MS Raju was once most happening and prolific, prominent and one among the top producers. However, Raju turned director and that laid first step towards his downfall. This aggravated with the ‘Son Stroke’ as his son Sumanth Ashwin is battling with series of flops and Raju couldn’t bail him out, the producer is now focusing all energies on Ashwin’s career.

The latest is that Sumanth is working in the sequel of Ladies Tailor. Owing to the zero buzz on the film, the film’s trade has already hit rock-bottom. Producer Sreedhar is already mired in neck-deep financial troubles as his last film Oka Manasu turned out debacle incurring over 4.5 Crore loss to its distributors who are now after him.

As there are no takers of Fashion Designer, Sumanth’s career is looming large and this in turn is giving jitters to producer Sreedhar and Sumanth’s father MS Raju who had already invested a good sum of money on his son. Now rumour mill is that producer Sreedhar is running from pillar to post, to garner some buzz but that looks bleak.

While many sons of producers, directors and actors failed to make it big, it needs to be seen whether Sumanth would really overcome the barrier?

On the other hand, makers are hopeful that despite all this, people will not miss this epic film in big screens.

Contrary to reports, senior actor Arjun is not playing antagonist in Allu Arjun’s next movie. He has not signed for villain’s role, says a source. The “Gentleman” star will be seen as Allu Arjun’s dad in the movie.

Arjun has done many Telugu movies as lead star.  He is said to have rejected this offer initially as he is not sure of playing father roles.

The 52-year-old got convinced only when he received call from Allu Arjun’s dad Allu Aravind called him. A source says that Aravind told him that Arjun would have the same prominence that Mohan Lal got in NTR starrer “Janatha Garage”.

The production house is also paying him huge remuneration. Titled “Naa Peru Surya”, the film will be launched in June.

Allu Arjun will be seen as a young military officer. Vakkantham Vamsi who penned several hits like “Racegurram”, “Kick”, and “Temper” is turning director with this movie.

The film will have Bollywood heroine. Vishal – Sekhar, the hit Bollywood music composers duo, will be handling the music department.

As critics panning the climax as weak and stretched out, many opine that it would had been better had Mahendra Baahubali aka Shivudu seek the help of Aslam Khan through Kattappa in battle against Bhallaladeva. As rookie Mahendra taking on Bhallaladeva without a proper strategy appears to be amateurish to a section, many wished Mahendra Baahubali to get Aslam Khan support.

The teaser looked stylish and promises an action fest. To be extensively shot in the Gulf countries with a budget of Rs 150 crore, Saaho looks extremely promising. In what could be a major goof-up and embarrassment, a multiplex in Bangalore has screened the second half of Baahubali : The Conclusion first during the premiere held last night. And much to astonishment and dismay of viewers, they only realised that it is second half during the climax portion.

By the time, the audience spotted that it was second half that is mistakenly played, it said to have reached the climax. The audience reportedly forced the theatre management to screen the entire film from the beginning again.

The incident was reported in at PVR Arena Mall near Marathahalli Ring Road in Bengaluru. One of the viewers have confirmed the incident. Since the theatre agreed to play the total film from the beginning, the issue has been resolved.

With film already is close to three hours and second part played twice, the viewers went through a tiring experience.

With less than 24 hours remaining for the release of Baahubali 2, Hyderabad city seems to be completely immersed in ‘Baahubali’ euphoria.

People are seen running from one theatre to the other in the hope of acquiring tickets. Lengthy serpentine queues are being witnessed in front of almost all the theatres in the city. Outside the Prasad’s IMAX theatre, roughly 3km long queue was seen at as early as 7AM in the morning. This clearly enunciate the kind of demand the tickets for Baahubali 2 exists.

SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus “Baahubali: The Conclusion” has been shattering records even before it hits screens.

After overtaking the advance booking record of Hollywood blockbuster Fast & Furious 8 in UAE, Baahubali 2 has now smashed the pre-booking record previously held by Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s Dangal.

In a statement, BookMyShow, one of the prime online ticket booking platforms, said that it has been experiencing an unprecedented advance booking for Baahubali 2 and that over 1 million tickets were sold in just 24 hours, besting the earlier record holder Dangal.

The euphoric response from South Indian audiences was expected but this unprecedented advance booking is majorly because of the crazy Baahubali fans of North India. Even though the ticket prices are alarmingly raised to cash in on the craze, people are not restraining themselves from splurging money to find out ‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali’ as fast as they can.
