Oopiri Theatrical Trailer: Lavish With Rich Visuals
After one day delay, the theatrical of Oopiri was released today. The theatrical was launched on March 10th by Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni at an event but it was not released to the media due to technical glitches.
The theatrical trailer has upped the expectations on the movie which is said to be made with the budget of Rs 60 Cr. Nagarjuna is playing the role of a billionaire whose legs are paralyzed, while Karthi is playing the character of an awara.
Tamannah, on the other hand, is Nagarjuna’s beautiful personal assistant. This is said to be emotional bonding story between a physically disabled rich person and the socially disabled guy. It is official remake of a French movie “The Intouchables”.
Kollywood blasts Baahubali?
Prabhas,Rana,Tamanna,Anushka’s Baahubali created sensation across the world winning awards and rewards. In the recent IIFA function, Baahubali Tamil version shocked all by winning many awards.
This surprised Kollywood film fraternity and now many of them are blasting the organisers for allowing Baahubali to compete for the awards in the Tamil category.
Radha Ravi, senior actor and father of Radhika expressed his anger that organisers presenting all the awards to the film’s cast and crew. But he forgot the fact that the film has many tamil stars like Satyaraj,Ramya Krishna and Nassar playing important roles.
He alleged that Telugu actors warned that they won’t come to the function if the awards are given to Tamil stars as the film had many Tamil stars. Wonder what will be the reaction of Baahubali team.
Special Screening Of ‘Kshanam’
A special screening of Kshanam was arranged at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad for a few industry personalities.
Satyam Rajesh who played a cop in the movie organized this screening for around 20 people which included the likes of Srinu Vaitla, Gopi Mohan and other T-town folks.
Starring Sesh Adivi, Adah Sharma and Anasuya Bharadwaj, the movie made on a small budget has got good collections and declared a hit.
Seeing the positive response to the movie in the media, Srinu Vaitla and others expressed a desire to watch the movie upon which Rajesh and Sesh Adivi organized the screening for them.
Their efforts were not in vain for Srinu Vaitla praised the movie calling it refreshingly different. Kshanam is also the biggest commercial hit for Sesh Adivi as hero and Adah Sharma.
Srihari out, Errabelli in?
The battle between senior politicians in Warangal district, Kadiam Srihari and Errabelli Dayakar Rao has now reached TRS party from TDP earlier. Now there is some interesting news being heard in Telangana’s ruling party circles.
Although both of them have given a picture that everything is fine, sources say entry of Errabelli Dayakar Rao is now imminent according to CM KCR’s plans. Srihari may be excluded from Cabinet and made the chairman of Telangana Legislative Council replacing Swamy Goud.
It has to be remembered that last year Srihari was made to resign as MP and got elected as MLC to become Deputy CM and also a minister in KCR’s cabinet. At the same time, Errabelli Dayakar Rao who never became minister in his 30 year career wants to fulfill his dream.
KCR is expected to undertake cabinet expansion very soon and even Konda Surekha may be given a ministry berth in the reshuffle. It has to be seen how Kadiam’s exclusion from cabinet and Dayakar Rao’s inclusion will be seen by cadre!
Tuntari Movie Review – 2.5/5
Story:
Raju (Nara Rohit) hails from Vishakapatnam and is an Awara. One day, five IT Techies approach him with a deal. According to that, he has to get trained in boxing and participate in a competition. They offer him One Lakh Rupees for that. Raju readily agrees for that. But he uses them to fullfill all his works including helping him in his love with Siri (Latha Hegde).
Later when the competition day arrives, the ruthless professional boxer, Killer Raju (Kabir Dulhan Singh) is the one to fight and a competition with him means only death. What happens further in Raju’s life and the story, forms the rest.
Performances:
Nara Rohit is always weak in comedy. But in this film, he registered some improvement. His comedy timing got better a bit if not significant. The new girl, Latha Hegde gets a very average marks. On glamour front, she is just okay while it is forgettable outing on performance front. Kabir Dulhan Singh suited the role of Professional boxer but his screen time is limited. Vennela Kishore, Sudhardhan, Poojitha Batch did some good comedy. Adhurs Raghu and Shakalaka Shankar are wasted little characters.
Technical Performances:
Kumar Nagendra once again impressed with his story selection and framing. However the faltered in getting the emotions right. A story like this needs engaging narration in which he badly failed. The story moves forward with out any excitement. Further there no real emotion and connect in the love story as well. The original is two and half hours long while the remake is put to two hours, but still the film is not racy.
Further there are traces of Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi feel in the film and the climax is predictable. Sai Kartheek is once again disappointing with his music. However the back ground score is slightly better. Palani Kumar’s camera work is good and Madhu’s editing is decent. Dialogues are again okay while Production Values are impressive.

Final Say:
A perfect lead pair, a sensational music director prompted success to Maan Karate. But all that worked for Maan Karate are missing in Tuntari. At best the film can be a very tough one time watch. Another disappointment by Nara Rohit!
Baahubali-2 shifts to Ramoji Film City
SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali – The Conclusion had completed its latest schedule in Aluminium Factory. The team shifted to Ramoji Film City the other day. We are said that the makers are canning high voltage action war scenes on Prabhas. Kecha master is choreographing action sequence at Wooldland region, Filim City.
The makers on the other side, have announced the release date of the film as April 17th, 2017. The Release date will work wonders for the films as it is chosen keeping in mind – Summer, Tamil New Year, Good Friday and No Bollywood biggies before or after 50days.
