To announce the release date of NTR’s ‘Janatha Garage’, makers have released two posters. In one of them, NTR was seen as a classy college going guy and in the second, the massy NTR was shown.

Going by the posters that director Koratala Siva releases a few days before the film’s release, it can be said that the massy poster of NTR wielding a rod is from the climax fight sequence. While this climax shooting was underway, actor Brahmaji had also revealed a part of it.

Ahead of the release of both of his earlier films ‘Mirchi’ and ‘Srimanthudu’, similar themed massy posters were released, revealing the backdrop of the climax action sequence. In similar themed climax revealing posters of ‘Srimanthudu’ and ‘Mirchi’, Mahesh and Prabhas were seen wielding an almost similar rod that NTR wields and a long sickle respectively. The intensity in the actors’ eyes and their costumes are almost same.

In spite of the bravura performances of the actors, Koratala’s climaxes are branded abrupt, weak, routine and monotonous. Hope he breaks the jinx with ‘Janatha Garage’.

Indian-origin British model turned Amy Jackson is planning to venture into cosmetic products business by launching her own line of fake eyelashes and hair extensions in Britain and India. She is currently in London in the process of setting up a branch of her label in the UK. After setting up this branch, she will be back to India to replicate her business model here by this year-end. Amy has yet to decide on a name for her label.

“Extensions are a rage in London but lashes and extensions have just begun to pique curiosity in Indian metros. I’m hoping to cash in on the trend. I hope to engage in retailing with major cosmetic departmental stores as well as high-end salons. I’m really excited because I think there’s so much potential in this space. Also, it allows me to pursue my second passion after acting,” Amy told a tabloid.

On work front, Amy will be next seen in Freaky Ali also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She also pays a key role in Shankar’s ‘Robot 2.0’ starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.

Deepika Padukone is ranked 10th in the list with total earnings of USD 10 million in 2016. The Bangalore-bred actress has starred in several films that have crossed the Rs 100 crore at Indian box office. Although Deepika earns far less than her Hollywood counterparts through movies, she earns a big chunk with over a dozen lucrative brand endorsements. She is currently the Highest-Paid Indian Actress.

According to Forbes, Jennifer Lawrence is the world’s highest-paid actress for the second year in a row with earnings of $46 million. She was followed by Melissa McCarthy with $33 million and Scarlett Johansson with $25 million earnings.

Director N Shankar might have been away from the media glare from longtime now. The director of Jai Bolo Telangana was in news last time when he had claimed he would be teaming up with Kamal Haasan. However, it didn’t materialise and Shankar had been away from limelight.

The latest is that Shankar is back in headlines after long hiatus. He has beaten the star producers of film fraternity and bagged the Telugu remake rights of Malayalam super hit Two Countries. The film was one of the most successful Malayalam films and hence there’s a great buzz on its Telugu remake especially after films like Drushyam worked well.

Shankar is going to remake the film in Telugu with Sunil as the star. Apparently, Shankar himself going to direct and produce the film. Like its original, Shankar is planning to shoot the total film in US. The firm’s muhurat is expected to take place soon. Looks like, Sunil doesn’t want to experiment much and wanting to go with a safe bet.

After building much hype surrounding the first look of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s prestigious comeback film Khaidi No 150 and then disappointing the fans by only releasing the film’s pre-look, Mega Power Star Ram Charan revealed some unknown tidbits about the film in a media interaction.

Revealing the reason behind turning producer, Charan said that it was his mother’s dream to see him as a producer and that he had talked to his uncle Allu Aravind, who was supposed to produce the movie initially, and took the responsibilities as a producer.

Charan said that the decision to release even the pre-look was taken in a haste and that an explosive first look of Khaidi No 150 will be released as a Diwali blast. Charan also said that VV Vinayak has wrapped up a majority of the film’s talkie part.

According to Charan, Vinayak has surprisingly completed a cool one and a half hour edited version of the film and only the songs, a few crucial scenes in the second half and a few action sequences are left to be shot in the coming schedule.

Saying that the entire shooting will be wrapped up by October, Charan thrilled the fans by confirming that Khaidi No 150 will be released during the next Sankranthi, adding fuel to the reports that the film may be out in Jan 13th, 2017.
