With the release of Babu Baga Busy, Telugu remake of an adult Hindi film Hunterrr, inching towards release and has little buzz amidst gigantic Baahubali : The Conclusion, the makers are now resorting to ‘cheap publicity stunts’ to grab media and public attention. It is claimed that a steamy intimate scene from the film has been ‘leaked’.
The hot scene in a kitchen where Avasarala Srinivas gets intimate with Surpriya (a repeat of the scene in original Hunterrr) has now been allegedly ‘leaked’. The scene is now doing the rounds on Whatsapp and social media platforms. It’s rumoured that Censored has scissored the scene and may not actually have in the movie.
Well, one has to wait and see how far these stunts would really help the film and pull crowds to theatres.

SS Rajamouli is one of the top directors of Telugu film industry. With the success of Baahubali, he has also expanded his market and range to the Indian cinema level. Now, the buzz reveals that Rajamouli is gearing up to make a film on Chatrapathi Sivaji. There is a lot of buzz about the next film that Rajamouli will be directing. In this manner, we are hearing several rumors on each day. The buzz states that his next film will be based on Chatrapathi Sivaji.

There is no official confirmation on this project, but there is always a curiosity if the project really gets on to the floors. One, because it’s been written by Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad and second because it’s a story that’s never been told on television before. The show, that traces the beginning of civilization, will see the clash between two clans — Aryans and Dravidians. It stars Rajniesh Duggal, South actress Karthika Nair and veteran actor Tanuja Mukherji in lead roles.
The channel shared the first look of the finite series today. The logo has the name of the show, Aarambh, written in devanagiri script with the first letter designed in the shape of a trident (trishul). It also has a lion and a bull, which are symbolic of the two civilizations to be shown on the series.
KV Vijjayendra Prasad has given us films like Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017), Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Makkhi (2012) and Magadheera (2009) and they have all been blockbusters. ‘Aarambh’ marks his debut on television and we are sure the master mind will spread his magic here too.

Tamil beauty Sai Pallavi is presently doing Varun Tej Starrer ‘Fidaa’ as the main female lead. Famous Telugu TV anchor and celebrity Anasuya received minor injuries in a road accident in Anatapur district. She is coming Hyderabad after attending a function in Bengaluru by her Audi car.

The anchor’s car met with accident with another car coming in opposite direction at Penugonda in the Rayalaseema district. She was immediately rushed to Anantapur town. From there she left Hyderabad on a hired car.

Local authorities said Anasuya underwent first aide before leaving Hyderabad. A portion of the Car has been damaged in the incident.

After enthralling Telugu film lovers with his comeback film ‘Khaidi No.150’, Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently getting ready to start his next project, a biopic on freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. An interesting development about this project is currently making rounds in film circles.

Evergreen beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has reportedly been approached to romance Megastar in this film. If she gives her nod, this will be her first heroine role in a direct Telugu film. Megastar Chiranjeevi is now busy finalising the budget, locales and final draft of the script for his prestigious 151st movie, Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. The actor wants to analyse Bahubali2 and understand what will work in his period costume drama.

The actor does have great knowledge when it comes commercial entertainers but the beach graphics oriented films did not work for him. His Anji became a flop and even Mrugaraju with some graphic work, did not work at box office. So the actor wants to be sure about audience taste and what should VFX work quality be to work the magic.

Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej was caught by journos during the launching ceremony of Samsung Galaxy-8. Sai looked more handsome and stylish in the event. Generally, it is films that require brands such that their production costs will get cut and also their visibility will be big. That’s the primary thing leading them to go for in-film branding to bring various products to be showcased in the film. Such scope remains fully out of place for Baahubali as the film happens to be a mesmeric folklore epic with no modern touch. Still, Baahubali didn’t run for products, but various brands ran after this mighty movie.

Baahubali 2, which has been making a mockery of the highest grossing Kannada films in Karnataka by raking in more than two times the numbers of regional films, has been forced to slow down its rampage at box office.

The Karnataka government has now capped the ticket prices at all theatres in the state at Rs 200. Moreover, it has been made mandatory for multiplexes to screen Kannada and regional films during prime time (between 1.30 pm to 7.30 pm). The ‘Gold Class Screen’, ‘Gold Class Seats’, IMAX and 4DX screens have been exempted from this ceiling.

The move by the state govt. came barely a day after Chief Minister Siddaramaiah along with his family watched ‘Baahubali 2’ at a multiplex. The ceiling on ticket prices comes into immediate effect, which will in turn hamper the collections of Baahubali 2.

Interim, Baahubali 2 has already emerged as the country’s industry hit film by raking around Rs 780 crore worldwide gross in just 6 days.

Who dares to blast Bollywood in the name of Baahubali? Already many celebs are in awe of this big budgeted giant which is reaping crores from the box office in no time. But the sound designer who worked on this Rajamouli’s magnum opus says, Bollywood would never make such film.

PM Sateesh, a National Award winning sound designer who created stunning sound for films like Kaminey and Ishqiya, has worked on Baahubali has well. Using Dolby Atmos technology and recording various folio for Baahubali 2 at Ramoji Film City’s godowns, he created stunning output for the movie. As he’s getting a unanimous appreciation for his work, he reveals why Bollywood can’t a Baahubali due to two reasons.

“In Bollywood, we lack the discipline to make such a film. When such a film is happening in Telugu cinema definitely Bollywood should also pull one. Bollywood biggies will not even listen to what a technician says. But in Telugu cinema, if we could logically convince the director and producer, the job is done, no questions asked” said Sateesh in an interview with a national media house. If this is reason one, he says that ‘budget’ is the reason two.

“No doubt Bollywood films will have huge budgets, but if the budget is 600 crores then only 100 crores goes to production while big stars eat up remaining 500 crores as their remuneration. But in Telugu cinema, the whole of 600 crores goes into production and that’s how Baahubali is made” Sateesh added, as a second reason.

Well, as Baahubali is a magnanimous hit, no one could deny this comments. Let’s see how Bollywood folks will respond.

Social media is right now abuzz that director SS Rajamouli has copied his own story for the film “Baahubali” and tweaked it a little before sugar coating with visual effects. Here it goes.

A short story for you first – “A super caring mother has two sons, one is an adopted elder son and other one is her own offspring. And she develops more affection on the elder one, which isn’t being liked by the younger sibling. Finally, the younger one succeeds in planting bitter stuff about his brother in Mother’s mind. As Mother now hates the elder one, younger one feels happy. Climax of the story is how elder one makes mommy realise that he’s a good guy and the ensuring ending for any revenge drama”

More than finding shades of Rajnikanth’s Dalapathi here, you’ll say that this is straight away “Chatrapathi” story. What if the name of the mother is Sivagami, elder one is Amarendra Baahubali and younger son is Bhallaladeva. It’s the same story, isn’t it?

While Vizag refugee camp shifted to Mahishmati, initially Sri Lanka is the place where Sivudu hails from. Except changing story line and order a little, adding few more characters, many feel that both Baahubali franchise and Chatrapathi have the same story line.

There are those screenplay experts who say that there are only seven types of stories in the world. Seems like Rajamouli got struck with one.
