Even at 58, Akkineni Nagarjuna is dearly referred as ‘Manmadhudu’. Interestingly, his glamour quotient kept on increasing from his 30’s into his late 50’s. The Akkineni hero is known for his charm and screen presence both on the silver screen and small screen. Nagarjuna often comes up with challenging roles and selection of unique scripts.

Directed by Sriranjani, the film has Raj Tarun and Chitra Shukla in the leads. Many wonders when did this film happened, and how come there is no first look or teaser released till date when the film is releasing in two weeks from now.

However, it looks like Annapurna Studios want to take the tinsel town by a sudden surprise by announcing the release date in surprise fashion. Though exact date is not finalised, they say that Rangularatnam will surely release and turn a surprise treat. With Raj Tarun being the hero of the film there is no doubt hype will come easily, but will that be enough? With biggies like Agnyaathavaasi, Jai Simha, and Gang in the race, we have to see what magic this Annapurna Studios’ film will do.

Meanwhile, heroine Chitra Sukhla could be a crowd puller provided with her hot glamour quotient seen in Sri Vishnu’s Ma Abbayi earlier.

She is a popular star heroine who acted in 2017’s biggest blockbuster film. She has been invited for a new year party in Vijayawada and she readily agreed. As promised, she appeared at the special event on December 31st. Known for her dance moves, she sizzled on the dance floor and enthralled the crowds at the party which saw attendance of several big wigs of Amaravati including top businessmen and leading politicians. All went well and the party ended on bright note. But what followed next is something shocking, embarrassing that no one expected.

After party, a local businessman (who is very popular in his circles) followed the diva till her hotel. Apparently, the milky siren got scared and went to her hotel room and locked her door. The said businessman who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol followed up to her room in the hotel and did a huge ruckus inside hotel demanding to meet him and pose with him for selfies.

Despite several attempts by hotel staff, the said businessman didn’t pay heed to their requests and continued to do nonsense in the hotel. It is learnt that the situation was totally out of control and almost a fight broke between hotel staff and said businessman. Apparently, this whole drama lasted till late night.

With things going overboard, even cops were informed of the incident. In between, finally, the family members of the businessman came to his rescue and convinced him and took him away. The hotel staff and the star heroine have heaved a huge sigh of relief.

Finally, the star heroine has rushed to airport in the early hours from the back door of the hotel escaping from the attention of locals. Apparently, the heroine’s family who came to know about the incident later was shell-shocked and was highly angry about the incident. It is learnt that the star heroine has decided not to be part of any more such new year party events here after.

After all, safety and security matters most than money! What do you say folks? And it is business as usual for the naughty businessman as no formal complaint was registered.

When Baahubali made him a national level star, definitely many expect him to rock on Bollywood screen as that would have more reach than a Telugu film. That’s what many advisors pushed Prabhas for but somehow that is not interesting him.

Once again the topic of Prabhas’ Bollywood debut became a hot topic in film circles as the hunk hero clarified in the latest interview that he signed a Hindi movie three years ago. He also stated that it will take off after he wraps up “Saaho” and that new film will be his debut in Bollywood.

What’s the Baahubalian doubt that is lingering now is, if Saaho is likely to release in Hindi heartland as they are shooting it like a Telugu-Hindi bilingual, why is Prabhas thinking this film is not his debut in Bollywood? That makes anyone curious to know whether Saaho is a bilingual or not.

Also when Prabhas has this huge mass action image like a Salman Khan, will Hindi audiences feel happy if he takes up a love story? If we look at all these dimensions surrounding Prabahs, definitely his debut in Hindi sounds like a mystery.

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas turns 25 on Jan 3rd, 2018. He already has three films under his belt while his fourth film (Saakshaym) with director Sriwass is already on the floors.

Sreenivas enthuses, “I’m 25. But I achieved so much at very young age. I’ve been working with the best talent where I could learn a lot from them.”

In Saakshyam, he is acting with Sarath Kumar, Meena, Jagapathi Babu besides several prominent actors. Sreenivas is quite upbeat about the shaping up of the film which was recently shot in the exotic locales of Dubai.

“By far, Dubai schedule is the best. I’ve done  a lot. Hydroflying (Flyboard), Jet skying, besides several others. Working with Peter Hein master for action scenes is the another best experience,” adds Sreenivas who is visibly excited.

