Superstar Rajinikanth and Pawan Kalyan may join hands very soon. This is not for any film but to fight for the self respect of South Indians.

Renowned Telangana poet Gaddar is planning to launch a cultural, social and political movement across South India under the aegis of the South Indian Cultural Association (SICA). This ambitious movement is being planned in as many as 200 Parliamentary constituencies across South India with the chief objective of fighting for the self respect of South Indians.

In his bid to gather the support of more like-minded people, Gaddar has sent feelers to both Janasena President Pawan Kalyan and Rajinikanth, who is reportedly all set to float his own political party in Tamil Nadu. SICA representatives have already met Rajini and Pawan, explained them the objectives of this movement and requested them to extend their support.

Neither of these two iconic actors has yet responded. If they come on board, the movement that aims to highlight the disparity being met to South Indians will surely create a major political crisis in the country. It may force the Union leaders to change the system that is allegedly partial to North Indians.

The career of senior actor Jagapathi Babu can be divided into two halves – ‘before Legend’ and ‘after Legend’. It has been ages since Srikanth scored a commercial hit as hero. He has already started taking up supporting roles, for ex: the very forgettable role as Allu Arjun’s uncle in ‘Sarrainodu’. Main villain in a Balayya’s film will surely bring him back into limelight and with the kind of acting potential he has, he may get busy just like Jagapathi Babu after the release of #NBK102.

Allu Arjun’s latest release, ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ has collected a record breaking sum in the first week, if we go by the trade reports. The action entertainer has collected Rs 100 crore gross at worldwide box office in just one week.

Other day, we have witnessed the audio launch of Nani’s latest movie “Ninnu Kori” that got music composed by super talented Gopi Sundar. Guess what, this is the third coming of our composer for this hero as their duo earlier delivered musical hits like Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Majnu.

Known for giving some soul-stirring melodies, heart touching compositions and mood uplifting renditions, Gopi Sundar has surprised music lovers yet again. Ninnu Kori album got all sort of tunes for all types of music lovers, a peppy one, a simple duet, a melody and rhythmic song.

Apparently, the song “Adiga Adiga” from the album is getting fast attention for its terrific tune. While giving his speech at the audio launch, Gopi Sundar hasn’t spoken anything about music but made a small humming ‘uhhuuu uhhhu huuu’ making audiences roar. And that song is this Adiga Adiga written by Srijo and sung by Sid Sriram. Just one time listen is making many music lovers go flattered for this song. In fact, a touching composition mixed with lovely humming and depth centric lyrics are creating wonders for this song.

We have to see if this song paves way for the movie to become that first ever musical blockbuster in Nani’s career. Till then, get haunted by it.

When Rising Starlet Keerthy Suresh was signed to play the role of yesteryear actress Savitri in her biopic ‘Mahanati’, movie lovers felt that makers couldn’t have found a more suitable actress.

Owing to her clean image, natural and plump looks, and acting prowess, Keerthy has unanimous approval as the perfect choice to reprise Savitri. Speculations were rife recently that Keerthy would put on more weight to look authentic as Savitri.

It must be admitted that since she is shooting simultaneously for a few other movies including Pawan-Trivikram’s project, fans were worried about how she could do justice to other films if she put on weight for ‘Mahanati’. Well, no need to worry as Keerthy herself has made a big revelation about her role in Mahanati.

First of all, Keerthy denied that she was going to put on weight for Mahanati. She went on to say that prosthetic make-up will be used instead to make her look authentic as Savitri. She further said that she has lost weight in recent times and that she is working hard to lose a few more kilos. Isn’t that a good news?

The usage of prosthetic make-up is getting more popular these days. It was recently used on actress Shraddha Kapoor in her upcoming film ‘Haseena Parker’.

Allari Naresh used to be one of the most prolific heroes in Tollywood. He used to have 3-4 releases every year and line up at least two projects by the time he was done with his current film. This is all in the past, the actor has now slowed down and is sitting idle without signing a single movie.

Naresh had only two releases last year – Selfie Raja and Intlo Deyyam Nakem Bhayam. This year, six months have passed and not a single movie of Naresh has hit screens yet. His upcoming film ‘Meda Meeda Abbayi’ is currently in post-production stage.

The hero, who relied on comedy all these years, has now decided to reinvent himself and hence hasn’t signed a new film yet. Talking about why he has cut down on his projects, Naresh said that audiences have stopped watching loud comedies and hence he is looking for subtle comedies as well as serious films with strong script. ‘Meda Meeda Abbayi’ is a subtle comedy, he assured.

