Soundarya Rajinikanth’s wedding festivities began with a pre-wedding reception on Friday followed by a combined sangeet and mehendi ceremony on Saturday.
Soundarya shared some inside photos from the sangeet ceremony on Twitter, featuring her father Rajinikanth, son (with first husband R Ashwin) and finace Vishagan Vanangamudi.
But fan clubs got hold of a video from the ceremony, in which Rajinikanth can be seen dancing to his heart’s content.
The official wedding photographers shared another picture of the couple and described the sangeet ceremony as, “… One of the most amazing sangeets we could ever imagine shooting. Not every day do you get the superstar Rajinikanth to break a leg on the dance floor.”

Now a film on Rahul Gandhi
A film, titled “My Name is RaGa”, is being made that will focus on Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s life.
“The movie has no intentions to glorify Rahul or to demystify him. It’s the story of a coming back of a human being who had been ridiculously attacked,” director Rupesh Paul said in a statement.
“Anyone who has fearlessly confronted defeat and failure can relate to this story. In that sense, I don’t want to call this a biopic, it’s a story of any man who becomes unstoppable after he win over a catastrophic life,” he added.
The film is expected to release in April in the midst of elections.
Amala’s Guest Role In Nag’s Film
We’re talking about beautiful Amala Akkineni who has bid adieu to playing heroine roles after she got married to Akkineni Nagarjuna in 1992. Two decades later, she has come to silver screen through Sekhar Kammula’s “Life Is Beautiful” and then appeared in a cameo in Manam movie too.
Reports are coming that now Amala wants to appear in a full-length role in an upcoming film of her husband Nagarjuna. If the rumors are anything to believe, she will be seen in a lengthy role in Nag’s upcoming Manmadhudu 2. As Nagarjuna is likely to play the role of a father and son, we hear that Amala will be seen in the mother character.
Sources close to Annapurna Studios, however, rubbished all these reports and they have stated only she will be appearing in a guest role that lasts for a couple of minutes. Being directed by hero Rahul Ravindran, Manmadhudu 2 will be shot in Portugal from March.
Harish Trying To Get Sympathy In Cadre?
It is more or less certain that Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is not going to take his nephew and Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao into his cabinet, which is going to be expanded shortly, if one were to go by the talk going on in TRS circles.May be Harish has been told that he would not get any berth in the cabinet, as was evident from the way he silently vacated his ministerial quarters at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills.
Harish may have to continue as an MLA without any position or could be fielded in the Lok Sabha elections.But signals have already gone into the people as well party cadre that Harish is getting sidelined in the party.Following the recent reports on Kaleshwaram major irrigation project, which was visited twice by KCR and his son K T Rama Rao, several postings have surfaced in the social media expressing sympathy for Harish Rao, who held irrigation portfolio till the other day.
One such social media post, with a picture of Harish Rao, pointed out that Kaleshwaram project would not have come to this stage but for the initiative and hard work of Harish Rao.“He spent sleepless nights, ran after the officials and engineers and regularly reviewed the progress of works as an irrigation minister. He visited the project almost every week to personally monitor the execution of the project,” the post said.
It expressed regrets over the way the KCR government was ignoring the services of Harish Rao and has not involved him in the project reviews after the TRS came to power for a second term.One does not know who the person is behind these postings, but it is certain that the post definitely reflects the anger and anguish among sincere party workers who know the hard work of Harish Rao.

Prabhas after Baahubali became a prolific box office star, Pan India. His movies budgets are going beyond 150 crores per each film.Saaho budget said to have crossed Rs. 250 crores but the distributors are betting high on the film as it will release all over India and after Baahubali-2, this will be the first release of the actor.
Even his next after Saaho, #Prabhas20 is also said to be budgeted at 200 crores. Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations ade producing the film.For Hindi version, they are looking to collaborate with a huge studio like for Saaho, they did with T-Series.
Pooja Hegde recently revealed that the movie is a complete love story and Jill fame, Radhakrishna will direct the movie.Krishnam Raju will act in the movie in a crucial role. There is only one action episode in the movie and it will be huge it seems.