While he has acted alongside Samantha in Alludu Seenu, he matched steps with Tamanna in both Alludu Seenu, Speedunnodu in special numbers and his recent film Jaya Janaki Nayaka saw him acting with Rakul Preet, Pragya. In upcoming Saakshyam, Sreenivas romances DJ beauty Pooja Hegde. Why is he after well-known heroines? Sreenivas is quite practical and admits, “Top heroines are needed. They certainly bring a lot of attention to film. And it is not my choice. It is director’s choice.”

Coming to Saakshyam, Sreenivas says that Sriwass has infused his trademark entertainment in the film. “Vennela Kishore will be seen as my friend in the film. He will tickle the funny bones. Also, the film will have several fun moments in the US.”

Sreenivas didn’t reveal much. But he gives peep into his role. “I play NRI. I come from US to India. That’s all what I can reveal,” says Sreenivas who is all set to head to New York for 20-days-long schedule.

Ask him what nature has to do with the film as shown in the first look motion poster. Is the film has any science-fiction elements? Sreenivas laughs and clarifies, “All your doubts will go after watching entertaining teaser which are planning for Sankranthi. Trust me, the film is going to be my best. Sriwass sir is bringing the best out of me.”

Producer Abhishek Nama is planning to unveil the teaser of Saakshyam on January 12, 2018. Let’s see how teaser is going to look like. The film’s trailer will be cut only after completing the US schedule.

51-year-old Ghazal Srinivas, who was arrested on the charges of sexually harassing his employee a female radio jockey in his web radio Aalayavaani, has contradicted the allegations leveled by the victim.

Srinivas claimed that he had treated her like his own daughter. He further stated that she had stolen the office keys a few days ago and still he didn’t complain to police despite others suggested him to do so.

According to Srinivas, the victim herself approached him to do a ‘massage’ on his left shoulder which he was injured in a recent accident. Srinivas stated that he has all medical reports and said he is ready to prove all his claims. He said, “Trust my words. I always treated like my child. I don’t know what her intention behind the allegations. I never harassed her.”

Ghazal Srinivas alias Kesiraju Srinivas looked confident, composed in police custody.  Meanwhile, the victim alleged that Srinivas has been harassing her for the past 8 to 9 months and the harassment has escalated since last two months. She alleged that Srinivas behaved inappropriately and even tried to ‘lure’ her with a central government job.

Ghazal Srinivas holds the Guinness World Record for singing ghazals in most languages. He worked as a librarian at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bhimavaram and Sainik School, Korukonda for a decade before quitting and starting as a Ghazal singer. He even appeared in the movie ‘A Film By Aravind’.

While Charan and Ravi rescued themselves, Gopichand is still stuck there.

Cut to Bunny and Nani, if their next films also carry similar hype without content inside, then this tricky phase might teach them a lesson. Otherwise, these two heroes need to change their ways.

Take the example of popular Telugu television anchor M Pradeep, who was caught by the Jubilee Hills Traffic police during special enforcement drive taken up against drunk driving New Year eve on Monday.A video of Pradeep giving a call to the youth not to drink and drive is going viral in the social media now.

In the video message which was shot in July 2017, Pradeep is found giving a lecture to all the people not to indulge in drinking of alcohol, which is a social evil.He said youth should not consume alcohol and drive recklessly on the roads, since their families would be eagerly waiting for them at home.

He told them that drink driving is not only a crime but also avoidable in the best interest of the society.And on December 31, Pradeep himself was found violating his own preaching. The anchor was caught at Jubilee Hills Road No 45, while driving his BMW car in a totally inebriated condition.

“He was totally drunk while driving the vehicle. His Blood Alcohol Concentration levels were 178 mg/ml,” said a police officer.Police seized the vehicle and the anchor was asked to appear before counselling held on Tuesday.

The year-end reviews and new year predictions published by many leading national media houses always end up getting criticised for something or the other. This time, a popular news daily that is quite known for its bang-on analysis of any scenario in the country face the heat. That too from Pawan Kalyan’s fans.

Popular Magazine has come up with the topic ‘Trends For 2018’ in their latest issue of the tabloid. While talking about southern politics in one particular essay aimed at South India, the magazine called it rise of the stars including Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan and Upendra foraying into politics.

What is so surprising about this article is, it consists only a few lines catered to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, two southern states that are quite crucial in changing the political scenario in 2019. Also while talking about all other above actors, there is no mention of Pawan Kalyan or his Janasena party here, which is a shocker.

At the same time, the analysis mentioned that later NTR’s grandson is likely to foray into politics and that would upset both BJP and other parties. In that case, they are talking about Jr NTR who is already staying away from politics after 2014 elections.

Admirers of Pawan Kalyan are now saying that this article is written with pure ignorance about the situation in Andhra Pradesh.