Naresh recollected that when he played serious roles in films like Sambho Siva Sambho, Nenu and Gamyam, he won accolades as an actor. He is currently waiting for such meaty roles and different subjects rather than the routine slapstick comedies and spoofs.

This is probably the first time after starting off his career 15 years ago that Naresh is sitting idle without films.

One can easily realize that success rate of Bollywood in first-half of 2017 is so scant that the industry had to rely on a dubbing South film to rewrite all existing records and achieve something that is not reached by B-town stars like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan.

The film which rewrite the history of Indian cinema has not just dethroned ‘The Khan trio’ of Bollywood, but also set the right tone for Telugu films – all thanks to ace director Rajamouli, producers Shobu and Prasad Yarlagadda.

Baahubali-2 has grossed around 100 Cr on its first day, 500 Crore in the first weekend and incredible 1000 Crore in just 10 days. Unstopping there, the film went on to rake in 1650+ Crore at worldwide box-office till date. So, it’s not the Bollywood Superstars who saved Hindi industry in first half, but it is our Rebel Star who outdid every existing star in India.

While, other major releases in first half of 2017, Shahrukh Khan’s Raees and Salman Khan starrer Tubelight were misfired at box-office, only films like Kaabil, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Hindi Medium and Jolly LLB-2 have managed to pocket Rs 100 Crores by end of their full run.

Last night, director giant Rajamouli has stunned everyone with his gracious presence at “Ninnu Kori” pre-release event. For the love he has for hero Nani, the Baahubalian director graced the occasion as a chief guest.

Unlike launching an audio CD, the makers used their creativity to launch the First Day first show ticket for the movie. As you could notice in the picture, Rajamouli launched the larger-than-life size ticket of 8:45 AM show for Prasad’s Imax, Hyderabad. There maybe lots of creativity but this ticket is for sure invalid. Wonder why?

Nani and co have politely forgotten the GST thing and the ticket prices are going to be hiked to Rs 200 by the time Ninnu Kori hits cinemas. Now you could notice that the ticket launched by Rajamouli costs only 150 rupees, which is why cinema lovers are joking that it is invalid.

“Rich production values, Nani’s confidence that he could make us laugh with a joke and make us cry with an emotion are the assets of Ninnu Kori trailer. Though I didn’t find anything new in the trailer, it is somehow intriguing. I wish producer Danayya and distributors get huge profits” said Rajamouli, on this occasion.

Shah Rukh Khan has been conferred several international honors in his glorious career that no other Indian actor has ever dreamed of. From delivering speeches at reputed universities to being decorated with the highest civilian honors of outer countries, SRK has achieved many glories. The actor however may not have expected that he would one day be humiliated by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences aka Oscars’ Body.

The Academy has this year issued 774 invitations to new members, the list has a big contingent of Indian actors and filmmakers. The likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Irrfan Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and a few more have got official invites but Shah Rukh Khan didn’t get one.

”The basic requirement is that a candidate must have demonstrated exceptional achievement in the field of theatrical motion pictures,” said the Academy.

When even Deepika Padukone can get invited, aren’t SRK’s achievements make him eligible to become a member of the Academy? fume his fans on social media.

As per a report, while the Academy sent a record 683 invites last year, it did even better this year by issuing 774 invites.

Naturally, fans get upset with release date approaching fast and publicity of the film not happening in a big way. But producers and heroes are not fools and they know when to start publicity and how to make it on a grand scale. In this process, however, fans lose cool and start behaving in whatever way they like.

One such hardcore fan of Nani started abusing writer Kona Venkat on Twitter about the publicity campaign being delayed, upon which the ace writer blocked him. Reporting the issue to his heartthrob hero, the fan tweeted, “Publicity gurinchi oka fan ga kona ni adigithe Block chesadu”. (As I’ve asked about publicity, Kona blocked me). How does this tweet justify someone addressing Kona Venkat in a singular tone? Irritated by such many tweets of the same fan, Nani decided to give some gyaan.

“U call urself my fan ..thank you but Have seen ur tweets to others.. Either u change ur language or change ur Twitter handle and DP .tc”, tweeted Nani, as a reply. That’s a perfect advise any star hero would give but Nani came a bit forward and tweeted it for real.

Moral police, however, started their ‘dharna’ on Twitter immediately saying that Nani is taking success to head. Whether he takes success to head or not, what he said is true and right on this occasion, said his loyal fans.
