Suddenly a news has started doing rounds that Mahesh Babu’s 1-Nenokkadine heroine Kriti Sanon has gifted herself a new BMW 3-series car. This swanky sedan costs nearly 35 lakhs and here is a paradox of this revelation.

In January this year, a news has come out that Kriti Sanon is celebrating the success of her debut film “Heropanti” by gifting herself a BMW 3-series. Almost all the leading news portals confirmed the same and also shared a picture of Kriti getting down from the swanky sedan. We wonder how many times she will get herself a BMW 3-series car. If anyone likes to change their car after an year, surely they either change the model or the brand itself.

Many say that the present news is just a hoax and confirmed that media houses are writing about that 1 year old car. Recently Kriti and her Dilwale co-star Varun roamed in a Series-6 BMW convertible car and that might have confused our media people. For now, Kriti Sanon being an avid user of social networking sites, has neither confirmed nor denied the news. Let’s see what she says.

Akhil who earned star hero image even before his first film is now under severe pressure. His first film ‘Akhil’ turned out to be a big debacle. Now he is becoming so careful about his second film and looking for a hit film at any cost.

Now the latest buzz is that Akhil will be doing his next film with Puri Jagannadh who is famous for his powerful hero films. Puri gave mass hero image to many stars like Ravi Teja, Mahesh, Pawan, Prabhas, Bunny and Charan. So Akhil is thinking to do a film with him so that Puri establishes him as a mass hero.

But Puri’s films are not up to the mark these days. Except ‘Temper’, every film failed at the box-office. Mainly his last film ‘Jyothi Laksmi’ became a very big disaster. Now his next film ‘Loafer’ is gearing up for release.

Anushka Clocks Seven Years In B-Town

New Delhi: Actress Anushka Sharma has completed seven years of her journey in filmdom. She says it was her “good fortune” to work with visionary filmmakers. She said that the choice of a film career is about her love for good cinema. “I love the experience of watching and living a film that connects to me; and that’s why, I have made the quality of a role and the project my primary reason for taking up films. I have had the good fortune of working with visionary filmmakers so far and of the adulation of fans everywhere,” Anushka told IANS.

Anushka entered Bollywood as a demure girl opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the 2008 hit film “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi”. Her unpretentious performance as a simple girl with big dreams in her eyes impressed critics and the audience. The actress went on to work with Ranvir Singh in 2010 in the film “Band Baaja Baaraat”, where she played a bubbly, intelligent and quirky girl who aspires to be a wedding planner.

The “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” star, who donned the producer’s hat in 2015 for the film “NH10”, says her contribution to cinema is by “producing quality films” that needs to be seen. “Focusing on producing quality films that need to be made and seen is my way of contributing to cinema for keepsakes; I want to help make films that you don’t forget easily,” said the 27-year-old.

Anushka, who even teamed up with superstar Aamir Khan in “PK”, has worked with an array of directors like Vishal Bharadwaj, Raj Kumar Hirani, Aditya Chopra, Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap and Karan Johar. An animal lover, Anushka has publicly and in private supported animal welfare causes regularly. Anushka will next be seen on the big screen in the 2016 film “Ae Dil Hain Mushkil”, which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor.

Already, the rush at Tollywood Box Office for Pongal season made it to headlines with possible clash between Junior NTR ‘Nannaku Prematho’ and Balakrishna ‘Dictator.’ While more clarity on this collision is expected from either of the sides in next two to three weeks depending upon post production updates of both films, now the entry of King Nagarjuna into same battle field with ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ is sure to make Sankranti much more delightful.

In fact, director Kalyan Krishna and hero Nagarjuna wanted their film to stand in Pongal competition from the time their release strategy is actually planned. However, due to initial hiccups in production schedules, viewers felt little doubtful about movie striking on time. Now, the new trailer released online made Akkineni Fans go merry.

Actually, Pongal is a major festival for Telugu people. Wholesome family entertainers with purest Telugu traditional values always have edge of advantage in this season. ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ being a thorough entertainer in rural backdrop with King Nagarjuna in dual roles joined by two beautiful faces of Ramya Krishna, Lavanya Tripathi might gain more mileage than commercial, mass oriented ‘Dictator, Nannaku Prematho.’ That’s a strategy and King shines in the trailer.

King Nagarjuna’s much awaited upcoming film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’s theatrical trailer has been unveiled by the makers today. Romantic angle of Nagarjuna was well depicted by the debutant director Kalyan Krishna Kurasala.

The very first frame of the trailer started with the remix song ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ of ‘Aasthiparulu’ enacted by Nagarjuna, heroine and dancers. Nagarjuna’s cute East Godavari dialect can be seen in the dialogue, ” Chithikee pattina teku chekkalaa vatramgaa vuntav,” with Lavanya Tripathi.

The contrasting characters of both the roles played by Nagarjuna were well established. While father’s character appears too romantic, son’s character seems to be innocent, especially, as in the case of romance with the heroine. Senior heroine Ramya Krishna, Lavanya Tripathi and Hamsa Nandini looked glamorous.

The movie has also other side of its theme that deals with a serious element on the backdrop of a temple. Well, there are not many flaws in the trailer to be pinpointed and the movie appeared to have been shaped up well by the director. The movie is likely to hit screens on January 15 as a Sankranthi gift for the audience.

Puri’s Advise to Pawan about His Fans

Mega Prince Varun Tej’s ‘Loafer’ is hitting the screens on December 17. The makers have kick started the promotions of the movie. Maverick director Puri Jagannadh is also busy participating the interviews as part of movie’s promotions.

It is a known news that Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s fans interrupted the speeches of the chief guests Prabhas, RGV and director Puri Jagannadh with their slogans on Pawan Kalyan during the audio launch of ‘Loafer’. Speaking about Pawan Kalyan’s fans, Puri said, ” Prabhas and I got irritated with the shouts of the fans. Their attitude spoils the image of Pawan Kalyan. It is high time Pawan Kalyan should talk to his fans about this matter.”

Having expressed his confidence about the success of ‘Loafer’, Puri said they had sure shot winner in their hands. Meanwhile, Puri has made it clear that he had friendly terms with Megastar Chiranjeevi and would be directing 151st or 152nd, if not 150th. Puri’s new film ‘Rogue’s shoot is underway at the moment.

Soggade Trailer: Nagarjuna’s Double Treat

Nagarjuna has earned a sobriquet of ‘Manmadhudu’. Living up to the name completely, Nagarjuna mesmerized in the trailer of his upcoming film Soggade Chinnni Nayana. Nag is seen in dual roles as father and son. While father role has affinity towards women, son seems to be a decent, calm and well-educated guy who seems to have studied in abroad away from the village atmosphere.

Going by the trailer, looks like, father role is the central character of the film. Clad in a traditional Dhoti, ‘father’ Nag is surrounded by beautiful ladies all the time and Ramya Krishna plays his wife. ‘Son’ Nag’s role is completely contrast to ‘father’ Nag as ‘son’ Nag stays away from women.

Lavanya Tripathi, who pairs up with ‘son’ Nag, sizzles in the short trailer. Also seen are hotties Anasuya (Essays Nag’s Maradalu role), Hamsa Nandini, Diksha Panth who rev up the glam quotient.

Meanwhile, the movie, written and directed by newcomer Kalyan Krishna, is not just light-hearted entertainer. But it seems, the movie has a divine element to it. The teaser showcases Maha Shiva’s Idol, Linga and a powerful snake hinting that the movie has a great connection. Looks like, the film has extensive graphics too. On whole, the movie seems to be pakka Sankranthi release and it’s going to be Nagarjuna’s double treat.