‘RRR’ is undoubtedly one of the most awaited multi starrer movies in Tollywood at the moment. With Mega power star Ram Charan and young Tiger NTR playing the lead roles, the movie has been making the right noises ever since its announcement.

As per the latest reports, the makers are considering Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt for Ram Charan’s love interest whereas they are in search of a Hollywood hottie to romance NTR. As per the story, NTR’s character is going to fall in love with a foreigner. It is yet to be known who this foreign lady is going to be. Alia Bhatt is much likely to take a final call on this project this week.
DVV Danayya under DVV Entertainments banner is bankrolling this project with a massive budget of 300 crores. MM Keeravani is scoring music for this film. The second schedule of the movie is currently going on.
Will Allu Arjun Also Be In Sye Raa?
Allu Arjun made an impression in Daddy, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s movie, before he debuted with Gangotri and became famous with Arya. Now, he might get a chance to act with Chiru again.According to the sources from Sye Raa unit and reports from TFI circles, the latest gossip from the movie is that, a special character is still to be shot.
The director Surrender Reddy thought there is a need for a special character and a hero from Mega Compound should do the cameo, it seems.Already we saw Nayantara, Tamannah, Sudeepa, Vijay Sethupathi, Amitabh Bachchan being part of the movie in their respective characters that are specially designed for them.
So, a good cameo needs a star like Allu Arjun and as Surrender Reddy did a big hit movie like Race Gurram with him, he wants him to act in it.But the final decision will be taken by Megastar and if they feel, there is no necessary for cameo, they may not shoot, it seems.
For now, the team wants to rope in Allu Arjun or any other Mega compound hero in that role and finish the shoot by March second week, it seems.
This Multi-Starrer Could Clash With Saaho!
‘Saaho’ is all set to hit the screens on August 15th this year. Most Producers have been planning in such a way that there won’t be any clash between their film and the Prabhas-starrer. Just when everyone began assuming that there will be a solo-release, A multi-lingual flick reserved the slot for the Independence Day weekend.
‘Kappan’ directed by KV Anand of ‘Brothers’ fame is a political backdrop flick with patriotic touch. Mohan Lal appears as Indian Prime Minister in this movie. Suriya does the role of a Security Officer for PM. None other than Arya plays antagonist. ‘Akhil’ fame Sayesha Sehgal is the female lead. This biggie could hit the screens on August 15th.
Suriya’s upcoming flick NGK (Nanda Gopala Krishna) is slated for release on the eve of Tamil New Year. If this flick hits the screens as per schedule, Then ‘Kappan’ could arrive on Aug 15th itself and the clash with ‘Saaho’ will be inevitable.
‘Kappan’ will release in huge number of screens in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Makers might opt for release of Telugu version on the same day. Let’s see if there will be a friendly agreement to avoid the clash or not..!

That clip went viral on social media and many people lashed out on the veteran actor for such harsh behavior. Recently, he was caught in a similar act in a recently held marriage event. A fan tried to click a selfie with him and he once again slapped the phone instantly. Now, this clip is circling around the internet and we have to see how he responds on the issue.
Kadapa Reddys’ end their 30 years rivalry
For about 30 years, Kadapa leaders Adinarayana Reddy and Ramasubba Reddy had huge rivalry. Both being in the same party never helped each other in fact attacked one another on multiple occasions.
Like they say for everything there is an end, the rivalry between Adinarayana Reddy and Ramasubba Reddy appears to have faded away. Chandrababu Naidu is said to have mediated between these Kadapa leaders and for the first time in their political career ever, they came before the media side by side and made a joint statement that they would work together in Kadapa.
As suggested by Naidu, Ramasubba Reddy has resigned to his MLC post and confirmed his berth for Jammalamadugu assembly while Adinarayana Reddy will contest for Kadapa Parliament seat.
This is a moral victory for TDP in Kadapa ahead of the elections. Recently the only elected TDP MLA Meda Mallikarjuna Reddy jumped to YSRCP and TDP had to takers. With Adinarayana Reddy and Ramasubba Reddy joining hands, they can influence and show their stamina in seven assembly segments in Kadapa.
