revealing things related to the film is truly giving goosebumps to everyone. And he answered some puzzling questions too.
With many asking the question if NTR Biopic will showcase almost all the characters who are related to NTR’s life in some way or the other, Balayya cited an interesting example and gave a superb answer. “To showcase the life of NTR you will need 6-7 parts of films, is it practical? is it possible?”, he asked.
Then he went on saying this: “Now let’s remember what Richard Attenborough said during the release of “Gandhi” movie. As many created hurdles saying that some characters are not shown properly, he said his film is not about the life of Gandhi but it is about the essence of Gandhi’s life. Similarly, we are not showing the life of NTR here, we are showing the essence of his life”.
That will perfectly summarise what the most awaited #NTRBiopic is all about. Let’s wait for two more days to feel the essence of it.
Fidaa’s Vachinde Beats Kolaveri Di’s Record
Released in November 2011, written and sung by Tamil star Dhanush and composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the ‘soup song’ Kolaveri Di went on to create sensation across the world. Over these 7 years, Kolaveri Di amassed a record 172 million views and 1.4 million likes on YouTube.
But now, Kolaveri Di’s record has been broken by our very own Tollywood number ‘Vachinde’ from Fidaa. Released in September 2018, Vachinde has clocked over 173 million views and 418K likes on YouTube, beating Kolaveri Di’s record by over a million views to become the highest viewed South Indian movie song on YouTube.
Vachinde song was penned by Suddala Ashok Teja and composed by Shakthikanth Karthick. Singer Madhu Priya breathed life into the song with her energetic rendition, while Sai Pallavi set the screens on fire with her terrific dance. There is no exaggeration in saying that the Vachinde song had played a key role in Fidaa’s success at the box office. Dil Raju was the producer and Shekar Kammula was the director of this Varun Tej-starrer.
I’m Waiting For NTR With Respect -Ram Charan
After wrapping his New Year holiday, before which he went to Jaipur to attend Rajamouli’s son wedding, Ram Charan has taken dive into the promotions of Vinaya Vidheya Rama. And then, he answers every single question posed to him including about the Sankranthi competition with Balayya and his own brother Varun Tej.
“Sankranthi season will easily accommodate two films and sometimes after a week gap, even a third film could be placed at the box office. So I’m not worried about the competition and only confident that all the films will turn super hit” said Ram Charan, talking about #NTR Kathanayakudu and F2: Fun and Frustration.
Talking about #NTR Biopic, he added, “That’s a respectful film and they have made with the utmost respect. Director Krish has carved it in such a way that everyone is eagerly waiting to see it. I’m looking forward to it actually”. And then he says his brother and Venky will also do absolutely well.
“Venky garu’s comedy is unmatchable and he will score brownie points with families. I’ve to see how my brother Varun does alongside him. But the film F2 will become super hit” Charan articulated.
Wishing that all the three films should score super hits, he signed off.
Modi Speaks About Telugu People & Telugu Pride
In another tirade against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Chandrababu Naidu is working to set the ball rolling for his son in the state. This is the first time that Modi has directly attacked Nara Lokesh.
In a second video-conference with AP BJP workers, Narendra Modi said: “The CM is so fixated with the rise of his son that he doesn’t realise how his politics and corruption can lead to sunset to the state. To set the son, he is creating an atmosphere of sunset of the state. He is promoting his son and forgetting other sons and daughters of the state.”
Raking up the Telugu sentiment, he said: “I ask how Telugu pride is served if one family holds the power in Andhra Pradesh. NTR fought for Congress-mukt Bharat.” Not stopping at that, Modi also spoke about Chandrababu’s episode in dethroning NTR from power and said: “Those in power in Andhra Pradesh today have betrayed Telugu people and Telugu pride. They also stabbed NTR in the back for a second time by aligning with the Congress.”
Behind The Scene What Is His Game?
Everyone assumed that comedian Ali would be joining the Jana Sena as he is a good friend of Pawan Kalyan. This belief got strengthened when a relative of Ali joined the Jana Sena recently at a public meeting of Pawan Kalyan.
However, in a major surprise, Ali has declared that he would be joining Jagan Reddy’s YSRCP. And here comes the strange part.After this announcement, Ali went and met Chandrababu Naidu and prior to that, he met Pawan Kalyan. Even before contesting any election, Ali seems to have mastered the art of politics.
Are the political parties really serious about fielding him as a candidate or given the fact that he is on good terms with all three parties, is he the perfect go-between candidate to broker any arrangements between the leaders? Only time will tell! But one thing is clear.

Will Pawan Help or Damage Naidu Prospects?
While interacting with Jana Sena Party workers on Saturday, party president Pawan Kalyan made an interesting comment that he would adopt a “middle path” in the coming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.Though nobody understood what Pawan meant by “middle path,” it is expected that he would not align with the Telugu Desam Party or YSR Congress party, but would go it alone in the elections.
