Raj Tharun gives nod to a short film maker

Young Hero Raj Tharun who score a hat-trick of hits with his first three films, fumbled up on the fourth film. The film, Seethamma Andhalu Ramayya Sitralu ended up as a disappointment. The actor is currently shooting for a film along with Manchu Vishnu and it is a remake of Punjabi superhit film.

Besides this film, Raj Tharun also gave his nod to the script narrated by a young filmmaker named Nani. Nani, apparently, worked as an assistant director in Raj Tarun’s previous films and also directed few short films. Raj Tharun is reportedly quite thrilled with the debut director’s story.

We are yet to know who will be producing this film. Earlier it is said that Senior producers – Dil Raju and Allu Aravind will produce Raj Tharun’s films with new comers. Probably one of them will produce this new project. More details of this new project will be revealed very soon by the makers. Stay Tuned.

Pawan Kalyan for cancer awareness!

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan had stopped doing commercial endorsements long ago. More than a decade ago, he used to endorse for Pepsi but later stopped it for some reason. However he is planning to resume that once again. He will be not seen but heard in a advertisement very soon, according to the source.

The actor reportedly agreed to lend his voice for a Cancer awareness advertisement. This ad will be very soon aired in all the film theaters across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Since Cancer cases area on a rise in the recent years, Pawan Kalyan is the perfect choice to take the message of the deadly disease to people.

Pawan Kalyan is currently busy with the last leg shoot of his Sardaar Gabbar Singh. The movie is being planned for April 8th release as Ugadi Special. There are reports that the Powerstar is planning to retire from film and come in to full time politics by 2018. So that his Janasena party can contest the elections in 2019.

Sarainodu heads to Bolivia

Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Sarainodu team is heading to South American Country, Bolivia this weekend. They will be shooting a song there and will be returning back by March 13th or 14th. The movie shooting is nearing completion. The audio release event will happen once they are back in Hyderabad.

Sarainodu is being planned for April 22nd release. There are rumours that Bunny will be making his singing debut with this film and he crooned a song in the movie.Both Bunny and Boyapati are on a high after their recent successes – S/O Satyamurthy and Legend. Anjali will be dancing for an item song in the film.

Rakul Preet Singh is romancing Bunny for the first time in this film. Gundello Godari fame Aadi Pinnisetty is turning baddie with this movie. Bunny’s father Allu Aravind is producing the film on his Geeta Arts Banner. SS Thaman is scoring the music. The pre-release business of the film picked pace all of sudden.

Mahesh Babu finally beckons the ace Tamil director

Superstar Mahesh Babu and ace Tamil director, Gautam Menon was to team up a long ago. The project was in pipeline for years. Few months ago we have heard Veteran Producer, Aswini Dutt trying to materialize the project. But finally the project is happening, Aswini Dutt recently revealed.

Dutt revealed that the project will be launched soon and the film will be released in May next year. Aswini Dutt is staying away from film production since 2011. His last film, Shakti with NTR is a colossal flop back then. And he is making a comeback with this film. Dutt also have films with Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi in pipeline.

Mahesh is currently busy wrapping up his next film, Brahmotsavam with Srikanth Addala. Brahmotsavam is being planned for May release as Summer Special. After this project, Mahesh will begin shooting of his bilingual project with Tamil Top director, AR Murugadoss. Gautam Menon’s project will begin after that.

Anasuya changes decision for Ram Charan

Anchor Anasuya is having a monumental year in 2016. She sizzled in a little cameo in Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana and also got a huge critical acclaim for her Police officer role in her Friday release, Kshanam. Previously, Anasuya was selective in her roles and even refused several big item song offers.

But for some reason, Anasuya suddenly changed her opinion, according to Filmnagar sources. She reportedly agreed to star in the item song of Ram Charan’s Dhruva (Working Title). The first schedule of the film recently concluded. The next schedule will begin from March 10th and Charan will enter the shoot on 14th.

Charan will shoot non-stop for the movie till completion. The movie is planned for second half of the year release. Ram Charan will be seen in the role of a powerful cop. Sensational Tamil music directors duo Hiphop Tamizha are making their Telugu debut with this film. Race Gurram Surender Reddy is wielding megaphone for this remake project.

Chuttalabbayi heads to Rajahmundry

Lovely Rockstar Aadi’s Chuttalabbayi recently completed the shooting of the introduction song in Bangkok. A new schedule of the film will begin from tomorrow in Rajahmundry. Few crucial scenes on Namitha Pramod and villain will be canned in this schedule. A song and a fight will also be canned in this schedule itself.

The makers are yet to reveal their release plan. Chuttalabbayi is touted to be a complete youthful entertainer and will showcase Aadi in a new look. Namitha Pramod is playing the female lead in this film. Veerabhadram Chowdary who bagged a big disaster with Nagarjuna’s Bhai will be testing his luck once again with this film.

Thaman is the music composer and the movie unit says he gave some very good tunes for the film. Aadi is desperately trying to make his mark after that back to back flops with Sukumarudu, Gaalipatam and Garam. The movie is likely to see light in the second half of the year.

KCR’s grandson turns hero!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s grandson and IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao’s son, Himanshu is all set to become a hero. He is acting in a short film being made for the Tourism department of the United Nations Organization (UNO). Along with Himanshu, youngsters of six other countries will also star in this short film.

The short film had its formal launch this morning at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. This short film is intended to create awareness against corruption and superstitions. Telangana’s official representative in Delhi, Venu Gopalachari and others have attended the event. The short film is of 6-10 minutes duration.

Manoj Chopra, Asian Strong Man is the villain in the film. Film has various stunts and it fights against illegal transportation of children, corruption, crime, smoking etc. Himanshu will start shooting from March, 22nd. The short film is titled ‘Super Heart’. Himanshu hit headlines couple of weeks ago by doing hulchul in secretariat and entering into CM KCR’s chamber and other ministers’ chambers along with his friends when KCR was out of the state in Delhi for meeting with PM Modi.
