In a shocking update, there are reports that actor Nani’s Brother in law, Anjana’s elder brother took his own life.

Anjana’s elder brother Pavan was famous gynecologist in Chennai since a long time and he reportedly committed suicide yesterday. Though there were rumors that he is suffering from internal conflicts and other family problems, since some time, the actual reasons for his suicide are yet to be known.

Shocked by this incident, Nani stopped his film’s shooting in New Jersey USA right away to travel back to Chennai along with his wife. Watch this space for more details.

Though Vijay and AR Murugadoss Sarkar got below average talk, somehow the scenes about Section 49P and other scenes where the hero questions the ruling governments have struck a chord with the audiences. That is leading to massive collections for the film in Tamilnadu as well as other states.

And then, today the AIADMK government of TN has condemned that Superstar Vijay made politically motivated comments against their part in the film. A minister has not only demanded the removal of controversial scenes from the film but went on to say that Vijay is acting like a Maoist.

Then, late on Thursday evening, a huge bunch of policemen went to director AR Murugadoss house. While the press was sent feelers from Government that they are actually giving protection to the director (which they didn’t), Sun Pictures revealed that police went there to arrest the director.

A while ago Murugadoss tweeted, ‘Police had come to my house late tonight and banged the door several times.Since I was not there they left the premises. Right now I was told there is no police outside my house (sic)’.

What is this high drama all about dear AIADMK? Guess what, even BJP leaders have also criticized the film.

Superstar Mahesh Babu has made a habit of watching all the important movies in spite of his busy schedules. He is not only watching the films but also sharing his valuable feedback with millions of fans through his Twitter page. Mahesh lauded the Diwali release Sarkar directed by his Spyder director Murugadoss as an engaging political drama.

Mahesh also made sure to share his excitement over Shankar’s upcoming 2.0 after watching its trailer. However, Mahesh didn’t tweet anything about NTR’s Aravindha Sametha that released a few weeks back. Both NTR and Trivikram are Mahesh’s close friends, but somehow Mahesh didn’t share his opinion over the film.

We are not sure whether he watched the film or didn’t have time for it. But Tarak fans hoped that Mahesh would definitely tweet about Aravindha Sametha as the former attended the latter’s Bharat Ane Nenu audio launch as the Chief Guest.

Boyapati Sreenu always comes up with emotional and intense family relationships and bond between the protagonist and other main characters in his movies. He is once again doing the same with his upcoming film with Ram Charan ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’.

We have exclusively learnt that Boyapati has penned a beautiful brotherhood story for Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Apparently, Ram Charan and Tamil hero Prashant play brothers in the movie and the story mainly revolves around these brothers. Scenes featuring both the actors said to have come out quite well.

Vinaya Vidheya Rama’s keenly anticipated teaser will be released tomorrow (November 9) morning. The shooting is in the last stage and the film is right on track for Sankranthi release. Whether the Boyapati-Ram Charan combo will strike success with their maiden collaboration remains to be seen.

Ever since Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya got married, fans have been waiting for them to give the ‘good news’ that everyone expects after marriage.

The two have now turned parents but to an adorable little munchkin puppy. Samantha posted a picture of herself and Chaitanya doting over the puppy and a close-up of the pupper, too.

In one of the posts, both Samantha and Chaitanya are admiring the sleeping puppy. She posted the story and wrote, “And just like that.magic (sic)”. However, it is unclear whether they have adopted the puppy or visiting an animal shelter.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya are currently sharing screen space in director Shiva Nirvana’s upcoming flick, which is tentatively titled Majili. This film marks their first venture together post their wedding in 2017.

Director Sreenu Vaitla is coming up with yet another film, this time with full of confidence that it will not turn out like Mahesh’s Aagadu, Charan’s Bruce Lee or Varun’s Mister. And here is a shocking twist about that film.

Featuring Ravi Teja and Ileana D’cruz in the leads, Vaitla is coming up with ‘Amar Akbar Antony’ which is set for November 16th release. In his last 3-4 films, no matter what the story is, this director has the knack of inducing house-comedy into it. That is something he has invented along with Kona Venkat, where all the star-cast are brought into one house, and most of them are made bakras by the hero. So what is Amar Akbar Antony all about?

