Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam has got phenomenal opening in the Telugu States. After raking in Rs 19.03 Crore share on first day in AP and Telangana,  Rangasthalam storm continued on the second day as well. The film got Rs 13.25 Crore Gross on the second day alone, i.e Rs 8.76 Crore Share. Thus taking the total tally in the Telugu states to 27.79 Crore Share while the total gross stands at Rs 42.25 Crore.

The storm is not just confined to the Telugu States. In the US, the film already crossed 1 Million USD mark and is marching towards 2 Million USD. In world-wide, Rangasthalam collected ₹23Cr gross on day2 & total 2days gross is ₹69Cr and 2days share is approx ₹43Cr

Going by the current trend, trade estimates that the film will enter the ₹100 Cr gross mark by Monday.

Generating enough material for the rumours mills to pound ceaselessly, the ‘#SuchiLeaks controversy has shaken up the Kollywood last year. Singer and actress Suchitra tweeted some intimate, disturbing and private photos and videos of several celebrities that created a lot of controversies.

But the whole thing took many turns and finally Suchitra distanced from everything. Looks like now actress Sri Reddy is also following the same strategy. After a lot of TV debates and abusing few Tollywood directors, producers and actors, Sri Reddy is all set to kick-start #SriReddy Leaks on Facebook first and then move to the home screen.

Giving a shock to everyone, the other day, Sri Reddy wrote few posts claiming that she has proofs against some film personalities and is going to expose them on a couple of news channels. While Suchitra opted for Twitter to create a sensation overnight, this actress is running behind the TV debates to come out with her leaks.

Few are saying, that this act is purely a TRP gimmick, but there are those who are keeping faith in her and believing that she really has some videos against some big celebs.

And as a first part of the revelation other day, she warned on her official Facebook page that she got video proofs of some dirty acts of one film director and a singer. God knows the truth!!

Joining the bandwagon, Niharika Konidela, the lovely sister of Ram Charan seems quite excited with the glorious hit and turned into review writer for her brother.

It’s always the tough decision for the heroines to choose between glamorous and non-glamorous roles in the film industry. There are few in Tollywood, who started their career with glam-centric roles but shifted to performance oriented one after some period of time. Unlike others, queen bee Samantha wants to reign the industry by doing both but with a twist.

For the first time, Samantha did a de-glam role and critically acclaimed by the film fraternity for her amazing performance as a village girl Rama Lakshmi in Rangasthalam. She managed to steal the show with a rustic look. Now, in a recent interview, she revealed that the actress will pick the regular chubby girl (masala commercial films) roles, but will try to do them differently, like her roles in A Aa and Theri. Samantha even made it clear that she won’t completely put an end to the glamorous roles, as she learned the hard truth after staying so long in the film industry.

“Suddenly shifting to unconventional paths and leaving glamorous roles will definitely show its impact on the career. I’ve learned it hard way. And when audiences gave a life by accepting as glamour heroine, a recognition only few will get, why shying away from those roles? Will continue to do them, but will make a difference in them” said Samantha. It seems Taapsee Pannu also realised this truth now. Following the success of her last two Bollywood outings, Pink and Naam Shabana, Taapsee Pannu had been hunting for unconventional scripts, but she realized the importance of the glamorous roles in the film industry and started doing them also. Hence she came with bikini performance in Judwaa 2.

Take a cue from these two beauties, in case if a heroine is worried about glamour image.

Nani who has been in prime form of late is coming up with an action packed entertainer Krishnarjuna Yuddham.Looks like director Merlapaka Gandhi packed it with all the elements that audience expect from a Nani’s film. Nani appears as Krishna (mass) and Arjun (class) and both the characters look fun. Gandhi’s previous two films Venkatadri Express and Express Raja were loaded with comedy sequences.

There is ample comedy in KAY trailer also. Surprise element is there is lots of action too.