We know that 40% shooting of the second part is already complete along with the first part. Expectations are skyrocketing on the film and so Rajamouli has to be very careful with the film. ‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?’ is the million dollars question asked by film enthusiasts across the nation.
Every one are eagerly waiting for the release of the second part for the answer for this particular question. The film’s first part collected 600 Crore gross across all the languages it released and it is one of the biggest hits in Indian Cinema.
EXCLUSIVE: Balayya’s 100 titled ‘Yodhudu’
Here is an exciting news for Nandamuri fans. The prestigious 100th film of Nandamuri Balakrishna is tentatively titled ‘Yodhudu’. The film will based on a historical story, ‘Gowthamputhra Sathakarani’ and will be directed by Critically acclaimed director, Krish. The official announcement of the project will arrive very soon.
Few days ago, Balakrishna announced that Krishna Vamsi’s Raithu and Krish’s Gowthamputhra Sathakarani are in consideration for his 100th film and he will announce the project officially after Amavasya. We are said that Krish finally managed to be the lucky director for this prestigious project.
According to the sources of APHerald.com, the film will go on floors on June 10th as Balakrishna’s Birthday Special. The movie is being planned for Sankranthi — 2017 release. Krish is currently busy giving final touches to the script. The other pre-production works of the movie are also going on at brisk pace.
Our sources in Krish’s camp tells us that Sai Korrapati’s Vaarahi Chalana Chitra and Krish’s First Frame Entertainments will be jointly producing the film. The movie reportedly will cost a whopping 65 Crore. It is a very big amount given the Senior actor’s market scenario now. But the makers are confident of the script and are ready to put the amount.
KCR’S invitations to Revanth Reddy?
The ruling TRS Party has completed the Civic Body Elections at Warangal, Khammam and Achampet in Mahabubnagar district by drubbing the entire TDP and BJP. In greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, the TRS Party received 44 wards out of 58 total wards.
In Khammam Municipal Corporation, TRS made a triumph of 34 wards out of 50 wards in the constituency. Here CPI, CPI (M) and YSR Congress each got two wards in total. But the TRS Party made an empty record in Achampet Nagar Panchayat.
Shocking news is that two TDP MLA’s in Telangana has shifted to TRS whose names are Maganti Gopinath and Arikapudi Gandhi. Even Sandra has decided to move but Krishnaiah presently maintains distance from TDP and TRS. So in total only one is remaining MLA in the TDP Party.
Reportedly it was said that as per the latest news from TRS is that KCR has told his dearest that he has excused Revanth Reddy and chances are more for bringing him also to the TRS Party. If this situation happens in TDP Party will be left alone with no MLA’S in Telangana.
Stellar Performance by Jagan!
Well in the last nearly two year period of AP Assembly, for the first time TDP was on back foot as YSRCP boss Jagan Mohan Reddy went hammer and tongs against TDP chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. As usual TDP tried its best to bog down Jagan which didn’t happen!
Jagan was quite categorical and empathic as he listed out one by one the failures of Chandrababu Naidu government and perfectly highlighted how Babu is only good at managing things but not in creating real changes on the ground.
Even TDP was taken aback as Jagan assailed Babu’s track record earlier as United AP CM and now as CM of residuary AP state. He questioned how Babu has not been bothering about Special Status and other promises made by the Central government.
He also described how AP growth under Babu was only a myth before 2004 and highlighted growth figures under YSR. The highlight of his speech was that his father YSR never tried to claim credit for everything done unlike Babu whom Jagan said is only after credit!
INSIDE STORY: Why did Chiranjeevi reject 5 Crore offer?
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s younger daughter, Srija is all set to get married on 28th of this month. Earlier the family had chosen a Palace in Jaipur for the marriage. However the venue may be changed now to Chiranjeevi’s farm house in Bengaluru. A Leading TV channel offered 5 Crore for the Telecast rights of the event.
But Chiranjeevi refused the offer and clarified that media will not be allowed to the venue and it will be a family event. Since it is a second marriage, Chiranjeevi do not want too much of media glare. A day before the wedding, Sangeet is planned. We are said that all Mega heroes will be perfoming on the stage that day. Famous Event Management company, Wizcraft is managing the event.
Srija created a sensation few years back by marrying secretly her boy friend, Sirish Bhardwaj. Later she appeared in media and alleged that they have a life threat from their own family members. Later on so much of hungama took place after an angry Pawan Kalyan submitting his gun to police etc. The couple was fine until few years and they even had a little daughter too.
We do not know what happened all of sudden, Srija came out alleging that she is being harassed by her in-laws for dowry. She was helped by her parents and finally got divorce from Sirish Bhardwaj. The court ordered that the daughter stays with the mother. This divorce issue happened two years ago and now Chiranjeevi family is remarrying Srija.
Two Venues Shortlisted for Sardaar Gabbar Singh Audio
Although producer Sharat Marrar officially announced that the audio event of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” will be held next weekend, he didn’t specify the exact date. Our sources inform that 18th March has been fixed as the audio launch date.
The same sources also told us that two venues have been shortlisted for the grand audio launch and either of them would be finalized shortly. The venues are: Gachchibowli Stadium and Nizam College Grounds in Hyderabad.
Taking account of police permissions and other logistical issues, the venue will be finalized.
Pawan Kalyan first preferred to hold the event in Amaravathi, the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh. But with heat wave and the controversies surrounding over the lands bought by Telugu Desam party leaders in the capital region, Pawan Kalyan dropped off the idea.