Going by the promos, one feels that it is looking like Dookudu set in New York City. But we hear a shocking remark that there is no comedy at all in the movie. It happens to be a thriller film with a lot of twists and turns. Though there are comedians like Vennela Kishore and Satya in the film, the comedy is said to be limited.

Well, if Vaitla really reinvents himself and comes up with a brand new story, then audiences are there to welcome him with open arms. Hope that is going to happen.

It has become fad for heroines to dub for themselves despite not having command on the language. Although one must appreciate their hard work and enthusiasm to dub for their own voice in the local language, one should also understand how much it’s gonna help the film.

Here comes Ileana D’Cruz who is coming back to Tollywood after a long gap. Ileana, who had reportedly stated earlier that she wouldn’t return to Tollywood, finally changed her mind and started her second-innings with Sreenu Vaitla and Ravi Teja’s Amar Akbar Anthony. Now, the news is that the Goan beauty is dubbing in Telugu in her comeback film. This is raising many doubts among trade and movie buffs. Many are raising suspicion over Ileana’s dubbing and how audiences gonna receive it.

Earlier we had Samantha Ruth Prabhu who dubbed for herself in U-Turn. And her dubbing haven’t got thumbs up and so the film from the crowd. Now, one has to see whether Ileana would break this or not. Can Ileana do what Samantha couldn’t do?

On November 11th, we have a pre-release event of Vijay Devarakonda’s Taxiwala movie. As the film is produced by his PRO with support from both Geetha Arts and UV Creations, Allu Arjun is making to the event. With this wishes working out big for Vijay earlier, the unit is hoping that Taxiwala will also meet a similar fate.

Directed by newcomer Rahul Sankrithyan, Taxiwala has newcomer Priyanka Jawalkar as Telugu lead, while an unknown horror element happens to be the original story of the film.

One of the biggest Diwali releases this year is Vijay’s Sarkar in the south and Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan in the north. Both the films got dubbed into other languages, aiming at a simultaneous release. While Sarkar is already out a couple of days ago, today, Thugs have taken over.

Initial talk regarding Thugs Of Hindostan is quite disappointed we have to say as they say that neither the plot nor the execution is brilliant. Like the way trailer of the film itself hasn’t given any goosebumps, the film further spoiled the excitement. Formulaic plot with routine scenes and stupid emotions is said to be the big minus for the film.

Not all the times we see films that are filled with patriotic content click well with the audiences. For Aamir Khan himself, other than Lagaan, films like Mangal Pandey didn’t work at the box office. We hear that in Thugs Of Hindostan as well, other than Aamir’s comedy and few serious dialogues of Amitabh Bachchan, none failed to create magic on the silver screen. Both Katrina Kaif and Fathima Sana Shaikh appeared only in semi-cooked roles as per the talk.

Citing the film as a king-sized disappointment, popular critic Taran Adarsh said, “All that glitters is NOT gold… Holds true for #TOH… Some engrossing moments in the first hour, that’s about it… Formula-ridden plot, screenplay of convenience, shoddy direction are the main culprits”. That sums up all.

Vijay’s Sarkar that released in Telugu come as a big shocker to many Telugu audiences who are correlating it to PK.

Sarkar movie clearly endorses a third political alternative to two traditional political parties. The film vouches for young politicians and says that age-old politicians must step aside. It also gives more importance to social media just like how Pawan Kalyan is relying on Facebook, Twitter more.

There are many instances and strong scenes in the movie which clearly brings Pawan Kalyan and his Janasena to the minds of Telugu audiences. While Vijay might have his own political intentions to shine in Tamil Nadu, but all that seems to be helping Pawan Kalyan and Janasena in AP. People, whoever, has watched Sarkar are coming out and saying that the film is about Pawan.

However, one has to wait and see whether the film would really help Pawan politically or not.

Superstar Mahesh Babu enjoyed a great success with Bharat Ane Nenu and he is all eyes and hopes on his next one, Maharshi, and is expecting it to become a blockbuster.

