In their bid to make ‘Saaho’ a pan-Indian film, makers seem to be roping in noted actors from across film industries.

As per the fresh buzz in film circles, the latest Foreign (Non-Telugu in this context) actor to join the unit of Saaho is young Tamil actor Arun Vijay. He is somewhat a noted face to Telugu audiences as he has played villain characters in Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’ and Ajith’s ‘Yethavadu Gaani’.

Bollywood hero Neil Nitin Mukesh is already on board to play the lead antagonist. The makers have recently roped in noted Bollywood actor Chunky Pandey for a crucial role before reportedly signing Arun Vijay for another key character. Vijay’s presence will help the film in attracting Tamil audiences as he is a big name in Kollywood.

Meanwhile, fans rue that the heroine of the film hasn’t been finalized yet.UV Creations is planning to make Saaho on a mammoth budget of Rs 150 crore. Bollywood music trio Shankar-Ehsan-Loy will score music.

It would be an understatement to say that Sai Pallavi has taken Lion’s Share of the success of Fidaa. With this success, the upcoming films starring her have got good buzz. To cash in on the actress’ craze, a noted Telugu distributor is now planning to dub one of her Malayalam films in Telugu.

The film in news is ‘Kali’, a 2016 Malayalam romantic drama starring Sai Pallavi in female lead role. This successful film will soon be released in theatres across the Telugu states as Pallavi’s mania is currently at peaks among Telugu movie lovers. Other encouraging factors for the release of Kali in Telugu are – Dulquer Salman (OK Bangaram fame) as hero and Gopi Sunder (Oopiri and Ninnu Kori fame) as music director.

Thankfully, only two non-Telugu films of Pallavi (Kali and Premam) have so far released or Telugu audiences would have been bombarded with her dubbed films month after month. Since Premam has already been remade in Telugu, it may not get a dubbed release.

At a time when all of his films are scoring super hits in a row, he’s hailed as a golden star of Tollywood. Almost all the content that is made into a film with him got clicked at the box office. But stars do change with the season, isn’t it?

We are talking about Raj Tarun, whose recent films are doing as expected at the box office. While his initial three films including Uyyala Jampala, Cinema Choopista Maava and Kumari 21 F might have become super hits, but later films like Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu, Kittu Unnadu Jagratha and recently Andhagadu started to give different results. Very soon this production will take off and our hero is expected to come out of struggles for sure through this movie.

Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati reacted seriously on the Drug Racket issue that damaged the reputation of Telugu Film Industry.

During a recent media interaction, Rana said: ‘I don’t bother if people aging 40-plus consume drugs as that’s their personal choice. Even if Celebrities die by taking drugs, I willn’t worry about it. But, It’s disheartening to know school kids in the age group of 12-14 have been getting addicted to drugs. Even our children study in such schools and I’m worried what would happen to them’.

The ‘Baahubali’ Star didn’t spare Media which is behind the wild speculations going on about the SIT interrogation of Film Celebs. ‘Percentage of Cinema People in this society is less than 1. If we go through newspapers, Nothing much could be found about the remaining 99 percent people. There is too much focus on Film Celebs whenever an issue surfaces. How fair is it? Mediapersons will have to question their conscience,’ he told.

Dil Raju’s last production ‘DJ-Duvvada Jagannadham’ is a hit as per the filmmakers. But the industry insiders say that there were minor losses to the some of the local distributors.. and considerable loss to the overseas distributor. So it can’t be termed as a hit. This debate was there since the ‘DJ’ team has announced the collections.. and it is still going on. Let us keep it aside for a while and move on to Dil Raju’s latest film ‘Fidaa’.

Director Sekhar Kammula is known for his clean films, and he has made another film with Telangana touch this time. The way ‘Fidaa’ has shown the beauty of Telangana dialect is getting appreciation from all quarters. Apart from the critics, the common audience are also appreciating the film despite slow second half. The movie turned out to be a hit and bringing profits to the ace producer.

There is a talk in the industry that ‘Fidaa’ is covering the losses of ‘DJ’ for Dil Raju. More than Dil Raju, the overseas distributor will have a breather with the success of Fidaa.. in case, there are losses due to ‘DJ’ if any!

Who would have forgot the bikini sequence in ‘DJ – Duvvada Jagannadham’ so soon? Pooja Hegde won the hearts with the scene in which she steps out of a swimming pool. Censor Board had even blurred few of these shots and a similar procedure was followed for some of the previous movies.

However, Censor Officials have been so liberal when it comes to the bikini sequence in ‘Goutham Nanda’. Catherine Tresa posed in bikini from various angles. As if that’s not enough, Sampath Nandi had made the Actress bend at a particular point so that audience will get to see the best.

Much to everyone’s surprise, None of the Bikini shots in ‘Goutham Nanda’ were blurred. Nobody knows why Censor Officials have been partial to few films & acting tough when it comes to other projects. How far the bikini show of Catherine save ‘Goutham Nanda’ at the Box Office?

Tamil hero Dhanush is presently busy with the promotions of his latest film ‘VIP2’. Dhanush was asked an interesting question during a media interaction that why shouldn’t he transform his body as per the roles just like Baahubali star Prabhas?

Dhanush replied that “No. I look like a common man. I can’t do all types of roles because of my unique looks. I’ve to choose my roles carefully, which suits my personality.” He added that ‘In fact, it is my strength. If you go out walking on a road, you’ll see hundred people like me. They relate to me and I’m their representative in films.”

Dhanush clarified that he is not much interested in drastic physical transformations, so he would never transform his body like Prabhas any other actor. It seems Dhanush is not following anybody except his father-in-law Rajinikanth. We all know that Rajini won’t transform his body to suit characters.. characters will be transformed to suit his body. Dhanush is following the same thing. What say folks?
