Roja Ready To Walk With Pawan Kalyan

Share

Probably for the first ever we may have to say, someone coming up from YS Jagan led YSR Congress Party is responding positively to what Pawan Kalyan has done.

With Uddanam Issue becoming the topic of the state ever since the Janasena Boss brought Harvard doctors team to visit this affected village in Srikakulam district, finally YSRC MLA and actress, Roja has spoken up.

On behalf of YSR Congress, Roja clarified that their party is ready to support Pawan Kalyan on Uddanam issue. But once again the hardcore devotee of YSR inside her condemned Pawan for saying that previous governments did nothing to Uddanam.

She revealed that, way back in 2004, the then CM YSR sent a research team of doctors from KGH Hospital to Uddanam to study and then sent a research doctor to San Francisco in 2007 for a conference on Kidney issues to highlight the plight of Uddanam.

Well, if YSR government has done enough for Uddanam one would wonder why any world-class institution like Harvard University failed to recognise it until Pawan Kalyan highlighted the prevailing issue. Probably Roja is suggesting that YSR did everything for Uddanam but foreign doctors failed to understand the research provided by the team that was sent by the late CM.

Anyway as Roja stated that they are ready to walk with Pawan Kalyan, we have to see in the near future how this walk is going to be.

As per reports, the incident happened on the sets of a new Hindi film “Hansa: Ek Sanyog”, where Scarlett Wilson was roped in to do an item song. During the course of the song shoot, an actor named Umakant Rai, who was playing a key role in the film, reportedly made very crude gestures towards Scarlett. Although the actress tried to ignore and get away from him, she lost her cool and slapped the pervert when he crossed the limit and tried to touch her inappropriately.

The film’s unit has reportedly confirmed the incident, and also revealed that they also manhandled the actor and threw him out of the sets after the actress slapped him. The film’s producer said that he will complain the issue to Film Federation of India, and the guy’s acting license will be cancelled if he doesn’t tender an apology to the actress. Fidaa to Smash Records of Pawan & Balayya

Share

Sekhar Kammula’s magical ‘Fidaa’ is unstoppable at US box office. The heart warming love story has taken a decent start and has been piling up on revenue ever since. With Gopichand’s latest release ‘Guatam Nanda’ opening to poor response in US, its Fidaa all the way at box office.

By the end of its Second weekend, Fidaa took its cumulative to $ 1.627K approx, which is monstrous. The film was super strong at box office even in the Second Weekend (Friday $ 88,522, Saturday $ 154,614 and Sunday $ 95,500. Total: $ 1.627K).

Going by this tremendous run, Fidaa is likely to touch the $2 million mark in its full run. In that case, two scintillating records are eluding Fidaa.

Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni currently stands at No.3 this year at US box office with a final total of $1.663K. Fidaa is certain to go past GPSK in one or two days, thus emerging as the 3rd highest grosser of this year so far.

Another record in offing for Fidaa is a golden chance to emerge the 2nd highest grossing film among movies of Mega family heroes. While Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Khaidi No.150” is at Top ($2.447M), Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Attharintiki Daredi’ is at 2nd place with lifetime collections of $1.897M.

Trade pundits predict Fidaa to end up around $2M, a tad more or less. So, there is a high chance of the Varun Tej starrer beating AD’s full run collections and emerging the 2nd highest grosser among Mega family movies.

Fidaa had a spectacular second weekend in the Telugu states as well. The worldwide gross by Second weekend stands at a whopping Rs 53 crore.
