Samantha’s Bold Choice: Rejecting 15 Endorsements

One of India’s leading actresses, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, recently shared a deeply personal revelation — she turned down around 15 brand endorsements last year, forfeiting crores of money. The reason? She wanted to ensure that her decisions had a positive impact and were aligned with her values.
In an insightful interview with Foodpharmer, Samantha reflected on her early years in the film industry, when success was often measured by the number of projects she was involved in and the brands she represented. At that time, she felt proud to be the face of numerous multinational brands.
However, Samantha confessed that today, she sees things differently. “I realize now that I couldn’t have been more wrong,” she said. “I was almost forced to introspect on my choices, and I knew I had to follow what feels right.” She even humorously admitted that her younger self owes an apology to her older self for some of the past decisions. Samantha also urged her younger followers not to view their 20s as an invincible period, acknowledging that it took her some time to learn that valuable lesson.
Today, Samantha takes a much more thoughtful approach to brand endorsements. Before committing to any partnership, she conducts thorough research and even consults with three doctors to ensure that the brand aligns with her values and health considerations.
Currently, Samantha is making waves with her role in Citadel: Honey Bunny, an Amazon Prime Video web series. She has several exciting projects lined up, promising even more success in the future.
Vishwambhara Teaser AI Controversy: Makers Promise Quality VFX

Megastar Chiranjeevi is teaming up with Bimbisara director Vassishta for the much-anticipated high-budget socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara. Slated for a grand worldwide release later this year, the film has already generated buzz — though not all of it has been positive.
A few months ago, the teaser for Vishwambhara dropped online but drew criticism from fans and viewers alike for what was perceived as subpar visual effects. However, in a surprising revelation, producer Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy recently clarified that the visuals shown in the teaser were not actual VFX, but AI-generated footage.
In a recent interview, the producer explained the reason behind this decision. “We gave the footage to VFX companies and asked them how long it would take to complete the work. While they initially promised three months, we gave them six months to ensure quality. We aimed to release the film for Sankranthi. However, even after six months, the VFX work wasn’t completed. So, for the teaser, we resorted to AI-generated visuals as a temporary measure,” he said.
Following the backlash from fans, the makers have now assured that no AI visuals will be used in the final cut of the film. Instead, the team has committed to using only high-quality VFX, which is why the film’s release is taking additional time.
This announcement has brought much-needed relief to Mega fans, who were concerned after seeing the teaser visuals.
Vishwambhara features a stellar cast including Trisha, Ashika Ranganath, and Kunal Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film is being bankrolled by UV Creations, with music composed by the legendary MM Keeravani.
Emotions Run High at Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi Trailer Launch with NTR, Kalyan Ram & Vijayashanthi

The much-anticipated trailer of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s upcoming film Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi was unveiled today in a spectacular pre-release event held in Hyderabad. The event witnessed a sea of enthusiastic fans, turning it into a grand celebration. Adding star power to the evening, NTR graced the occasion as the chief guest, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
Veteran actress Vijayashanthi, who plays a pivotal role in the film, shared heartfelt insights about the story:
“This film beautifully captures the depth of a mother’s love and a son’s unwavering resilience. The emotional conflict between our characters is something audiences will fully grasp only after watching it. After hearing the story, I suggested a few changes and eventually came on board. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this role. Editor Thammiraju’s encouragement boosted my confidence, and the censor board’s positive feedback further reassured me.”
She added, “While the younger generation often sacrifices for friends or lovers, this film takes a different route—it showcases the immense sacrifices a son makes for his mother. The climax is sure to leave you speechless.”
Kalyan Ram, clearly passionate about the project, expressed his confidence:
“In our careers, we do many films—some succeed, some don’t. Most are forgotten once the audience walks out of the theatre. But occasionally, a film comes along that truly touches the heart. Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi is one such rare gem. I promise, this is a movie you’ll carry with you long after the credits roll.”
The sight of NTR, Kalyan Ram, and Vijayashanthi sharing the stage was nothing short of iconic—a visual treat for fans and a memorable moment in Telugu cinema.

Pawan Kalyan Reconnects with Family During Singapore Visit

Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and a key figure in the state’s political landscape, has had a packed schedule in recent years. Balancing his political responsibilities and film commitments left him with little time for personal life—particularly his family, who reside in Singapore.
However, a recent unexpected development brought a welcome change. Pawan Kalyan flew to Singapore after his son, Mark Shankar, was involved in a minor fire accident at school. Thankfully, Mark made a quick and full recovery, turning what could have been a distressing situation into a valuable opportunity for family bonding.
This visit gave Pawan Kalyan a rare chance to reconnect and spend quality time with his loved ones—something he hasn’t been able to do in quite a while. For someone constantly in the public eye and burdened with the weight of political and professional obligations, this brief period of personal time must feel both refreshing and grounding.
But the break won’t last long. Pawan Kalyan is set to resume work shortly as he prepares to wrap up the final shoot for his much-awaited film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, scheduled for release on May 9. While the demands of public life continue, this moment of togetherness surely serves as a meaningful reset for the actor-politician.