He has already declared that his party would contest in all the assembly seats in the state. He also claimed that his party has already achieved the first victory with both the TDP and YSRC extending a friendly hand to him.Now the question is how much impact Jana Sena Party will have on both the parties?
Apparently, TDP president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is afraid that Pawan Kalyan might eat into the votes of the TDP, rather than anti-establishment vote. That is why he and his party leaders have been asking Pawan to join hands with the TDP to fight against the BJP.
Particularly in East and West Godavari districts which are dominated by Kapu community, Pawan has a lot of craze among the youth and he can split a good chunk of votes.Since the TDP had almost swept both the districts in the 2014 elections, it would be the biggest loser if Pawan contests alone this time.
However, analysts say Pawan can also make some difference in Rayalaseema districts where the YSRC is a big force. If he can split the anti-establishment vote there, it will help the TDP.All in all, the Pawan factor will only result in playing spoil sport with the chances of both the parties. Which party he can damage more will decide the poll outcome, say analysts.
Reel Buzz: Is It Basava Tarakam’s Biopic?
There has been a lot of interest surrounding NTR biopic given the last phase of the late legendary actor’s life.Biopic means chronicling all the events of an individual life from birth to death.It is a perfect case of rise and fall of an individual. NTR had married again after his wife’s death at the age of seventy and was thrown out of his own party.
In his last days, the legendary leader went on to canvass against his own family that had ditched him. He passed away while going through a very lean phase.But the makers of NTR biopic are not covering the last phase of the actor’s life. Hence, they worked a trick around and narrated the whole story in NTR’s wife Basava Tarakam’s point of view.
The biopic is about NTR through his wife’s eyes. The story will end with the episode where NTR comes back to power against Nadendla. Second part of biopic will conclude with the passing away of Basava Tarakam.So the biopic is all about Basava Tarakam’s relation with NTR and his ups and downs through her eyes. The character is so important, which is why someone of Vidya Balan’s stature has been roped into play it.
Meanwhile, Ram Gopal Varma’s biopic on NTR will be told through his second wife Lakshmi Parvathi’s eyes. Hence it has been titled Lakshmi’s NTR.That movie will cover all the episodes that were omitted in the biopic starring Balakrishna and directed by Krish.
Petta Producers Blame Game Sounds Silly
Three big budget films from Telugu film industry were announced for Sankranthi months ago and the distributors who bought the rights started booking theaters from then itself.
There is no scope for other low budget films when three biggies hit the marquee at the same time. Despite being aware of this fact, Rajinikanth’s Tamil dubbed film Petta also joined the race.
Petta didn’t grab attention of Telugu producers due to the declining market of Rajinikanth in Telugu states. None of Rajini’s films post Robo were successful here. So it’s understandable that Petta didn’t find takers until the last minute.
Finally, Ashok Vallabhaneni bought the Telugu dubbing rights and decided to release it simultaneously with the Tamil version on Jan 10.
No wonder Petta is suffering for making the late entry into Sankranthi race. Producer is unable to find decent number of screens anywhere with Telugu biggies NTR, VVR and F2 reserving theaters until Jan 20.
Instead of blaming themselves for entering late, the producers are blaming the producers of Telugu biggies for booking maximum theaters.
What is the need of releasing a dubbed film amid heavy competition despite knowing the fact that there aren’t enough screens available? They could have released it a week later rather blaming others for their mistakes.
100 Theatres, 100 Idols Of NTR
In an unique publicity feat, the team of ‘NTR’ biopic is going to assemble 100 idols of the legendary actor in 100 selective theatres in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.This is being done as a mark of respect and hero Nandamuri Balakrishna will unveil the first idol in Tirupathi on Tuesday. The rest of the idols will be assembled on the release day i.e, on January 9th.
Balakrishna along with Vidya Balan and director Krish will be visiting Vijayawada and Bengaluru cities today to promote the film. The next day they will visit Tirumala and offer special prayers.After Darshan, NBK and Vidya will reach PJR theatre in Tirupathi for the idol and press meet event.
That will conclude the two days tour of NBK, Vidya and Krish as part of promotions.‘NTR – Kathanayakudu’ is releasing amidst super positive buzz.
Nagababu’s Direct Attack on Balayya’s Blood and Breed!
Well, Nagababu is done posting photos and comments indirectly directed at Balakrishna. Now, he is releasing video bytes on a regular basis and taking on Balakrishna for his ‘insensitive’ comments against co-actors.In his latest video Nagababu pointed out at Balakrishna’s comments on belittling Amitabh Bachan and Chiranjeevi, who failed to succeed in politics. Balakrishna attributed his father’s success to their blood and breed in the same video.
Nagababu lamented at Balakrishna’s comments and said that it is Aristocratic mentality.”Everyone has the same blood and humans don’t talk about breed,” he said.Nagababu also took digs at Balakrishna supporting Chandrababu who backstabbed his father and took over Telugu Desam party.
