Industry grapevine is that Pawan Kalyan and his close friend, producer Sharrath Marar have called it quits. The duo said to have parted ways after Katamarayudu bombed at the Box Office. Even Sharrath’s maiden solo production venture Sardaar Gabbar Singh failed to meet the expectations adding to the woes.

Sharrath and Pawan, who started their journey a decade before with Johnny, are not seen together these days. Be it at the shooting spots or at Pawan’s office, Sharrath has been missing since long time. This is adding fuel to the ongoing speculations in the industry. However, it is not clear whether Pawan and Sharrath have really separated or just a baseless rumour.

The exact reasons for the sudden separation are not known. It is rumoured that issues due to distributors and their pressure could have triggered this condition. Or Pawan’s political plans could also be the reason for Sharrath’s growing distance with Pawan.

Meanwhile, many in the industry circuits strongly hope that Pawan, Sharrath would ‘patch-up’ and burry their hatchet if at all any. Sharrath has been a nice gentleman and has been loyal to Pawan all these years. Their distance is now seen as a major shocker to industry people.

Given that Sharrath is quite close to Mega Star Chiranjeevi and Pawan’s family, it is expected that Chiru could step in to resolve the issue. On other hand, nothing is confirmed yet.

Tollywood audience rarely witnessed multi-starrers in the recent times. With every actor occupied with back to back films, the filmmakers have been finding it tough to set the combinations. It was popular producer Dil Raju who managed to bring Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu for the film Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. Before that mega cousins, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun also featured in the same film, though they didn’t share the screen.

Other day it’s already revealed that Harish Shankar penned an interesting script which is being titled Daagudu Moothulu and will be made by Raju only. Till date, talks are on with Nani and Sharwanand, for the film, as it happens to be a multi-starrer. But Dagoodu Moothalu is likely to become bigger with Raju showing interest to pick two other successful heroes with whom he scored super hits, and they are from Mega family.

A little birdie chirps that Sai Dharam Tej and Varun Tej are in talks for this multi-starrer. While Harish is close to Sai Dharam as he directed him in Subramanyam For Sale, he now wants to convince Varun Tej, whose latest movie Fidaa is a super hit at box office. And naturally, such a mega multi-starrer will have huge expectations and interest.

An official announcement will be out once the combination will be finalized. Harish Shankar who has been facing the heat of DJ is in plans to bounce back with a blockbuster with Daagoudu Moothalu.

Actress Riya Sen did a set of interesting Telugu movies but she could not make it big in Tollywood. She has been last seen in Manchu Manoj’s Nenu Meeku Telusa after which she has been away from Telugu movies.

The 36-year old actress is now all set to enter wedlock soon. She will be getting married to her long-time boyfriend Shivam Tewari. Riya is currently busy with the tv series produced by Ekta Kapoor based on the movie Ragini MMS.

The duo will get married later this month and Shivam is said to be a photographer. Both Riya and Shivam have been posting their pictures on their instagram pages and now they are getting married.

The highly awaited 151st film of Megastar Chiranjeevi was officially launched today. On the eve, it has been announced that the motion poster (containing title logo) of the film will be unveiled on the eve of Chiru’s birthday, on August 22nd, at 11:30 AM.

Earlier in the day, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, director Surender Reddy, Allu Aravind and senior writer-duo Paruchuri Brothers attended the pooja ceremony held at the office of Konidela Production Company. More details on cast and crew are expected to be officially announced on 22nd August.

#Chiru151 is the second production venture of Konidela Production Company, and Charan is planning to make this epic historical film on a huge budget of around Rs 120 crore.

“It has been a trend for the politicians to change their parties frequently. One should respect their party and should not move to other parties for their political benefits. It is like cheating the people who voted for the leaders. It was after my father Dr D Ramanaidu entered politics, I came to know that politicians buy their votes by spending money. In his term of tenure as MP, I have never been to Delhi and took no political advantage. The present political situations are not health in the country“, he said.

Adding more, he stressed out,”NTR and YS Rajasekhar Reddy are my favorite politicians and leaders. They worked hard and took decisions as per the situations in the state. Nene Raju Nene Mantri reveals about several politicians in the country and we have not targeted any single politician“.

Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni is said to be a fitness freak and she has been spreading awareness about health and workouts through her official twitter handle.

As a part of 30 days Transform Urself program, the young lady interacted with the housewives of Domakonda and spent some time educating them about the daily workouts that can make them better.

She is said to have distributed shoes for these housewives and trained them with some basic workouts. Upasana and her team requested them to spend sometime from their daily routine for exercise to stay fit and healthy.

This is the third film Anupama Parameshwaran signed this year after Ram’s Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi and Nani’s Krishnarjuna Yuddham. The regular shoot of this untitled film will start later this year after Dasara and will be produced by KS Rama Rao. This romantic entertainer will hit the screens during summer 2018.

Sai Dharam Tej has got a new Mamiaha in form of director Karunakaran. Sai himself revealed his bonding  with the Tholi Prema director and shared how the film happened. “For the past one year, KS Ramarao garu and me are looking out for story. Our search ended with Karunakaran gari story. I think it is destiny. I know him very well since my childhood. He is like my another Mamiaha. When he had narrated me the story, it has given me a great feeling. Hope I enjoy more while shooting for the film.”

Without revealing much, Karunakaran shared the details about the film. “The entire movie runs with jolly mood. It is going to be a very good film for Tej,” said Karunakaran. The untitled film is said to be a colourful romantic entertainer laced with family elements with feel-good factor. Karunakaran’s favourite lensman Andrews is going to crank the camera.

On Wednesday, actor and Hindupur TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna kick-started his poll campaign in the by-election bound Nandyal Assembly Constituency.

Addressing a massive gathering on the first day, Balakrishna appealed voters to teach a lesson to the parties who resort to divisive politics. He asked people not to fall in the trap of opposition which is deliberately carrying out a malicious propaganda against the Chandrababu government. He added that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been working relentlessly for the development of the truncated state.

The actor-cum-politician enthralled people with his unique style of dialogue delivery during his speech. Balakrishna delivered some interesting dialogues from his ‘Okka Magadu’ film. He said TDP was the only party which has rendered justice to all communities Kapus, BCs, SCs and STs. Giving an indirect counter to YSR Congress party President, Jagan on his comment of ‘Shooting Chandrababu in public’, Balayya appealed voters to use their ‘Votes’ as ‘Guns’ to deflate power-hungry politicians.

Lashing out at Silpa brothers, Balayya said that the selfish duo have betrayed TDP even after being honored with good positions in the regime. He asked Nandyal people to stand by and support Bhuma Nagi Reddy’s daughters, who are facing difficult times. He added that Bhuma Nagi Reddy family has been serving people and they owed to the family.

The actor-cum-politician said that the Nandyal by-poll is a chance for people to vote for development.