Though Mahesh is busy finishing up Maharshi, he has already finalized the next one without leaving much for us to speculate. Like we reported earlier that Mahesh Babu and Allu Aravind were on talks about mutual interests of making a grand film under Geeta Arts, it is happening now.

Allu Aravind is all set to produce Mahesh babu’s next but unlike we thought, the director of the film in the discussion is not Arjun Reddy fame Sandeep Reddy, but director Krish.

Krish would be wrapping up the NTR biopic soon and will be joining the shoot for Mahesh Babu’s next. The official launch is yet to be announced.

The Mahesh-Krish combination has been in gossips for almost seven years and it really never happened to leave the rumor mongers tired of writing ‘that’ movie launch forever, sometimes even with the titles like ‘Shivam’.

Well, now it seems to be real and let us see how a director who is strong in making realistic films directs a Superstar with his strength in commercial films.

It is sure a treat for all the admirers of Mega heroes, as this Diwali brought their favourite stars together. Except Pawan Kalyan, all the Mega heroes were caught in a single frame, probably after a very long time.

With the Megastar himself in the center and all the family heroes Naga Babu, Allu Arjun, Sirish, Bobby, Ram Charan, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Kalyaan Dhev and Vaishnav tej on the sides posed in all black.

Making it even bigger Allu Arjun’s wife Sneha’s family too joined the Mega family for the Diwali party. Looks like the Mega family had a huge Diwali bash!

The first look of Ram Charan from his forthcoming film ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ has indeed shocked many in industry including media folks who were expecting a Panche Kattu-Charan or a cool, composed and a family guy Charan given its title. But Charan has stunned all by releasing an ultra mass look from the film on Diwali eve.

However, film analysts say that Charan is simply following Jr NTR who had set the precedent with Aravinda Sametha.

It can be noted that NTR had followed the same strategy for Aravinda Sametha. Though the title appeared to be a class and soft one, the first look of NTR showcases his six-pack avatar flaunting his abs and looks quite angry and wields a knife in his hand and his trousers are blood-stained.

Charan has now gone with the same strategy for Vinaya Vidheya Rama where the first look saw him carrying a weapon on his one hand and his other hand throws a machine gun into the air. And Charan’s face, body has stains and scars.

Seems like the clouds set over the next project of this happening star are yet to get cleared. Despite the fact that it is almost six months his recent movie released, Allu Arjun is not coming up with an announcement regarding his next project after Naa Peru Surya.

A buzz has started doing rounds other day that the announcement on Allu Arjun’s next, which is rumoured to be directed by Trivikram, will get an announcement on Diwali eve. But Diwali is already over and there came no announcement. So what is really happening about this movie?

Like we said earlier, Bunny-Trivikram wants to join for their third, by choosing to remake superhit Hindi movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. However, the original producer of the film T-Series wants a share in Telugu production but is not willing to give up the remake rights otherwise. Then we have both Geetha Arts and Haarika Haasini here, willing to co-produce the film. Seems like a decision is yet to be made over this.

If one bad film delays Allu Arjun’s journey this way, imagine how hard it was for the stars like Megastar Chiranjeevi when there were half a dozen flops in a row.

2017 was a tough year for hottie Rakul Preet Singh as she scored back to back flops that year in Telugu industry. Many felt that it provoked the spicy siren to move to Bollywood and she planned to settled there forever if things went well.

Pinning all the hopes on Neeraj Pandey directorial ‘Aiyaary’, Rakul thought that things will work big time there in the Hindi industry. But the flop show of that film made her sign Ajay Devgan’s movie. However, she is not in a mood to give up her trials, as she is very determined.

Though Rakul has three Tamil films including Surya’s NGK, Karthi’s Dev and Sivakarthikeyan’s film in hand other than that Hindi film De De Pyaar De, she is continuously trying her luck in Hindi industry by appearing in a number of events there. Also, she makes sure that she will appear on cover pages of various Mumbai based magazines, in order to make her presence felt.

Earlier we have seen the likes of Kajal, Ileana, and Genelia trying their luck in Bollywood. While Kajal has failed to make a point there, she successfully came back to the south again, but other two struggled for little longer and almost retired. Let’s see what happens with Rakul.
