Defamation Cases on Pawan Likely: TV9 50 Cr, ABN 10 Cr
TV9’s owner Srini Raju, who is miffed with Pawan Kalyan’s comments against him and his media house, is apparently toying with the idea of filing a strong defamation case against Janasena chief for the tune of Rs 50 Crore. It is learnt that Srini Raju has prepared to do a legal battle against Pawan who leveled allegations against news channels on his micro-blogging page. Another news channel ABN is said to be gearing up to sue Pawan Kalyan for Rs 10 Crore.
Apparently, both Srini Raju and ABN Radha Krishna have initiated formalities and is likely to pay 1 percent amount of the total defamation value in the court i.e Rs 50 Lakh by Srini Raju and Rs 10 Lakh by ABN Radha Krishna to file defamation against Pawan.
Earlier, Pawan alleged TV9, ABN, TV5 and Mahaa news channels for their “favouritism” and alleged that the channels “make money by abusing women”. Pawan gave a call to fans to “boycott” the channels and asked them not to “watch” the aforementioned news channels.
Pawan’s Comments Have Pained Me Again : Lokesh
Nara Lokesh has responded on his alleged involvement in Sri Reddy’s personal abuse on Pawan Kalyan, his mother. Setting the record straight, Lokesh has denied all those allegations of Pawan outrightly. He added only time will tell everything.
Stating that Pawan’s fresh remarks on him have pained him again, Lokesh said he still has same respect towards Pawan.
“Pawan Kalyan garu, your comments have hurt me once again. Earlier too, you had made several allegations against me (in a public meeting) but you took U-turn by saying you had just repeated what you had heard from others. The personality of a man is developed over so many years and involves a lot of effort. I’m not such a mannerless person to make allegations against one based on someone else’s words,” wrote Lokesh.
“Only time will tell everything. I still have the same respect on you. Matrudevobhava,” added Lokesh. This response of Lokesh to Pawan seems to have come as a major blow to Pawan and Janasena. Pawan had alleged that Lokesh along with his friend Rajesh Kilaru is behind Sri Reddy’s abuse on Pawan.

Pawan Kalyan: Boycott TV9, TV5 and ABN
Actor-turned-politician and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan is getting ready for a long-drawn legal battle with the media houses and if necessary, the Telugu Desam Party leaders, on the allegations he had made against them on Sri Reddy issue.
Pawan, who spent a few hours at the Telugu Film Chambers of Commerce at Jubilee Hills along with other mega family members to register his protest, went back to his house without talking to media.
He, however, continued his tirade against the media houses on his twitter platform.Particularly targeting TV9, Pawan said the trio – promoter Srini Raju, CEO Ravi Prakash and film maker Ram Gopal Varma – had funded Sri Reddy to make abusive comments against him.
He alleged that Srini Raju, who owned 88.69% of stake in TV9, was making money by launching slander campaigns on public misery.“The rich and powerful will have the luxury of abusing anyone. He will understand in the days to come what he has done,” he said.
He also targeted other channels like TV5 and ABN-Andhra Jyothy, asking the people to boycott these channels for abusing mothers, daughters and sisters.“And also we have to boycott them for making business out of nudity & profanity. Making business out of a helpless sister (sic).,” he said.
Expressing view that Srini Raju might file a defamation case against him, Pawan Kalyan appealed to all Jana Sena activists to be quiet and not to indulge in any violent acts.“From tomorrow onwards, Srini Raju is going to put a defamation case on me but you please restrain yourself. And I am also going for a long and powerful legal battle on these channel heads,” Pawan tweeted.

Ever since he left Film Chamber in the evening, once again Janasena President Pawan Kalyan took to his twitter to continue his attack on a media house owner. And that took a stunning turn with he himself confirming what is happening from the opposite camp.
In a series of tweets, Pawan confirmed that TV9 Srini Raju owns 88.69% of stake in TV 9 and accused him of making money out of slander campaigns on public misery. He predicted that Srini Raju will understand in the days to come what he has done, and dubbed that rich and powerful will have the luxury of abusing anyone.
Also, Pawan confirmed that Srini Raju is a relative of Satyam Ramalinga Raju and also of Ram Gopal Varma too. Indirectly this is a hint that all these people are related and hence they took an attack at Pawan Kalyan together. Here comes another final revelation.
