The political drama was made on a budget of around Rs 12 crore, and it recovered all that amount from the satellite rights (Telugu, Tamil and Hindi) itself, before release. So, all the money coming in the form of box office revenue is profit for the producer. The film has so far earned a whopping Rs 25 crore profit, ensuring both the actor and director pocket Rs 5 crore each as part of the agreement.

Actually, the collections of this particular film are not being released by the makers for reasons best known to them. Whether the film collected something better or something worst is a different thing, but trade sources are revealing that the producer is not at all interested in sharing the collections. Though other film units are proudly claiming their numbers, this producer is staying silent.

Few insiders revealed that there is nothing new about this. After a supposed IT raid on this producer, he has been staying silent on sharing collections. Even for his previous blockbuster, he didn’t share any single number officially through any source. Also, he made sure that his distributors will not share any numbers too. But this time there is hero’s pressure as well.

The young hero, who happens to be the hero of that film is forcing the producer to not give any figures about the film as that will damage his image. Flops are bad, but sharing numbers will not be bad, are they?
