Shriya Bhupal, the granddaughter of leading businessman GVK Reddy, tied the knot with Anindith Reddy, the grandson of Apollo Hospitals chairman Prathap C Reddy.The wedding was a grand affair indeed, with many celebrities in attendance. From Telugu star Mahesh Babu’s wife and former actress Namrata Shirodkar to Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni, many celebrities lit up the celebrations.

Upasana Kamineni is the cousin of the groom, and took to Instagram to share pictures of the wedding.

On the other hand, Namrata attended the function with her daughter Sitara.

He delivered hits when strong producers like Dil Raju or Allu Aravind produced films with him because they take care of script and other issues with utmost care. With successive debacles, mega hero Sai Dharam Tej had a ray of hope in the form of director Karunakaran who delivered blockbusters such as Tholi Prema. Given that Karunakaran is famous for ‘youthful’ love stories, and he has a big hit with Pawan Kalyan, mega fans were elated with the collaboration. Mega fans had high hopes on Karunakaran that he would bring back the ‘elusive’ success to Tej.

But pouring cold water on all the hopes of mega fans and mega family, Karunakaran delivered a poor product. Lazily written and badly executed film indicated that Karunakaran is clearly out of form. Even in his last two films Endukante Premante and Chinnadana Nee Kosam have miserably failed, yet Karunakaran failed to learn any lessons.

Had Karunakaran proved his mettle, many heroes and producers would be interested to work with him. But his poor show with Tej may add to his woes. After watching Tej, many are raising questions that what happened to the director of Tholi Prema, Vasu and Darling.

Recently there is a talk doing rounds in the media that Samantha will be quitting films by March 2019. It’s being publicised that as she wrapped her only Telugu film ‘U-Turn’, she will now quickly finish her two Tamil films, Seema Raja and Super Deluxe, and bids adieu to films. Is that true?
