Power star Pawan Kalyan and his third wife Anna Lezhneva are reportedly expecting their second child.

Even though there is no official announcement on this development, the news is spread like wildfire in film circles. Anna is said to be pregnant with the second child of Pawan. The actor-turned-politician is reportedly spending most of the time taking care of her when he is not shooting.

The couple already has a daughter named Polena. Pawan also has two other children – son Akira and daughter Aadhya with his second wife Renu Desai, whom he has divorced before marrying Anna.

On work front, Pawan is currently working on a new film in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. The film’s shooting is progressing at good pace in Hyderabad.

Finally, the much-awaited teaser of “Nakshatram” is out and its a mixture of all those action scenes and stunning glamour portrayals inside the film. Directed by Krishna Vamsi, the film has Sai Dharam and Sandeep Kishan in the leads. But the major attract is the glamour stunt of dusky beauty Regina Cassandra who is awaiting that fate-changing hit.

At a time when reports have already come out that Regina looked the best of her ravishing looks in a song for the film, director Krishna Vamsi made some stunning revelations. “When I met Regina and then worked with her for a while, I saw a young Ramya (his wife Ramya Krishna) in her. Liking that aspect of her, I tried to bring that more out of her by designing more character around her”, he said.

Is he trying to say that Regina looked stupendously glamorous like his wife Ramya Krishna who in her younger days made youths go mad for her, or is he talking about acting prowess? Anyway, KV thanked the heroine for agreeing to wear around 18 dress changes for just one song.

Meanwhile, Regina added, “Everyone scared me that Krishna Vamsi sir will make his heroines look ‘that’ way. But I didn’t understand what do they mean actually. Maybe I’ve to see the film and my scenes to find out, which I didn’t have a glimpse of them yet”. Too modest papa!!

Sharwanand’s Radha is said to be completely hilarious. Going by the sources, the film’s censor talk has been quite positive. It’s buzzed that Sharwa has gone all out in unleashing his most funny avatar ever. The comedy-side of Sharwa is what is said to be the USP of the film.

The film’s duration is said to be 125-minutes ( 2 hr 5 minutes) and sources claim that it’s a slick entertainer. And of course, for the first-time Sharwa is pairing up with Lavanya and the couple’s on screen chemistry said to have worked out very well and buzzed to be yet another highlight of the film.

Interesting detail is that the new director has shown Sharwa in a different angle and Sharwa as a funny cop is expected to work with masses and class audiences. Considering that Sharwa is in full form with back-to-back hits including his last Shatamanam Bhavati that bagged National Award, his immediate Radha is expected to get good openings.

As the film is all set to hit the screens on May 12, it has to be seen how the film would take off at the BO.

Ram Charan, who has lined up two back to back experimental films with Surender Reddy and Sukumar, seems to have decided to get back to play the safe game for his next project.

As per reports, Charan wanted to collaborate with veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam for a film after finishing Sukumar’s film. He however changed his decision and dropped the project after seeing the result of the director’s latest film ‘Cheliyaa’.

Charan had also committed to collaborate with Dil Raju for a project. The duo has earlier decided to make a pure family entertAiner. It was reported that Raju had at one point thought of roping in Charan for ‘Shatamanam Bhavathi’ director Sathish Vegesna’s next family entertainer ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’.

However, latest reports suggest that Charan has decided to go for a full length commercial entertainer after wrapping up Sukumar’s film, which also is a class love love story. Cherry is reportedly is of the opinion that acting in another class film after Dhruva and Sukumar’s will deprive him of his devoted mass fan base.

Hence, Dil Raju has summoned his team of writers and directors to prepare a pakka commercial entertainer for Charan. It is known that Charan earlier acted in Dil Raju’s hit production venture, ‘Yevadu’.

Director Sudheer Varma is technically a winner with two films Swamy Rara and Dochay had a good run at box office. After these two innovatively treated crime comedies, Varma is presently prepared for the release of new flick Kesava starring Nikhil, a pure action filled revenge drama.

‘Kesava releasing on 19th is a new plot with fresh screenplay. Nikhil sports an intense, rugged look in the entire film. Generally Nikhil is presented on a lighter vein body language with a humorous side. Kesava is distinctively different from rest of his films done till date.

Though there is space for comedy centered entertainment, Nikhil will not be a part of those scenes. There are other comedians to take care of that entertaining part while the blood boiling protagonist maintains the same fierceness in eyes. Nikhil took lot of pain and effort in living into the role,’ Sudheer Varma said.

Isha Koppikar is playing an important character while Ritu Varma is the heroine.

Since today morning, there had been several news reports that mega cousins Sai Dharam Tej and Niharika Konidela would be tying the knot and the duo’s parents had given their nod for their marriage. However, when we contacted, the reliable sources have outrightly condemned them as false reports.

A source close to Sai Dharam Tej told, “Sai treats Niharika as his sister and never had any such feelings towards her. He is really upset with such false news. Both the families are also disappointed with the rumours.”

Sai Dharam Tej happens to be Niharika’s Bava (cousin) yet the latter said to feel him like her brother. Both the families said to have expressed shock over the sudden rise of these rumours.

While Sai is busy with his films in Telugu, Niharika is working with a straight Tamil film and focusing on her Kollywood debut.

Vishwanath’s last film ‘Shubhapradam’ is a decent film even though it is not in the standard of Vishwanath’s regular films. Whatever be the case, we can say that it is a wise-decision from the legendary filmmaker to retire from diection.

Super Star Mahesh Babu is presently working on ‘Spyder’ directed by crazy director AR Murugadoss. ‘Spyder’ team is presently shooting final schedule in Hyderabad. This schedule started in the last week and Murugadoss will wrap up the entire shoot with this. Latest buzz says that Mahesh gave strict instructions to Muruga on completing the shoot.

It is known that Mahesh has been working on Murugadoss film for very long and the shoot has been delayed by several months than the initial plans. Mahesh has to join the regular shoot of his next film with Koratala Siva as they waiting for him from several months, Mahesh reportedly set a target to Muruga to complete the film by May 20. He gave deadline of two weeks and told him that he will not extend his call sheets for the film anymore.

However big a blockbuster a film is, it is obvious to see a dip in collections as the film moves from first week to second week. Baahubali 2, India’s biggest blockbuster, however proving to be a rarest of the rare exception.

After collecting Rs 1000 crore worldwide gross in less than 10 days, the epic film directed by SS Rajamouli has started off its second week days run on a super-consistent note. As per trade reports, the film’s collections on second Monday are on par with the collections of last week days, which means there is negligible drop in footfalls compared to first week.

Although the biggest USP of the film, the mystery behind Kattappa killing Baahubali is now known to almost everyone in the country, it has not stopped the viewers from thronging to theatres again and again to witness the film’s visual brilliance and unparalleled grandeur.

Another aspect that helped the film to have consistent run is the no-effect of piracy. Even though the film’s pirated prints are available on internet, people are refraining themselves from watching the distorted version of this epic film in small screens. Everyone seems to have hell bent on experiencing the masterpiece on big screens only in order to get maximum goosebumps. Lack of good films in theatres and summer holidays could be termed as other reasons for the film’s domineering show at box office.

Going at this rate, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Baahubali 2 rakes in 1500 crore or even more in its full run.

Akkineni scion Akhil had a selfie moment with Megastar Chiranjeevi. The young hero recently attended ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’ game show as a contestant and had a pleasant moment with the Megastar.
