Sure, most of the actors find themselves tensed or excited before their film’s release. Looks like Bunny is not among them.

Here is Bunny enjoying the Hyderabad’s weather along with his Son Ayaan, looking at those dark clouds, hours before Naa Peru Surya release. The photographer, probably Sneha, should get the credit for capturing such a beautiful picture.

On the other side, Naa Peru Surya did a good pre-release business and is releasing with positive buzz everywhere.

It’s well known that Rajamouli and Baahubali makers had tried hard to rnget legendary diva Sridevi on board for Sivagami’s role in their 2-part rnmovie franchise. Sridevi didn’t knowrn anything about the negotiations,” alleged RGV.

I never liked rnBoney. He was the main reason behind the downfall of Sridevi’s career. rnBut she had no one in her life except Boney. That’s the reason why I rncouldn’t complaint much against Boney and tried to advise her in all rnpossible ways,” RGV said. Will the Kapoor family respond to RGV’s rnallegations?

Upset With President, Winners Boycott National Awards Ceremony

National Film Award presented by the union government is the highest award that honors excellence in the field of film making. The presentation ceremony for the 65th National Film Awards was held at New Delhi this evening. However, the awards ceremony has turned controversial.

Around 65 award winners have skipped the presentation ceremony as the President of India Ram Nath Kovind will reportedly give away the awards to only 11 winners. All the winners who have boycotted the ceremony alleged a breach of the 64-year-old tradition where the President gives away awards to all the winners and not a select few.

After the President’s exit, most of the awards are handed over by the I&B Minister Smriti Irani, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Narendra Kumar Sinha. From Tollywood, Baahubali The Conclusion had won the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment award, while Ghazi won the Best Regional Film (Telugu) award.

In Talk: This Actress Charges 10K Per Hour

There is one actress who always loves to do more TV than cinema. And her appearances often created unwanted disturbances in the minds of people in the recent times. But why is she mad about TV?

Actually, there is an insider info about this happening as to why she’s picking TV more than the silver screen. In fact, TV is paying her around ten thousand bucks per hour while film industry is not so generous. Just by sitting on TV for an hour, she gets an awesome sum slipped into her bank account, while films are offering her only couple of lakhs or so for almost 20 days of dates.

Though the income that will come through films is pretty high, one needs to constantly pump the iron to stay fit and travel to various places to take part in shootings. Also, acting needs a lot of efforts as they have to understand the script and act as per director’s wishes. Here on TV, there is no such limit. She can blabber whatever you want.

While gorgeous girls always love the silver screen, motor mouths find fascination in small screen.

NPS May Do Wonders With Positive Talk!

In few more hours, Allu Arjun’s latest movie “Naa Peru Surya” is getting ready to hit the cinemas. The whole of cinema fraternity is looking forward to this film to complete the hat-trick after Rangasthalam and Bharat Anu Nenu. Let’s have a look at the odds and favours for that to happen.

We have to say that Naa Peru Surya has many favours coming its way. Firstly we’ve to agree that it is a complete mass movie audiences are waiting for. Rangasthalam’s vintage backdrop and Bharat’s slow narrative have impressed only certain sections, but NPS looks like a total family package. That will help the film big time.

And then, both Rangasthalam and Bharat Anu Nenu are crushed to the pulp at the box office, so cinema lovers are looking forward to a new change. And then Allu Arjun’s dances in song teasers, three super hit songs from the album scored by Vishal Sekhar, Anu Emmanuel’s glamour and Vakkantam Vamsi’s serious character carved for Bunny are pulling attention towards this biggie. Are these things not enough to score a blockbuster?

Of course, even with negative reviews from critics, Sarrainodu and DJ collected 70+ crores share easily. But what is needed for Bunny to enter 100 crore club is a positive review from critics and positive word of mouth from the first show from the audiences. If that happens, NPS will get places. Let’s see.

From Allu Sirish To Srinivas Reddy, Same Story!!

Share

From sometime, comedian Srinivas Reddy is trying his luck to become a happening hero and his third venture “Jamba Lakidi Pamba” is ready now. After “Geethanjali” and “Jayammu Nischayammu Ra”, this time he opted for a romantic comedy that focuses on the relation between a troubled couple.

But looking at the teaser of this film reminds one particular story that is doing rounds in Telugu industry at a time. A couple of years ago Allu Sirish was supposed to do a film with a newcomer, whose story deals with the soul-swapping concept. The boy’s body is taken by heroine’s soul and vice-versa. The idea is actually ripped from Hollywood movies like Switch (1991) and The Hot Chick (2002). After Sirish dropped that idea, the story later went to Raj Tarun, but he too backed out.

Recently we’ve seen director Maruthi’s camp coming up with “Aa Ee” movie which is also based on the same concept. And now, Srinivas Reddy’s “Jamba Lakidi Pamba” also deals with hero and heroine’s souls swapped after a big fight that leads to divorce. But before all these guys are copying that concept, actually Ram Gopal Varma came up with “Mr. Ya Miss” under Antara Mali’s direction (she’s heroine too).

Let’s see if Srinivas Reddy succeeds in convincing Telugu audiences with his soul-swapping acts. Featuring Siddhi Idnani as the heroine, the film is directed by JB Murali Krishna.

Where Will Bharat Ane Nenu Stop?

Share

It looks like Bharat Ane Nenu’s producer strongly believes the age-old adage that a lie, if called a fact by many, will become a fact eventually. Wonder if he is hell-bent on projecting a few records for his banner or if he is trying to please Mahesh Babu and Koratala Siva, he has been propagating several fake collections for Bharat Ane Nenu.

In the process, producer is even spoiling the happiness of fans, who are not enjoying the success wholeheartedly. After claiming that BAN had grossed Rs 168 crores in the first week, producer went on to claim that the film has collected nearly Rs 192 crores.

But the trade circles in the two Telugu states are baffled by the tall claims in BAN’s collections. It looks like the producer is keen on claiming the non-Baahubali record for Bharat Ane Nenu.

On the other hand, on the May Day holiday, Rangasthalam, which is in its 5th week, collected more shares than Bharat Ane Nenu, which is only in its second week. This clearly shows the kind of feeble run Bharat Ane Nenu is having at the theaters in AP and Telangana. In this scenario, the over-enthusiasm to inflate BAN’s collections is only becoming a prey to social media trolls.

Who Will Lose? Rangasthalam Or BAN?

Share

Currently at the box office, while Bharat Anu Nenu is registering some average figures, Rangasthalam is holding very strong in some centres. And when these two are doing considerably good at the box office, Avengers: Infinity War has replaced them in many theatres already owing to the demand from kids and families. There comes “Naa Peru Surya” now.

With Telangana government giving permission to screen five shows a day, the whole of Nizam is expected to screen Allu Arjun’s action flick Naa Peru Surya in the most number of theatres. And in Andhra Pradesh as well, demand for this new masala entertainer is at a high. But to accompany NPS, some films out there have to lose theatres, isn’t it? So who is going to get affected?

We hear that Avengers will retain all of its theatres as the footfalls are tremendous even in B & C centres. Distributors are not in a mood to disturb that film from the theatres it’s running in right now. And then, Rangasthalam is still holding strong in certain centres, while in some areas the numbers are low. But more than this Ram Charan starrer, trade analysts say, Bharat Anu Nenu is posting fewer figures at few theatres. In that case, BAN is likely to lose more theatres than Rangasthalam as both the films are sharing an equal number of screens now.

And if NPS gets a super-hit to above-average talk, then the theatres where it replaced BAN and Rangasthalam will be permanently playing the Allu Arjun starrer for next four weeks. But if the talk is weak, then BAN and Rangasthalam might take it back. But there are films like Mahanati and Sammohanam in the coming days that could cash on the vacuum in case if NPS fails to perform.

Kajal-Catherine Unites For Another Hero

Share

Earlier there used to be movies where two-three heroines are cast in the same film again and again. We’ve seen the likes of Arthi Agarwal and Sonali Bendre in two films, Simran also shared the screen with many other heroines in many films. It seems like there are new generation starlets doing the same.

At a time when her craze is fading out, Kajal Agarwal made some wise moves and became the only option for senior star heroes who are running short of heroines. At the same time, she’s also pairing with younger stars like Rana Daggubati as well. In Rana’s “Nene Raju Nene Mantri”, both Kajal and Catherine Tresa rocked the screens. Especially some of their combination scenes worked big time.

The latest buzz is that these two will be uniting yet again and this time they will be romancing senior hero Raviteja. For the upcoming remake of “Theri” to be helmed by Santosh Srinivas, it’s heard that more than Shruti Haasan, it is Kajal showing more interest to get into Samantha’s shoes, while Catherine is picked for Amy Jackson’s role. If Kajal comes onboard, then it will be her second movie with Catherine and the third one with Raviteja.

But the bad news, Kajal and Catherine will not have any combination scenes in the Theri remake like they did in Nene Raju Nene Mantri.
